Fantastic experience: Had a great experience here, everyone at the clinic is very friendly. I got composite bonding done on two teeth to improve the proportions of my smile . Dr Sahil guided me through each step of process , choosing colour to match my natural teeth , helping me decide on size and volume to improve overall proportions. With his expertise he helped me decide exactly what to choose for the kind of smile I wanted. The final result was a very natural but polished finish which I couldn’t be happier with .

Fantastic experience: The service is amazing. I did have to wait quite a while for the materials to be ordered for my appointment which was a bummer for me, however it was out of the dentists control as they were ordered from abroad, plus over Christmas. The care i experienced though, was brilliant from the precision to detail, to the gentleness of the procedure. If you need dental care that involves numbing injections, you will really not feel a thing as the dentist will numb your gums before even going in with the injections. You really won’t feel anything which eased my anxiety as that’s the worst part. This practise is professional, skillfull, welcoming and explanative as each step of your appointment is disclosed as they do it so you’re not shocked by certain noises/sensations. Thank you.

After 30 years of wishing I didn’t have an underbite (my jaw needed to extend forward from its natural position by about 1cm in order to chew food), I received a full set of porcelain veneers from Marylebone Smile Clinic in April / May 2024 that has completely reshaped my mouth (and my bite) and it has entirely resolved my underbite. I can now chew food with my jaw in a natural position, which has been life changing. As a bonus, the cosmetic changes to how I look have surpassed anything I expected. Dr Sahil Patel and Rania are calm, knowledgeable and patient, so they put you at ease immediately, but my confidence that I made the right decision choosing them increased with every visit. Fantastic experience: My mother was really hesitant at first to go to any dental clinic, however by looking at the reviews of the Marylebone smile clinic and the initial talk with Rania regarding my mothers consultation, me and my mother were really reassured and happy with how nice and welcoming she was. When the first appointment occurred regarding her consultation and Dr Patel decided on what to do best, my mum was really happy and reassured with her questions and worries being answered. In particular, the worry of pain from the whitening however Dr Patel made it clear that she does not need to do whitening if that is her choice and the process will still be the same with her doing veneers. Overall, my mother was so happy with the final results and feels even more confident with her smile thanks to Dr Patel and the Marylebone smile clinic team. My mother will be happy to recommend this clinic to anyone which is interested in any cosmetic changes.

Fantastic experience: I visited this practice for a consultation for my teeth and came out feeling really happy. The team were great; Rania was really welcoming and put me at ease whilst I waited shortly to go in to see Dr Patel. They also had a therapy dog named Arlo who is a great addition and put a massive smile on my face!! Dr Patel was really reassuring and made me feel 100% certain that my teeth can be transformed to be able to achieve my dream smile. I had some discolouring in my front teeth from old fillings/being chipped, and a root canal I had done over 10 years ago. Fantastic experience: Amazing service and incredible dentistry. I found Sahil through Instagram sometime ago and I contacted him following a trauma whilst abroad, where my front tooth snapped in two as a result of a hockey stick incident when I was a teenager. Sahil was empathetic and even responded on a Sunday offering to create a temporary fix the following day, for which I was so grateful; the temporary tooth was so good it was near on impossible to tell. Over the next three sessions my experience was second to none; everything was explained in detail and each appointment I felt relaxed (not a feeling one expects visiting a dentist); on my third appointment the permanent tooth was installed and before final fix I was given two options of colour/reflectiveness. My friend who is also a dentist was blown away at the colour match and process that went into designing my tooth. I cannot speak highly enough of Sahil and the team at Marylebone Smile Clinic; going forward, I will be using them as for my regular check-ups.

Fantastic experience: Having a complicated dental history due to a health condition and after consultations with two dental clinics, I came across Marylebone Smile Clinic. I was searching for a dentist who could work with these complexities to restore, not only my smile, but the confidence that a transformation could be achieved to a very high standard. I found that person in Sahil. He is an outstanding dentist and technician and brings to his work a skill set to be marvelled at. The Consultation was very thorough and indepth with many Qs and As about what could be achieved. A treatment plan was born and although there was absolutely no pressure to commit, I signed up on the spot. Well, you know when you know. Sahil is a perfectionist, meticulous and empathetic in his approach. You just know his dedication to his craft wants the best outcome for you. I had 15 individual porcelain veneers, a 3 porcelain veneer tooth Gold Standard upper denture and a 5 porcelain veneer Gold Standard lower denture. The final result is stunning.I have the most beautiful and natural smile which is way beyond my wildest dreams. I went 08/02/24 for a relatively new treatment to remove white spots on teeth (ICON) - something I have been conscious about since childhood. Fantastic experience: I had my front bottom and top teeth replaced with veneers by Dr Patel approximately 2 and a half years ago. I have been beyond pleased with the result. More recently I have seen Dr Patel at Marylebone Clinic for work on my back teeth. Dr Patel’s work is second to none. He is such a nice guy; explaining everything in detail before beginning the treatment. Prices are very reasonable too, given that the clinic is in Harley Street. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I recently completed my Invisalign treatment and sought the perfect finishing touch for my teeth. After discovering the Marylebone Smile Clinic on Instagram and witnessing the incredible results, I decided to reach out. Dr. Sahil performed a white spot removal makeover, fitted fixed retainers, and provided removable retainers. The white spot removal transformed my teeth beautifully, removing milk marks and contouring them flawlessly. Dr. Sahil's talent shone through, as he kept me informed throughout the process, ensuring my satisfaction. Even when I noticed a slight issue with my upper fixed retainer, the receptionist promptly scheduled a visit, and the problem was resolved seamlessly. Returning later to collect my removable retainers, I found a warm and welcoming atmosphere among the staff, especially the lovely receptionist upstairs. I highly recommend this dentist for their exceptional service and results. Five stars all the way!

From meeting the fabulous Rania in the Reception area to the expert care and precision of service from Dr Sahil Patel, the entire experience has been fantastic. Service with a smile from the entire team, no question too stupid and every procedure was done gently and thoughtfully. Sahil's expert knowledge, combined with his gentle manner put me at ease at every visit. After an initial consultation, I was offered my implant to replace a baby tooth that had no adult tooth beneath it. Sahil took care to take accurate readings of my teeth to gain the best understanding of what treatments would be optimal for me, with timescales and prices fully explained and annotated for me to decide. I didn't feel rushed into any decisions. I chose Invisalign treatment to realign my teeth before my dental implant so as to avoid any further weathering of my bottom teeth. The whole procedure took a year, everything being planned and explained at every stage. I also had the whitening package, carefully timed, so that the implant matches in colour and in place perfectly. I am delighted with my teeth, new and old, and I certainly have something to smile about! Thank you to Sahil, Rania, Simone and the team. Perfect pain-free service in a lovely comfortable setting. Now I'm looking forward to a bright, white Christmas!
