Negative experience: Brazilian wax - I really wanted to love this experience as it’s so conveniently located but unfortunately it just wasn’t a good experience the wax itself took a really long time (over 35mins and only 40% done and my hair was only 4 weeks old). I’ve had several waxes over the last year now. By chance, I was eventually seen by the senior who completed the job, she was very efficient (done in 2mins) and BOTH clinicians were really really lovely and pleasant!! But when I returned home, I just knew things hadn’t gone well. My skin is extremely sore, bleeding in several areas and I’m just really disappointed in all honesty. So sorry to say this… I just would not return.

She’s incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and always makes sure I’m comfortable and informed every step of the way. Her attention to detail is top-notch, and I’ve seen amazing progress since starting treatments with her. On top of that, her space is clean, welcoming, and relaxing, which makes each visit something I actually look forward to. If you’re thinking about laser treatments, I can’t recommend her enough — she’s the best in the business!

Negative experience: I loved my experience. I made the mistake of shaving a week before my appointment however she still accommodated me and took off all the hair. UPDATE: since my wax with this lady, I’ve been dealing with recurring folliculitis for what is now years. I didn’t realise I had left a review then so I’m coming back to this review to give an update. Whilst the service was great then, I remember that the hygiene standards was below par. She kept touching her phone and other surfaces while waxing me and I think that contributed to it.

Gulshan is so professional, knowledgeable, and really puts you at ease from the moment you walk in. If you’re considering laser or any aesthetic treatments, definitely book in – you won’t regret it!

Fantastic experience: This was my 2nd visit in 2 weeks and again a wonderful service and very knowledgeable staff.

Negative experience: The whole experience was unpleasant. The treatment wasn’t explained properly, it was an hour laying down with bleach on your teeth & a blue light. No real difference in my teeth and no showing before & after results. My teeth are so sensitive today 24 hours later I can’t eat or drink anything, wish I hadn’t had it done.

Negative experience: Would not recommend this clinic. The practitioner, Sharn Bennett, was exceptionally rude & unprofessional. I booked my appointment for 10.30am and received a confirmation text stating this. I then received a text saying 10.15am, which I assumed was a suggestion to arrive 15 mins early. When I arrived just before 10.30, Sharn aggressively berated me and threatened to cancel the appt. Finally, she offered a shorter appointment - which wouldn’t have been so short if she hadn’t insisted on spending 5 minutes patronising me. During the treatment, she bleached my gums and I developed an ulcer.

Fantastic experience: I went for teeth whitening, and I’m very satisfied with my experience. The receptionist was welcoming and professional, as was the doctor who did an excellent job. Sharn was extremely professional and provided so much care and attention during my treatment. I have extremely sensitive teeth and spoke to the owner beforehand. I was very impressed with how Sharn was well prepared for my treatment as soon as I walked in. She knew exactly how to cater to my needs and was very attentive throughout incase I had an issue. Negative experience: Booked teeth whitening at this clinic. Terrible experience, person performing the treatment lacked personal skills, rushed the entire treatment and was dishonest about the after shade. I was directed by the person at the end to take out the cotton guards out of my mouth myself which was extremely odd! Left the clinic with blue gum protector still on my teeth. Overall waste of money and extremely disappointed considering it was £75!

Negative experience: The woman who done my teeth whitening was rude and lacked customer service skills. I was 15minutes late and I had booked a session for an hour. The woman explained that due to my lateness the 15mins would be taken off from my session if the next customer arrived which I was happy to do so. However, when the procedure began she was extremely hostile and also ended my session after only 30mins even though no customer had arrived- she clearly was more interested to run back to her phone! The session did nothing whatsoever to my teeth! I wasted my time and money.

Fantastic experience: Genuinely one of the best salons I've ever had a treatment in. The lady Garsha (sorry if spelt wrong) was absolutely amazing. So personable, genuine and friendly. We had a lovely chat during my treatment and I felt so comfortable. The salon is so beautiful too, you did a fab job with the interior, your choice of neutral colours and decor created such a warm ambience. I did hollywood wax and underarms wax dreading it'll hurt as I left it so long but, you did such a great job with your technique I didn't feel a thing! Very skilled and professional many thanks again! X

Positive experience: Positive: Did whiten teeth by 8 shades. Negative: Had to wait for 15 mins with not much apology, minimal information and advice given, ongoing personal phone calls/appointment calls being made right near you so not a relaxing experience (take earphones) and the procedure burned my top lip (& is still sore). Do not think I would book again.
