Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Harley Teeth Whitening for about seven or eight years now, and I can’t recommend them enough. The results are always fantastic, and the process is super quick. Even though I’m a big coffee drinker, my teeth stay nice and bright for many months after. The team there is always welcoming, and the whole experience is so much better than any at-home treatments I’ve tried. The whole process only takes about an hour and you see major differences after the treatment. Just a quick note: you’ll need to watch what you eat for a couple of days afterward, and I always stick to room temperature water to avoid any sensitivity. I try to go every 6-9 months to my teeth looking their best and as long as they’re around, I’ll keep going back!

Positive experience: Clean, professional and friendly staff - looked after well with water etc. Happy with the results in that my teeth are noticeably whiter. Only thing I would say is that it is expensive - £199 for lower price package and £350 for the more expensive one. I felt a little unclear in the consultation about what the exact difference is and felt a little pushed to pick the more expensive option. Price is ultimately a subjective thing - if you don’t mind spending that amount, then go for it, but you don’t want a dentist experience to feel too ‘salesy’.

Majid at reception was incredibly helpful, explained the process thoroughly in detail & ensured I was comfortable before starting the process. The senior doctor who done the teeth whitening was lovely and talked through each step and gave me great advice on what I would need to do going forward. Negative experience: the £199 treatment is only 25 mins. They also repeatedly try to pressure you into going for the £350 treatment when you are there. Made very little difference to my teeth, if any. Also, they aren't based on harley st so don't be fooled by the name :)

Negative experience: Just amazed with all the 5* reviews. Without doubt one of the worst places I have visited. Guy on reception, genuinely one of the nicest people around. The dentist was absolutely vile and rude, didnt listen to a word I said, very dismissive and zero customer people skills. Ended up walking out.

I went for the Pro-Advanced White treatment, prior to the treatment they compared my teeth to a scale. Before treatment, I was ranked at a 15 and then post treatment, came out with a 5.
