Fantastic experience: Was seen by beautiful Sarah who done my pigmentation laser for me. She was extremely welcoming and made me feel at home. She talked me through it, she new i was nervous and had told me i won't feel pain with the numbing only little pinches. It was quick and i was good to go after 20mins. Fantastic experience: It was my first time trying anything with my face & I booked in with Sarah for treatment She was amazing explaining in depth what the procedure is and how it will benefit me. Also explained other treatments that would be beneficial to my skin. I'm very nervous with needles and she was really understanding and reassuring when I needed to take a breather. Amazing place

Fantastic experience: I came yesterday for a gel mani and pedi and I'm so happy with the service I got. Tracey was very thorough with my pedicure and so meticulous with the application of the gel on both my hands and feet. For the pedicure, my feet were soaked, cuticles pushed up and cut, nails cut and filed, dead skin removed with tools to smoothen the feet, finally she used a physical scrub and then foot lotion with foot massage. For the mani, she cut my cuticles very meticulously and used an electric file to smoothen them out, then applied the gel and again gave me a physical scrub and hand lotion with massage. I will definitely be back. Thank you Tracey for such a great service yesterday! I have very pretty hands and feet now haha ready for my holidays !!

Positive experience: I had a very nice company in Tracey for the short time of my waxing treatment. She was very careful with my skin, which I appreciated. The only reason I'm removing a star is because I was told off by somebody else as I entered the salon for selecting a cancellation reason on Treatwell that they didn't like even though it was suitable for the situation of them asking me to book in directly. I don't know what beef is between the salon and Treatwell, but they shouldn't let it stain the relationship with customers. Being told 'you didn't do what we told you to do' is not a nice welcome.

Positive experience: Had my eyebrows done. I manage to get a last minute appointment on a weekday. The place is nice and friendly. The ladies have done a good job of redefining my brows that fits my face. Treatment was approx 30mins and i paid £25. They take cash or card. Overall recommend the salon for brows and next time I ll try the pedicure here too. They are next to Cafe East, look for the pink store front.

Fantastic experience: Such a talented lashes-artist! I have my lashes done with Tess back in December. I was a bit hesitant at first, because I didn't want my lashes to look heavy and fake, and at the same time I wanted them to be visible. Tess met all my requirements, and I left with beautiful, looong, even and natural-looking lashes. I was delighted - but that's not all! My lashes survived hot sun, jumping to the water from heights and diving in the sea! Of course, they were coming out with time, but the process was gradual and my lashes still looked even, even after 4 weeks. I am very happy with the service, and I will definitely come back when I will like to have my lashes done again. Thank you, Tess!

Negative experience: I done my first botox plus lumi eye , I knew will take a few days for recovery that unfortunately my body took longer but that is not the big issue : who done the treatment no even bored to take the hut off from outside or change clothes and took something from under the stairs a little cabinet , Payment : she show me her person card witch I paid £350 no even bored to show me the card machine in the shop it’s mean tax free Text her the day after no response : zero In the end she booked me after 4 weeks that I wasnt sure to do so and charged me for no show £99 for cancellation fee cause they keep your bank details and used as subscription!!!! Do not waste your money in this place

Fantastic experience: Fat freezing at Nuova Beauty Bar was a very effective and successful treatment. My experience here has been delightful, I’m very glad I’ve chosen to go here and have noticed a difference from just one treatment. I’ve lost 2 inches on my chest (36” down to 34”) Francesca is a very warm person and makes you feel at ease throughout the session and makes sure that I am comfortable throughout. The radio frequency and cavitation is quite a relaxing process. I’d recommend going here!

Negative experience: Firstly I would like to say that the consultant I saw was very friendly and efficient, I have had quite a few Brazilian waxes and as it is quite a sensitive treatment you are having done, privacy and hygiene are paramount. I didn’t experience this here. Usually, the consultant leaves the room while you get undressed and there is a modesty sheet to put over you. In this salon the consultant just stood there while I undressed and there was a partial covering of the bed by a piece of paper. There was no antiseptic wipe before and no oil applied after to help soothe the skin. All in all, it just didn’t feel like a professional treatment.

From my first message I instantly got a warm welcoming vibe which was reinforced when I actually visited. So far I have had laser hair treatment, under eye treatment and non invasive facial...not only do I look better, my skin (face) still feels like I've had a fresh facial 2 weeks later and more importantly its made such a difference to my mood and mental health. Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with a lovely Sussan, She made me feel most Welcomed. I was booked for a Lip blush tattoo - wanted a very natural pinkish colour + slight overline for bigger lips effect. I was slightly worried if it's gonna look natural but it turned out absolutely amazing! I love it so much, she made changes and confirmed the shape of my lips many times before starting to tattoo. I was so happy that I booked for eyebrows and freckles tattoo as well. And nobody could ever tell! everything looks so natural I highly recommend Susan!

Negative experience: I am fuming! I booked a lash appointment two days ago and it has been cancelled last minute! I even came in at the beginning of the week for a patch test and told the lady T that I was going away, her excuse is that she is fasting which I understand as I am fasting too but she could have cancelled and contacted me 48 hours ago and not on the day off my appointment! You have a 48 hour cancellation policy that you want clients to follow but can't follow yourself! I am a new customer and it was going to be my first ever treatment but I've been let down and last minute and can't get an appointment anywhere as it's last minute! To make matters worse they haven't cancelled via fresha and if I do it then I'll be charged! I don't recommend this place at all! So unprofessional! I forgot to mention "apparently" T has tried to call me loads of times even on WhatsApp but couldn't get through as I've put the wrong number on fresha. I just logged into fresha and my number is correct! Atleast make your lie make sense!

Anita, for nails, is brilliant - meticulous at painting and nail art, and I always have long lasting nails. Abbie was super professional when I had my lip fillers; she was patient, understanding and brilliant in creating an extremely natural plump. Francesca, the owner, is also wonderful. Fantastic experience: Christmas most DEFINITELY came early for me after the amazing work by Abbie-I can't believe how fresh and young I look!! The best present I could've given myself. I had been um'ing and ah'ing about fillers for a while but when my best mate showed me her lips/botox results after seeing Abbie at Nuova, I messaged her instagram @absolutely_fabulous straight away and got myself booked in! She was so friendly and professional but most importantly honest, advising me with care, the procedures and amounts of botox/filler best for the more subtle look I wanted. Barely felt a scratch and after following her before and aftercare didn't bruise either...only problem now is-I want MORE ha and have already booked in again with Abbie in the New Year just in time for Valentines!! I'm so glad I waited and found her; I'm trained in dermatology too so very fussy about treatments but she is 100% one of the best in my opinion!!

Fantastic experience: So friendly. Made me feel at ease and my eyebrows looks great. The salon is so cute, beautifully decorated and very covid secure. Really enjoyed my time there.
