Fantastic experience: I finished a three day nail course here and it was the best decision i have ever made. The staff are so friendly and everyone makes you feel comfortable. The place is very clean and in a good area i would 100% recommend taking the course.

It was great to see to see them in the process of learning while Lina lead and taught them patiently and passionately. It was a pleasure to be part of the experience. I learned everything I needed to know about lash application, techniques and aftercare. Lina was incredibly informative and insightful throughout the entire process. The best part was the hands-on practice we had the opportunity to work on real models, which gave me the confidence and skills I needed. Lina also offers ongoing support even after the training ends and she gives you the chance to continue gaining experience in the salon. Negative experience: I’ve been coming here for the past four months and usually have a good experience, but unfortunately, this visit didn’t meet my expectations. I already had acrylic extensions and only needed an infill. I explained what I wanted and showed a reference, and the technician agreed. However, I felt that things moved a bit too quickly—she started using the drill without fully listening to my request, which made me a bit uncomfortable. Also, during the service, there was a lot of conversation in another language between staff members. While I understand that team communication is important, I personally prefer a more calm and relaxing atmosphere, especially when getting a beauty treatment. Some soft music and a peaceful environment really make a difference. Overall, I left feeling a little disappointed this time, which is unfortunate given my previous positive experiences. I hope things improve next time.

She’s quick but thorough, and has a great attention to detail making sure my nails are always tidy and last a long time. I do my own designs at home, but Sanmei is the sweetest and gives me some tips & tricks to help me improve! Her hand lotion and cuticle oil also smell delicious!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here since last year to get my nails done with San Mei and it’s always a fab experience. San Mei is a superstar when it comes to nails and she is always really accommodating for late appointment times. I’m always the last one in the salon with her. I’ve been to a few salons in town and this by far is the best one.

Negative experience: Overall horrible customer service, recently, my friend that i’ve known for years was victim of horrible customer service, even though she had waited for an hour for her nail appointment, she was then lied about the price at the end of the appointment, shouted at and humiliated on a one on one conversation. On top of that, she also had cleaning product “accidentally” spilled on her. On top of that, part of her finger was slightly cut too.I personally do not recommend this place at all.

Fantastic experience: One the the hotel staffs recommended this nail salon for mani and pedi as it is very close. I was pleasantly surprised by other services offered there. As a walk-in, met Shikha who offered to do shape my eyebrows, do a facial and told me about message service. Had an amazing experience and absolutely appreciated her honesty as to what services would not benefit me and which ones would. She could have easily persuaded me to do some extras and make the money but she was professionally honest. I enjoyed my experience a lot. Also got nails done by Maharaja and appreciated her accommodating me without and appointment and being flexible. They both were amazing at their work and have very friendly and kind attitude.
