Fantastic experience: Excellent service. arrived without an appointment by wheelchair & remained in chair for the cut, the barbering chairs aren't fixed, so there was no problem repositioning 1, to accommodate the wheelchair... highly recommend.

Negative experience: Been “booking” online for the last 6 months and then showing up on time, getting my hair cut, paying my £10 and leaving. Did the exact same this time, this time booked for me and my son online to find the shop closed at 10am when advertised to be open. Called and the owner said they’d be open in 10 mins. When I said I had booked he then told me they haven’t used that booking platform in years and the price is £20 with a booking. Then proceeded to argue with me telling me I’m a liar that I haven’t paid £10 with a booking because that’s only for walk ins. The owner has real stinking attitude and told me I have an attitude lol. You’ve lost two customers because of yours, but on another point - how do you charge double for a booking? Absolute jokers. There’s a reason I thought I had a booking every time and got seen straight away because THERE WAS NOBODY ELSE IN THERE. Wonder what else they’re doing from this “cash only” barbers
