Today I had an appointment with Abigail the hygienist, she discussed various techniques to achieve better results with brushing and after having a scale and polish my teeth felt great. Overall a very positive experience with both Dr Jack and Abigail. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Well where do I start the team at this dental practice are amazing if i could give u more than 5 stars i would. I have had 51yrs of being afraid of going to the dentist, this initially started with the trauma of the school dentist which continued from Dentist to dentist. Because of my fear I neglected my teeth and ended up with broken teeth and continuous toothach, I would rather take lots of pain killers than go to the dentist and get them sorted. That was until I found Made dental practice. Since my initial enquiry I feel that I have been supported and listened too from every member of staff that has been Involved in my care. Morgan and Jade on the front desk what can I say these ladies always have a welcoming smile that puts me at ease as soon as I stepped into the practice and theyve always been there to offer me reassurance that I was gonna be ok. The practice is modern, has a very calming atmosphere and most of all hasnt got that horrible dental smell. Dr Shyam was my next contact, he is an amazing dentist he offered reassurance, thoroughly explains everything, never judged and always puts me completely at ease. I entered my 1st appointment with him shaking, anxious and feeling sick I left calm, reassured and confident that I would be able to have the treatment I needed. Next I meet Abigail what an amazing hygienist she is, previous experiences of hygienists have never been good but not this time, she carried out a full assessment and a clear treatment plan was put in place . Abigail always put me in control of every appointment if I needed her to stop she would , she helped me to improve my oral hygiene without patronising me and now my gum disease is much improved. Then came the tooth extractions with Dr Shyam, in 51 years I have never been able to have teeth out without being put to the sleep, but because of Dr Shaym's caring and calming nature I had 6 teeth out all in one go and and it didnt bother me at all. Dr Shyam has now rebuilt my smile with some flexi dentures, i needed a couple of visits but we have got there. After a few months Dr Shyam, Abigail and the dental nurses have managed to not only rebuild a smile that I am no longer embarrassed about but they have also managed to take away my fear of the dentist, no longer do I dread coming and I am now confident to come on my own. I can not thank you all enough you truly are a very special team of people Thank u for everything and I will see u all again for my check ups. If anyone is afraid to go to the dentist I can highly recommend this practice. After one visit here you will wonder what u were ever afraid of. Thanks Again Sam Price

At every check up appointment, my local, regular dentist never fails to tell me that he sees a lot of composite work and he has never seen such great quality work, in terms of shape, quality of finish and colour appropriateness. Fantastic experience: Great dentist, staff are excellent. They always contact you a couple of days before to see if you are still OK to attend the appointment. Modern surroundings, lots of high tech equipment, but does not feel clinical. Jack the Dentist listens to what you want to achieve. Abigail, the dental therapist is really helpful and listens and is reassuring. Great team throughout the practice, they are always happy to help.

Fantastic experience: I’m usually super nervous about anything dental-related (seriously, I get so scared!), but Abigail the hygienist completely changed that for me. She’s incredibly gentle and genuinely kind — it’s like she just knew exactly how to make me feel at ease. Her instructions are really clear, and I actually saw results after just my first visit! I never thought I’d say this, but I actually enjoy coming to see her. Even an hour-long treatment doesn’t feel bad because she’s just that good. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: The offerings of Made Dental is not just about teeth. The overall support you get from the moment you walk in is on another, much higher level from any other dentist I have visited having lived in a few different areas. It is absolutely true that staff make or break a great service there is no doubt. From the moment you walk in you are made to feel important. Dr Shyam and Dr Jack provide very reassuring and professional treatment. Dr Shyam is my dentist doing my current work but equally I have seen Dr Jack and both are truly exceptional and knowledgable people. The dental support staff (dental nurses) and reception staff make you feel very relaxed and not just “another patient”, it feels very much a one on one service from start to finish. The clinic and treatment rooms are very well presented with relaxed furnishings and surroundings. All in all a great atmosphere to be in. I would absolutely recommend the team at Made Dental to anyone looking for a dentist in the area and I can honestly tell you, you will not be disappointed. I am currently part way through treatment for an implant and will happily review again giving an update on the final outcome, very much looking forward to my end goal being met by Dr Shyam and the team. Update on 10th June 2025 …. I have just been for my 2nd hygiene clean since having the implant fitted. The implant is absolutely fantastic, looks better than I could ever have imagined. As I have said previously, the service, guidance and support throughout the implant has been amazing. Now, as part of the ongoing management and checks for the implant I have to have an extra hygiene service appointment just to check the implant as well as other teeth and this is with the wonderful Abigail. Abigail is absolutely fabulous, knows her stuff, presents her findings with compassion, confidence and credibility and above all makes you feel at ease. If she feels there is a better technique you can adopt she will demonstrate and advise how best to approach and overall, you leave your appointment feeling like you are in very safe hands from all of the team at Made Dental. Fantastic experience: I have always been self-conscious about my smile, especially after a few silly accidents left some damage to my teeth. After months of research, a friend recommended Dr Jack, and I’m so glad they did. I was looking for a natural-looking smile makeover but was nervous it might drastically change my appearance. Before contacting the surgery, I reviewed his Instagram posts to get an idea of the type of smile I was looking for. Even though I live in Cumbria, I travelled for a consultation and from the moment I met Dr Jack, I knew I was in the right hands. He recommended Invisalign first to straighten my teeth and subtly adjust my bite, setting the foundation for a more balanced and confident smile. Once that stage was complete, I had a two-day appointment for a MADEsmile composite makeover. Dr Jack took the time to really listen to what I wanted, and the results honestly blew me away. In fact, when I looked in the mirror I was speechless. Every detail was so carefully considered and beautifully done. I couldn’t believe the natural effects coming through. The whole experience was exciting, relaxing, and completely life-changing. Dr Jack and his team of highly skilled dental professionals (Mel and the team) were thoroughly prepared, knowledgeable and re-assured me throughout the whole process. Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Shyam and all the staff at Made dental enough. Shyam has been my dentist for approximately three years and in that time, I have had Invisalign’s and other dental work done. Everything is always carried out to the highest of standards and I would never go anywhere else. The staff are always very accommodating and I now no longer dread going to the dentist!

Fantastic experience: I came to Made dental approximately 9 months ago for a consultation for dental implants for my upper teeth which i lost a number of during an incident over 25yrs ago and was left with a denture ever since. The decision for this was due to the embarrassment of wearing a denture for this long as well as a failed crown by my nhs dentist which left me with just the root visible which I desperately wanted removing but had 4 appointments cancelled last minute by this dentist leaving me disheartened for a number of months. On my first visit, which was arranged quickly for the root to be removed, I found the team really friendly and Dr Jack Livesey did a fantastic job at removing the root which I thought I’d need surgery for. My next visit was then arranged with Dr Shyam Patel for my consultation. I found Shyam to be really approachable, friendly and down to earth unlike a previous consultation I’d experienced. A comprehensive breakdown of two treatment plans were produced for me to choose from and a finance plan was also offered. I found my chosen plan to be very reasonable which included a great discount. I am at the final stage now of my treatment journey with a few minor adjustments to the dental bridge I’ve had fitted over 4 implants along with a further single tooth implant at the back right and have found the whole team here at Made to be fantastic throughout this and really accommodating for example fitting me in on the same day when my temporary denture hurt and needed adjusting when Shyam wasn’t available Jack was there to help. I have found my experience here at Made dental superb and anyone in my position will know how embarrassing this process could be and how life changing the outcome is which I would like to thank the whole team here for the personal touch and effort they put into their patients. I have struggled with self-confidence regarding the gaps in my front top teeth, I'd previously been through Smile Direct and didn't get to a place I wanted. Jack had heard my concerns, looked over my teeth and actually informed me why my teeth couldn't be fully closed by an orthodontist. Fast forward 8 weeks and I know have the best edge bonding on my front four teeth. I can't complain at the cost either given what they have done for me over this time. Fantastic experience: I moved from a private dentist in Media City to MADE after seeing it driving to my children's pre-school everyday. I do not have enough good things to say about MADE. It doesn't feel like a dentist at all. Morgan & Jade are the kindest faces you're greeted with when you arrive. They are so helpful, and I love the WhatsApp messaging service to receive appointment reminders and booking appointments. I had to book an emergency appointment today with Jack after having an issue with my metal retainer (from a previous dentist that's been on for a long time and decided to snap), Jack fixed it immediately and I am very, very grateful of the care received here at MADE. Everything is also so reasonably priced and the care you receive is exceptional. I would not go anywhere else now.

He clearly explained my dental situation and advised on next steps. I then had a series of periodontal treatments with Abigail which were really well explained and pain-free. The whole team is great at explaining the procedures, the reasoning behind them and what comes next. They are also providing some great dental care advice. I would recommend this clinic to anybody interested in becoming a new patient or looking for something better than their current practice.

Fantastic experience: I had composite bonding a number of years ago with an alternative dentist however, I was never 100% happy with the results and I always felt something didn’t look right with my smile. After seeing Dr Jack’s work I immediately knew he was the Dr who I wanted to redo my bonding. Whilst my teeth were straight, I had multiple challenges such as a slanted midline and width discrepancies which were not a simple fix! Dr Jack has totally transformed my smile and I can’t believe the difference that he has made. He has the best eye for detail and picks up on the smallest things which most other dentists wouldn’t! I am absolutely amazed at my new teeth and I can’t praise Dr Jack and the whole Made Dental team enough. Being a perfectionist myself I can be difficult to please but I have no doubts what so ever in recommending Made Dental.
