Fantastic experience: Wow, what a phenomenal practice and a world class service from the whole team. It’s so easy to manage our appointments and the atmosphere is always incredibly friendly, warm and inviting. We have always been supported by the staff and they have gone above and beyond to help me and my daughter with our appointments and when we are in the practice - we both have chronic illnesses. I would particularly like to thank Donna for her outstanding work and dedication. She has been incredible with helping us during my daughter’s journey with her braces. Fantastic experience: Our eldest son started treatment at Loughborough Orthodontics a couple of years ago when they accepted him as a patient after us having a bad experience elsewhere. I cannot tell you the difference coming to Loughborough Orthodontics has made to the process of his orthodontic treatment.... the service has been fantastic, Donna is great and clearly very experienced, appointments are always kept and never cancelled at the last minute, the practice is well run and overall you get a sense of being in good hands. Our eldest son has almost finished his treatment and his teeth are looking great. Our younger son is now a patient here and is in the early stages of orthodontic treatment with Mary-Anne and, again, things are going very well. Both sons were referred through the NHS and we feel fortunate to have had the treatment there... thank you to all at Loughborough Orthodontics.

Fantastic experience: As an adult in my late 30’s, who has always been troubled by my overcrowded teeth, I have hated my smile for as long as I could remember. Which to be honest is a horrible way to live. I thought about going the “easy route” and getting veneers in Turkey. It would be fast and cheap. But I did more research and found that the long term effects of veneers were really bad so I thought what’s the worst that could happen if I had a consultation with Loughborough Orthodontics? It was recommended by some people I know and I thought if it wasn’t for me, I could just not go ahead with it. If you don’t want to read my full review, I’ll just say this: they were amazing and Dr Ketul Bagia did the most perfect job, I’m truly glad I went here. Cost: cost was a factor for me but thankfully they were able to offer me a payment plan that worked for me. I wasn’t pressured to go ahead with the braces and I was given lots of time to think it through. Yes it was more expensive than getting veneers from Turkey but it meant my original teeth stayed strong and for me, that was worth it. I know braces can be seen as expensive, but it’s truly an investment. Now I can smile, my bite is much better so I can eat properly and I can clean my teeth properly. That’s all down to going to an orthodontist that has a great reputation. Time: braces do take time, but I got used to them quite quickly and forgot I had them. No one on the outside world cares if you have braces as an adult, trust me. I had quite a severe case of overcrowding and a tooth that was in the completely wrong direction so my treatment took close to 2 years. Now 2 years later? I’m so glad I got them when I did, it’s really never too late, no matter how old you are. I was informed about how long it would realistically take and I appreciated that Dr Bagia is a perfectionist so he really wanted to make sure they looked good before taking them off. Mine were assessed every 6-8 weeks and the necessary adjustments made. Appointment dates were flexible so I was always able to choose a date and time that aligned with work. Whenever I needed to change the date or time, the reception staff were always wonderful and gave the best customer service. Pain: it’s not really painful, it can just get uncomfortable a day or so after they are tightened. But Dr Bagia and his team were really good in this regard and always gave me information I needed to manage the discomfort. Overall: I’m so happy I went ahead with getting braces at Loughborough Orthodontics. I would highly recommend it to anyone who was considering to get braces. My final result has exceeded my expectations and it was shocking to see the photos of how my teeth used to look and how they look now they’re corrected. I feel like I have a new life and I want to thank Dr Ketul Bagia and everyone else at Loughborough Orthodontics for this new lease on life.

The staff have been excellent especially our Therapist Donna who has been amazing. He finally had his braces removed today and his teeth are fantastic. Fantastic experience: Good service from initial consultation and advice through to starting and completing treatment. My daughter broke a few of her brackets in the early phase of the treatment, but these were sorted out without complaint. We’re pleased with the end result. Small point, but if specific days of the week are more convenient than others, then it’s worth finding out which orthodontist works which day, as their days are fixed. Overall, we were pleased with our orthodontist and I have no regrets.

Donna, my orthodontic therapist, is a true credit to the business. She is incredibly attentive and explains everything in detail to ensure that you’re happy and comfortable with each step. Plus she always has a smile and a joke ready for you when you walk in! It’s also very reasonably priced considering how much is included. I had Invisalign treatment, whitening and composite bonding done for a fraction of what you’d pay if you got each treatment done separately. Fantastic experience: Mandeep leads a top class team at LOIC, where everyone is 100% professional and competent as I would expect. Plus the main difference I feel is also with each visit I experienced the great vibe about the whole clinic, the staff are all so friendly and give off great ambience and a good sense of humour, meaning that it has been a pleasure to receive my treatment. My treatment was removal of two wisdom teeth to make space, followed by fixed braces and bands, the treatment lasted from Sept 2022 until June 2024. I have permanent fixed retainers and wear upper and lower trays at night. The results are brilliant and far exceed my expectations, with my issues of poor bite and misaligned teeth having been resolved so I now have a lovely set of straight and level teeth. Five stars for LOIC, I thoroughly recommend their services. JW.
