The dentist clearly explained the results of the x-rays and relevant next steps for an issue that I was having. The cleaning was thorough with minimal discomfort. He explained the consent process clearly and administered several injections without causing any pain. The wisdom tooth was out within seconds, and the entire appointment took less than 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend Dr. Hussain to everyone!

Positive experience: I arrived, Thursday 04/09/25 in floods of tears with anxiety which I didn't even know I had for a wisdom tooth extraction. I was delicately handled by, Dr Najeeb Hussain and his caring dental nurse, Ketley.who first took a 180° scan of my teetth and then led me through to Dr Hussain. My emotional presentation was fully picked up by Dr Hussain who methodically advised me of my intended procedure. Given my tears, Dr Hussain also said it was my choice and what would likely happen if I were to delay the inevitable, further. I soon settled down and the procedure was done smoothly, with so much care and attention to me, holistically and not just my dental procedure. I felt well looked after and only too happy to leave this, deserved Google review for them and the business. If I were to say something which did not go well, it would be the waiting time from June 2025 when I was referred by my dentist, to when I chased for an appointment which was not until September 2025, by which time, my dental issue became more painful. A more timely appointment might have reduced my total anxiety but definitely, I would have been in significantly, less pain. (One star removed for that). Not to labour that, though, I found the practice to be clean, tidy and staffed with caring professionals.

Fantastic experience: Dr Najeeb Hussain and his assistant were very friendly and helpful. The operation regarding removing my wisdom teeth was quick and surprisingly painless. I was not in agony following the operation and I left the Dentist beyond satisfied. Update: I came back again for the other sides wisdom teeth, it’s been a year. I had the same experience and Dr Hussain even gave me a gift box with things for my wisdom tooth. Furthermore the operation took about only 2 mins. Excellent service.

Fantastic experience: I've always been nervous about going to the dentist's on account of childhood trauma at the hands of a butcher. This trauma has caused me to stall and delay treatments. Any excuse was a good excuse not to attend. However, some critical dental work eventually forced me to visit Morden Dentist following the recommendation of a Medical Secretary. Having read previous reviews of other patients not experiencing any pain I bravely resolved to attend Morden Dentist. I was relieved that the reviews were not a myth! The whole team is very kind and professional. Dr Ahmed and his assistant, Joan, have always been gentle, accommodating, and caring. Dr Ahmed is a particularly skilled dentist in that his assessment and treatment were spot on. I didn't experience any pain either when I was given any injections or when dental work was performed. I would highly recommend Morden Dentist to anyone and especially those who are either nervous or have had previous unpleasant experiences with other dentists.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to this dentist for a few years now and I have nothing but praise for everyone who works here. Before moving, I had been trying to get a referral to maxillofacial at the hospital for many years, but as soon as I moved here, they sorted it out and it's been smooth sailing ever since. I attended today for a hygiene appointment with my usual dentist, Abdul. I really appreciate the advice that he gives at the end of each appointment and he always greets me with a smile. Negative experience: I've been here before and had a couple of teeth extracted. Today I had an appointment to have a broken tooth extracted post a root canal procedure that had gone wrong at my own dentist. So I was referred here. I saw a different dentist to who I have seen before he was inpatient, abrupt and basically told me in not so many words that because I'm a nurse myself I shouldn't be afraid. I left this practice in tears due to the treatment I received. I was already scared of the dentist. I would never have treated one of my patients in such a manner and I will be complaining.

Fantastic experience: DR SHAHROKH NAVAEE — WISDOM TOOTH EXTRACTION Superhero’s don’t always wear capes!! I am a +++ nervous/anxious patient! Dr Shahrokh Navaee was 100% kind and gentle from the start. How he did it I don’t know - but I never felt the injections and my gum was numbed beautifully. It took no time for my tooth to be extracted and when the chair started moving up I realised I was finished, and I was relieved and delighted!! Negative experience: My son has had 2 appointments cancelled within 2 months, no explanation given. No courtesy call. I had a similar experience in January. My appointment was cancelled twice. The third time, I arrived, and some issues with keys and staff being of sick meant I could not be seen, so I had to rebook a new appointment. My experience so far is that there is a lack of professionalism, reliability, and consistency in this surgery as well as a lack of consideration for patients. I would no recomend the surgery, especially if you want to be seen quickly.

Fantastic experience: I was very impressed with my experience at Morden dentist. Even though I’m a nervous patient going in for a tooth extraction I was presently surprised by my first step into the dentist as it was very clean, bright and had a great friendly atmosphere. I was then called in and after explaining that I was a nervous person Dr Najeeb Hussain set me at ease from the start, explaining everything from start to finish and being very attentive. I really couldn’t fault anything and I was so impressed with the up to date scanning equipment and all round hygiene quality of the whole dental practice. I was also impressed with the fact that so much care was taken to aid their patient during treatment such as providing something as small as mouthpiece to keep your mouth open putting less pressure on your jaw. To top it off I was given a leaflet and extra sterile gauze for the bleeding if required, explaining everything from aftercare to emergencies. Thankfully 3 days on and all well bar the pain as expected as advised by Dr Hussain. I highly recommend this practice and thank the whole team for my experience.

Negative experience: I wanted to make an appointment to have a tooth removed. When she found out that I am not registered, she started to be visibly upset that she had to explain that I had to fill out a form. I felt very offended. No matter how professional the doctor may be, if you are greeted by such behavior and unprofessionalism at the entrance, you feel like running away.

Fantastic experience: Just been to Morden Dentist being referred by my normal dentist to remove an impacted wisdom tooth, because this dentist has a lot of experience of this tricky procedure. I've never used them before and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and professionalism of everyone. Receptionists were very helpful. The dental surgeon (Mr. Najeeb Hussain) was friendly clear and concise and the dental assistant was great and full of aftercare information and advice. The treatment was quick, efficient, effective and almost entirely pain free. Hopefully I won't ever need another such removal but if I did that's a preferred place to go for me.
