Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of this orthodontist for over 2 years now and they’ve provided an outstanding service. Very friendly staff and the orthodontists themselves are like artists- completely fixed my underbite to the point that it’s actually changed my appearance for the better! So I thank them so much for my late-20s glow up and giving me my confidence back to smile again in pictures and in public… they’re the best around and based in a cool central London location. Reasonable prices and offering instalment plans and loans to help out. I had NHS braces when I was a teenager but they barely fixed my bite and I was not told to keep my retainer forever so my teeth slowly went back to how they were before. It caused me to grind my teeth in my sleep and have a click jaw which even bought on headaches. This has all stopped since having braces from Smile Tailor. Braces were taken off recently and I couldn’t be happier with my teeth, they are perfect!

Negative experience: I visited smile tailor a few years ago after visiting them for a deep clean and getting told I need to get Invisalign and they offer the alternative spark. Through out the process I was not happy with my teeth still and told that it will all work out still and after another round of trays and paying for bonding I was still not happy. I then paid for a retainer twice as I had to get a new one once we needed new trays to continue the process. Still when we finished I was not satisfied and they told me I need more bonding etc. none of this was clear and my wire has now snapped for third time which I know is not normal. I don’t normally leave bad reviews but I think for the money and time this ended up costing me my teeth barely look any different and I don’t really trust anything they say. If I could reverse time I would 100% go to another dentist and have results like my friends.

Fantastic experience: Had a great journey so far at Smile Taylor with my Spark aligners. The team and Alina on reception are always very helpful with my questions and I've been impressed with the progress so far.

Fantastic experience: It took me longer than I expected, almost 3 years with several cycles of aligners. However this is not a problem as my teeth are difficult to move and there is no extra cost for it. All was included when I bought the package, I just need to be patient. A Big Big thank to Dr Korosh, a very kind and good one. He always looks for perfection, treated me gently and gave me good advice and explanation on the treatment which is easy to understand. Fiona from the service reception is a wonderful and very friendly staff. She helped me a lot with routine bookings. Also thanks to Dr Khan and other staff members for helping me through. Still have another year with the retainers, but i’m happy with the results. Congrats the team and well recommended it to everyone.

They know their work well, are honest and do proper orthodontics as opposed to many dentists who just do 3-day orthodontic course and grab your money for poor work. Fantastic experience: I had a great experience here. I initially discovered this place for a deep cleaning service and then went on with bracing. I was there today taking the braces off with great results. So far everyone was friendly and all the services were easy to understand and follow, like the one-price per bracing service throughout the 12-14 months that it takes. There is a WhatsApp contact you can refer to for any assistance or questions and the Dentists, in particular Dr Khan was helpful in clearly suggesting what it needed and why, facilitating me in deciding myself in taking the braces course. All of the secretaries were very nice in greeting and assisting me with all of my questions and needs, in particular Alina was always very helpful and thoughtful. I had a great experience with Masya for the deep cleaning, everyone’s main concern was to make me feel at ease, and I have especially appreciated it as for my tight schedule. Grandi risultati e soprattutto nei tempi promessi!

I have to travel a lot due to the nature of my job, however they were flexible and helpful with all the services to accommodate my situation. Although my case wasn’t straight forward, I didn’t experience any problem with any of the aligners and I’m very happy with the final result.

Negative experience: Very very poor. Teeth weren't cleaned properly, process was done in 10 minutes and it was torture. It's like they want you to feel pain. The woman that did it needs to go back to dental school and get more training. What a waste of time.
