I went to share a smile orthodontist back in July 2023 about getting my smile perfect I was greeted with the friendliest, helpful, attentive but not pushy staff and extremely thorough. I decided to go through with my braces and 10 months later I am over the moon with the results, Heinrich & Gemma are fantastic, Appointments were always on time I was never moved or messed about with times if I had any questions they were all so helpful. Fantastic experience: I have just finished my 34 weeks treatment to straighten my teeth and close my big gaps( due to 2 missing teeth). I came to share smile in tears and broken, i did not want to take pictures nor smile and i can finally say i am smiling from ear to ear and no longer feel conscious. Fantastic experience: I wish I came here years ago!!! I’ve always been hesitant to go to the dentist to get my teeth done. I even thought about heading to Turkey and I’m glad I didn’t. The treatment I’ve received at share a smile is second to none. I never had much hope to get my teeth straightened but from the moment you walk through the door, it makes me glad I chose this place. Everyone is so friendly and will take the time to explain any concerns you have, to which that made me feel comfortable from the get go. To see the constant improvement within my teeth has now made me more comfortable in myself and I even smile when having my picture taken. An absolute credit to everyone there!

Negative experience: If I could give this company, zero stars, I would. I was recommended them by somebody had had a brace there, however their customer service or should I say lack of it Has meant that I cannot even progress with my treatment. I was booked in for a consultation with a dental nurse with a view to having a brace with the orthodontist. However, they couldn’t even be bothered to contact me after consultation until I chased them up which was over a week later. Then an appointment was made for an x-ray the week before the brace fitting, but the orthodontist decided not to take the x-ray & mentioned composite bonding asking me to consider my options this was 10 days before brave fitting. After going away and thinking about it, I decided I wanted to progress with the brace & not the boding so rang back to confirm to be told that I never had an appointment in the first place which is a lie as it was booked in, but somebody cancelled it on my behalf from their end without double checking with me what I wanted to do?! Then I was passed from pillar to post by each person, telling me that the other person was responsible for the person to speak to even a day later rang up to speak to the lady who was going to call me back to rebook me and didn’t to be told that the woman on the phone couldn’t discuss it with me and the letter has been sent out to me ?! None of this has resulted in me moving forward to booking a treatment nearly a month later still ringing & chasing up after being seen for a consultation, constantly having to chase & being fobbed off. By which point I shall be taking my business elsewhere because this is no way to treat a paying customer- it does not need to be complicated! ****follow up after they replied**** My point was that in my consultation 26/9 they never said they wouldn’t go ahead with braces treatment it was my decision for that or composite bonding - now a month later I’m hearing of this over google first I’ve heard about it and a complete waste of my time Just sums up how bad they are at communicating as like I said I would have gone elsewhere a month ago but his was not the case I was told on 26/9 I could have bonding or a brace so their response is simply untrue. Also regarding the other dentist they mentioned I simply chose not to want bonding that’s why I’m not going there- they have been brilliant in dealing with my partners teeth so o would not hesitate to use them myself Another fabrication of truth?!

Fantastic experience: What a pleasure it’s been from start to finish with Heinrich and everybody at Share A Smile. Everyone I interacted with during my treatment was so welcoming, pleasant, professional from the lovely receptionists to Heinrich himself. All the equipment was state of the art, premises was spotless and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. I’m absolutely over the moon with my results. Perfection is the only acceptable standard. Over a year of Invisalign but well worth it. The initial consultation was informative and they made me feel like they really cared from the get go. Sorting the payment plan was easy. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. I’m almost sad it’s over! But I’ll definitely be going back for the hygienist and wouldn’t hesitate to take my kids there if they ever need it. Six stars. Fantastic experience: My journey with share a smile over the past 2-ish years have been a pleasant one. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. You may think share a smile might be a bit on the pricey side when it comes to Invisalign but like with anything in life you get what you pay for and with share a smile You certainly get a lot! I reiterate the fact that you can't put a price on the health of your teeth! I'm overall generally very pleased with how my teeth have turned out. Perhaps not how long it took, but for the most part it was certainly worth the wait. I really enjoyed the fact that they used in app to update them with the progression of your teeth. I found it very useful as my work schedule is very hectic for me to be booking appointments every week. I am now in the process of the final stages of the treatment and whitening my teeth. I would like to thank Dr. Henrich and the team as they are all very professional and are very knowledgeable about what they do and always offer the best personal solutions for your case. I can now share my smile with the rest of the world!

Fantastic experience: Share A Smile Orthodontics is an outstanding practice and I believe them to be the best in the area. I honestly couldn't rate or recommend them highly enough. Although most dentists offer invisalign braces these days, to my mind you simply can't beat a specialist with Heinrich's experience and expertise. This was particularly true given that mine was a complicated case as an adult who never had braces when I needed them in childhood. Teeth are so important and mine were making me miserable! The practice itself is very new, prestinely clean, spacious, comfortable and inviting. Fantastic experience: I started my Invisalign journey with Share a Smile (as an adult) after attending one of their open days. I was instantly impressed at their level of professionalism and was instantly put at ease - it helps when the treatment coordinators have had Invisalign themselves! My treatment took around 18 months which was longer than expected, but I fully appreciated Dr Ferreira's commitment to ensuring that my smile was 100% perfect, even though I had long finished paying for the treatment! The ability to scan my teeth using the Dental Monitoring app was brilliant and allowed my treatment to continue without issue throughout the pandemic. I am delighted with my new smile and I am so happy I decided to go through with the treatment at Share A Smile.

Positive experience: I visited here in regards to a quote for a brace. Although the process was straight forward I opted for another clinic that was actually more expensive. Dr Heinrich was very polite but his assistant on the day was rude when I asked for a minor change to the date within seconds of when the follow up call would be, this was part of my decision to go elsewhere. It's a shame as I have a few friends that are looking for treatment and I'm unlikely to recommend here on this basis. Remember manners cost nothing.

The treatment was delayed due to COVID restrictions but the staff continued to keep me informed of my treatment progress and were always on hand to answer any questions I had. After failing to wear my retainer for a couple of years after my braces, I noticed my teeth starting to move back, which made me decide to get Invisalign. The Share a Smile team made the whole Invisalign process seamless. It worked perfectly for my schedule as I didn’t have to go to appointments in person very often as I could send through scans of my progress through their dental monitoring app. When I did need to book in for an appointment the team were always very accommodating on timings. The team are always very friendly and helpful. The results that have been achieved from Heinrich are amazing and I am so happy I decided to return to Share a Smile to get Invisalign. As time went on I wish I hadn’t & then found out they offer Invisalign treatment. Heinrich is who I have been seeing since braces and up until now. He is very honest with his opinion and gives you great solutions if you have any concerns of your teeth. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! 100% recommend this dentist and the prices are very reasonable. Thank you so much for my new teeth!! Fantastic experience: My treatment was extended due to the impact of Covid-19, although despite the interruption in treatment, the service has remained very organised and stress free. Share A Smile kept consistent monitoring of my progress with the treatment, allowing flexibility with my appointments to suit my schedual. I would highly recommend this practice.
