Everyone always provides excellent care and very high quality and lots of options to book appointments including late evening appointments which work well if wanting to go after work. Equipment is high grade and up to date. Rabhika is always caring and the whole team always provide a kind caring atmosphere and make you feel welcome.

Negative experience: I paid for a package but couldn’t attend all sessions due to personal circumstances. Despite several polite refund requests, the clinic has ignored my messages. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism. Edit: (You don’t need to make inaccurate statements publicly. I have made several attempts to contact you, but have not received any response. I’ve already escalated the issue, as I find this lack of communication and follow-up unacceptable!)

Positive experience: First of all whether it was the truth or not asking for the other clinics name and bad mouthing them that should have been a red flag. Secondly when I was so open and vulnerable and told u from the get go why I had trust issues with the laser beauty sector. I cannot say that this clinic their service are not friendly to some extent they are. The place looks nice neat and clean. I can vouch for them 100% their laser treatment work. I have used it and it does work properly 100% sure about it. I wanted to use their services for myself and my other half. My problem is that no refund no refund. I absolutely could not get my deposit back no matter what. Even after using their services, i could not get back what remained. I was panicking I was freaking out nothing, I was fine using their services until I saw all the reviews on Google. Honestly those reviews freaked me out and made me panic so I'm doing a honest review. Because the lady that was gonna do my treatment seemed so nice and friendly and support. I was comfortable, I was even getting a good price deal. I booked my consultation, I was supposed to start my treatment then I looked at Google reviews panic. I called Early and cancel nope. Been told to wait, time was wasted. Then i was told no refund what so ever no refund. I'm glad she said I have to try their services for myself I'm glad I had to try it and experience and see for myself. Now I know it works, however I am traumatised after that experience. I want to use their services and do the treatment for myself and my other half because I know 100% it works. I was told it is under a different management but I see rabika is still the management she is still there. No refund and also charging me to change my appointment means if I have a emergency family or even myself I'm not gonna get a refund or be able to change my appointment. Money I paid and appointment I might have to miss due to personal reasons. No refund or change. I can't trust, I can't risk it I will keep searching I hope to find a good place that can support my needs as a customer. BUT TO THOSE WHO SAY THEIR LASER TREATMENT DOESNT WORK IT DOES 100% IM A WITNESS TO THAT. with my condition as well. I have tried other places, I have tried a clinic where nothing worked because they didn't know how to treat my skin. The other salon cooked me alive my face was cooked I have the pic and the scar remains. All this because they didn't know how to treat my skin. But this place did from the 1st try. They knew how to treat my skin did not burn me and it was so very effective.

Negative experience: The people and experience was very nice and professional. However, I went and got 10 sessions of full bodylaser hair removal and over £1000 later there is no difference with my hair, feel a little mislead and if I could I would have never gotten it to begin with.

Negative experience: Unethical place that left me in a worse position than when I started, I get the impression they are just there to take your money. They did not warn me of the potential effects of laser and I made an uninformed decision. I have been to several clinics after and they all agreed that The Laser Clinic should not have done laser on my face. I understand that it is my decision but I relied on the knowledge of experts, and was misled so they can make a quick buck. I feel very sad with the outcome. Additionally, one of the aestheticians would tell me off and cricitize for using certain medication (as if it is her business). On one occasion, the aesthetician started whispering that if I quickly paid she'd give me a discount without telling the manager. What kind of place are these people running?

She answered all of my questions and even suggested I do some of my own research to be sure I agreed with her plans. I am confident to go ahead! The clinic was a clean, welcoming environment. They keep track of the power/settings of your previous treatments meaning it can increase each session ensuring you are getting the best results. Manisha is the best she is always so thorough and doesn’t rush so let’s you have breaks if needed! I had such bad scarring from ingrown hairs from previously shaving and waxing - but it has almost all faded after consistent laser treatment :)

Negative experience: I am now scarred for life following the fat freezing treatment at The Laser clinic which I had mid-March . I met with the first therapist for a consultation a day before I started the session. The consultation was quick, and I wasn’t given anything to fill out. I should have realised from there that this wasn’t going to end well. When I went back for my first course of treatments I was greeted by a different therapist, I wasn’t made aware that someone else would conduct the treatment. Anyway, she proceeded and got me onto the bed and hooked up to the machine. About 30 minutes in she decided to give me a disclaimer to sign agreeing to the treatment (the treatment had already started and my stomach was hooked up to the machine). I felt some discomfort but couldn’t pinpoint why, then the next day I had two massive burns that were so sore and uncomfortable to touch. I called my gp to get some advice and then contacted the salon. The guy who called had no interest and displayed a lack of empathy, following this I went into the salon to be seen to by the original therapist who then advised me she’s put me on the “better” machine next time, they gave me back £90 but didn’t refund the original treatment so I was out of pocket by £160 and I’m scarred for life on my stomach, it is so distressing and depressing to look at. There was no further aftercare, but more of a bribe of a free treatment to keep my quiet. After much thought I will now take this matter further as they have no regard for their clients. Please avoid at all costs, extremely disappointed in this business

Negative experience: I had to leave the country due to unforeseen circumstances and couldn't get a refund. I can't come back either so my £140 is wasted. The price lowers depending how long you are with them so that's a bit unfair as I've heard a few people asking for major discounts and getting it while I was paying double the amount. Laser: works, you do see a difference.

Fantastic experience: This is a place no matter where I lived in the world, I would fly back specifically to have treatments done here if possible.

Positive experience: I intended to wait until the end of my treatment to leave a review, but I always receive an email after my sessions asking for one. So here goes a provisional one: I had 3 laser treatments so far. I've seen some difference but not much. I was expecting more considering the research I've done and the experience of friends. But let's wait for the next three for a final verdict. One suggestion I would make is about the facilities: in the website you see nice beds with fluffy towels and all. When you get there, there is not even a small towel covering the bed. It's just a couple of squares of paper that don't even reach the end of the bed. I always feel a little uncomfortable as sometimes my skin is against the plastic that - I hope! - has been cleaned properly. But it would be lovely and reassuring just to have a towel there!

I got a little bit dissatisfaction after my second hair removal for my sideburns but they responded immediately to my email and arranged a touch-up appointment.
