Negative experience: Showed and told the barber exactly what I wanted multiple times to make sure he understands what I want, and he said he will do what I wanted done but he did whatever he wanted to do. Didn’t listen to anything I said at all. Although I liked the atmosphere, I unfortunately will not be going back here again.

Fantastic experience: I was staying at the hotel next door and popped in around 6pm on a Tuesday, on the off chance that they could do a quick trim. They managed to fit me in without me having to wait. The service was excellent, my hairdresser was very professional and talented and so gentle! I was really pleased with the cut and styling. Negative experience: Did my nails here Friday evening, yesterday I had one my nails fall off and today I just had another fall off(and no I wasn’t doing anything weird where my nails were involved) 45 pounds for bad quality nails is insane, will never return here, not only the quality is bad but the shape and surface are bad too, wasted money. The studio 88 salon just few steps away from this one is a lot better.

Negative experience: Warning complaint incoming (TANDIS HAIR&BEAUTY) went to Tandis hair dressers earlier, my husband treated me to some pamper time as I've had a really tough time lately with multiple operations and being almost always bed bound for 2 months. This was the first time in years of getting my hair done. I entered and they didn't have me down in the book but she said to sit down, I told her my hair is naturally curly and I would like layers and for it to be curly in its natural state. The lady roughed my head up so much when washing that it took 15 minutes to detangle. She cut my hair which was fine but she didn't look like she was a qualified hairdresser but when it came to finish she got the brush and tried to blow dry it straight I told her multiple times I want my hair curly I had to tell her that my hair needed to be dried with a diffuser and she didn't understand what this was but after describing she found it... She started to use the dryer but not correctly. She put some oil in this just isn't sufficient for curly hair it needs mousse or gel to cast and get the curls defined. I told her she's wasn't doing it right and she "sushhed me and told me she knew what she was doing and be patient" after seeing what she was doing I knew it wasn't right. She then went to the till and o had to respray my hair and show her how to scrunch. She still didn't get it, in the end I told her to leave it and I will do it at home. She looked annoyed. She said I will knock £5 off because your not happy, I have terrible anxiety and couldn't fight my case. She said it looks like this because we don't have any mousse ( what salon doesn't have mousse) I got home and cried, this was supposed to be a treat for all the bad times I've had recently. I have another operation coming up and this was supposed to help me feel better about myself. This is what my hair looked like when I got home and I paid for it and spent an hour crying and feeling even worse about myself. Stay clear of Tandis if your thinking you'll get a good customer experience you won't. I can't believe I paid for this service I'm so annoyed with myself but I'm upset that I was treated this way and my only chance of a pamper session has been ruined. Tandis I hope you see this and contact me with some kind of apology or resolve. Sorry about my face this was during my crying moment.

Staff were really rude, talking a different language while with costumer to other workers l, felt uncomfortable as if I was being talked about. Negative experience: I went to get my nails done here as studio 88 which is my normal nail shop was closed. I proceeded to ask for black French tip and asked if she could do it to which she responded yes no problem and when she had done my nails I was appalled by what she had done. This lady had hurt and cut all my cuticles to the point my fingers were bleeding for 3 days after and my fingers hurt as I moved them. I then proceeded to ask for the nails to be removed as I could not walk out the shop as the nails were terrible. I was met with the rudest response ever of that’s what you’ve asked for (I also stated I wanted them longer) when clearly in the photos that does not match what I asked for she then proceeded to tell me that I wasted her time of 2hrs. My reply was well if you couldn’t do the nails up to the standard I wanted them then why start my nails and destroy them. She then said I was to pay for the removal and that I was so annoying for wasting her time and that someone else should remove them. I showed another colleague what I wanted and what she did and that colleague told her she must remove them for free as it was unacceptable work. I left and hour later still with acrylic left on my nail with sore fingers and destroyed nails. Another European girl complained about the manicure she received as it looked dirty and was not what she wanted. About 30 mins after leaving I realised I left my ring in the shop as I had to take it off to soak my hands in acetone and I didn’t want to destroy it. I called the shop back and the rude shop attendant answered and said my ring is not her concern and that she doesn’t care. Let’s bear in mind I took full responsibility for leaving my ring and I understood that it was my own fault. She then proceeded to tell me if I wasn’t at the shop within 15 minutes my £80 ring would be thrown away and that it’s my problem she then proceeded to cut the call when I was speaking. All I will say to you reading this is I wouldn’t go here again for any service and whoover that girl is she should be fired. I will be going in to formally make a complaint about her and her disgusting disregard to customers. However if you want nails that are 10/10 studio 88 is the place to go top notch nails and they are the most polite people ever This is not to destroy the name and brand of the store but I would seriously take the next step in firing this girl as she is tarnishing your brand image and is not helping you at all. All of the other staff are lovely and polite and the hair service I cannot comment on as I have not had that service. Evidence is in the photos x

Negative experience: I recently visited a hair salon to trim my hair bangs, and I must say, I am completely dissatisfied with the outcome. The stylist, named Mahsa, clearly lacked the necessary expertise in this field. The haircut was so poorly done and unprofessional that no one would believe I paid for it. The bangs were completely uneven, even the chosen volume for bangs was not done properly and professionally, and the overall shape was far from what I had requested. As a result, I find myself frequently needing to pay to have my hair braided elsewhere.

Negative experience: I booked an appointment on call and when i reached here, the salon is locked. Wasted my time. Highly unprofessional . I even asked on the call if i need to book on treatwell. They said we have booked you. You dont need to worry.

Negative experience: I had my haircut, for that I booked an appointment but it seems they don't care about time. Lady I was supposed to treat came almost 30 minutes late & took 1.30 hour for haircut & setting. I already had time crunch. I got almost 1 hour late. They charged me £45 even though I haven't had hair wash. While booking it showed me quote of £38. When I asked cost for services I got, hairstylists were looking at owner & owner were looking at hairstylists. There was confusion between both of them. It seems they charge according to customer not on the basis of fixed rate as per booklet.

Negative experience: Booked Tandi’s hair and beauty for makeup and hair. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They were accommodating enough to hurry my app’t after cancelled trains HOWEVER they have singed my hair and snapped it using a really old hair iron on top of too much hairspray and the makeup options are basic whereby I could not communicate with the lady doing it as she didn’t speak English.

Fantastic experience: I visited Tandis for the first time recently for a perm. Seta helped me with my perm and was very helpful and patient througout the whole process. After the perm was complete, Milan trimmed the sides with a taper fade and was outstanding. I would highly reccomend visiting tandis!

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with the results of my hair straightening, recently visited Tandis Salon for a hair straightening treatment, and I must say that was worse experience I had and wasting money and time unfortunately. Not only did I not see any significant improvement in the straightness of my hair, but my hair actually feels worse than before I went in. The stylist Hamideh didn't seem to have a clear understanding of the straightening process, and it's evident in the outcome.instead of focusing of her job she just talked with her colleagues and she wasn't accurate. My hair is now frizzy, dry, and damaged. I was assured that the treatment would leave my hair smooth and silky, but it's far from it. I also expected a professional and attentive approach, but the overall service left much to be desired. I left the salon with a sense of regret and frustration, not to mention the money I spent on this disappointing experience. Such a shame ,even the manager didn't get back to me , they don't care about customer service I would caution anyone considering a visit to Tandis salon for hair straightening. Based on my experience, I can not recommend their services, as they not only failed to deliver the promised results but also left my hair in worse condition than when I walked in."

Negative experience: I’ve never seen such foul customer service, they ruined my sons hair burnt his hair to a crisp by giving him an awful perm, the hair didn’t even lock in after no perm just a burnt head. After I questioned the guy that was doing the hair he said it’s fine when I can see the hair has turned from black to Brown and gone all frizzy. I asked the owner what can you do with it he simply Replied with “ I’m not the guy that does the perm” when I asked him then why did he try to practice on my sons hair he started laughing at me ridiculing me.

Used a really good perm product and he has years upon years of experience. Even offered his Whatsapp for any support questions afterwards.
