Fantastic experience: A visit to the average dentist is normally a stressful experience for most people, however a visit to the Eunique Clinic in Dartmouth is anything but average. Dr Eugene Boje is such a professional, patient and caring man and on my recent visits – Monday 16 July and again on Thursday 19 July - I had to have three roots removed and was treated with absolute care. On my arrival at the practice I was greeted by such a pleasant receptionist called Antonia who immediately put me at ease. During my treatment on both days, the Dental nurses – Emma and also Chloe - were as attentive as one could wish for. To me, the Eunique Dental Clinic is the best Dental practice I have ever been to and one to give a five star treatment whatever your requirements are. Bill Holgate August 2024 SInce my last review a few years ago, I have just had my normal routine examination at Enuique Dental which was all good! This has prompted me to add this current review. Most of us naturally feel apprehensive at going to the dentist, but again Eunique Dental takes all that anxiety away the moment you arrive. The reception area is so peaceful and when the nurse who assists Eugene takes you to see him, you realise what a caring place this is. Apart from Eugene's skill at providing any required treatment, he takes the time to understand how you are feeling and ensures you are aware of what the procedure entails. I can say that with his team of professional staff, he offers a five star level of service at every visit and when you need a dentist, here is a practise I highly recommend. On 24 July 2025 I had an check-up appointment with Dr Eugene Boyle at Eunique Dental which resulted in me needing a filling. As in previous visits, I knew what to expect: The initial smile from the welcoming receptionist, the kind and patient manner that Eugene displays on seeing you and the first class painless treatment to complete the necessary filling. Fantastic experience: I attended Eunique Dental yesterday afternoon for a tooth extraction. Eugene is so calm which projects absolute confidence and reassurance to me, the patient, particularly as I was feeling very apprehensive. The procedure was pain free and over in minutes. I am so grateful to him and his team for helping me through a very stressful situation which they handled with complete professionalism and calmness.

Fantastic experience: this was the first tooth extraction ( a split molar) I have undergone without any discomfort, painful injections, or having a tug of war with the dental staff. Entirely pain-free, great experience. Best dentist I have been to in my 65 years!!

I was quite nervous to have a deep clean, because I had never professionally cleaned my teeth in my 34 years. Eugene and his team were exceptional at making me feel comfortable and kept me well informed throughout the process. They all showed genuine care and compassion throughout the process. The personalised attention and emphasis on patient comfort makes this practice exceptional.

Fantastic experience: A warm friendly team, Eugene is the best dentist I’ve had in my 63 years, l love being given a good explanation of what work he will do and a calming running commentary as appropriate of the progress and how much is left to go. The surgery seems to have the very best tech to give the patient the best care available ! I now know my saliva is very alkaline and I'm less likely to have tooth decay. In short You won’t find a better dental surgery team !

Treatment is provided with much consideration for minimising pain (I have never had anaesthetic injections with no discomfort before!!) and to date, appear to be very successful. Eugene is supported by friendly and helpful staff. Cost is what I would have expected and within my budget.

I have always had something of a phobia about going to the dentist, Eugene is extremely gentle and I can honestly say that the root canal treatment and bridge he put in for me was completely painless.
