I have 3c/4a Afro hair and my hair is so smooth and shiny afterwards (ladies don’t worry about damage, my hair was still super curly after washing and I have not noticed any heat damage)

I'm a black girl with relaxed hair and it's a very good place to do your hair, so black girls don't feel they would know how to handle your hair. They are excellent with all hair textures trust me. My first experience was awesome and I can't wait to go there again. I recommend it to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I have struggled for years to find a decent hairdresser due to the awkward texture of my hair which is super frizzy and almost afro but the unmanageable type due to high porosity?.. I have visited so many high end salons in the past such as Tony & guys etc..and never once -if Im honnest -have I been fully satisfied with the results. I have to thank the stars for finally finding Grazielle, she's a master in the art of hairdressing , la creme de la creme and always sends me home with a beaming smile on my face. I do not review loads, but when I feel I had an outstanding service I'd like to give a shout out. So, to reiterate, Grazielle is very highly skilled , extremely reasonably priced, too many services to choose from ( I also like derma care / skin care with Imane) great value for money and the whole team behind is just as amazing. Well done and keep up the good work . Happy new year xx

Fantastic experience: I went to this salon 30/6/23 without an appointment and I was made more than welcome. I was slightly nervous as I have natural hair and most establishments don’t do my type of hair. I was pleased to find out this salon does all staff were nice and welcoming and the ambiance was perfect. The stylist (I can’t remember her name sorry) and I had a great consultation and she told me every step of what she was doing which made me feel more than comfortable. There was no heavy selling of products and I was even advised into what type of products I needed to use to get my hair back into peak condition. I wanted a straight trim on my hair and as I don’t use straighteners/heat on my hair only a blow dryer every couple of months on medium heat I was blown straight with a round brush. My hair was so straight it looked like it had been flat ironed I believe 2 to 3 inches was taken off which was agreed between the stylist and I (More needed to come off due to thinning which will be sorted at a later date) my hair looked healthier and thicker straight away. As I like my hair to have lots of body the stylist even pinned my hair into a beautiful cloverleaf and butterfly style which I received lots of compliments on when I was at work The next day my hair was still looking fantastic and the amount of body was just wow. Sunday is my wash day so it was time to see if I had any heat damage. I had none, I repeat none This has to be hands down the best salon which was recommended to me from my coworkers. As someone who’s nervous about people touching my hair and having heat and or chemicals put on my hair my nerves have gone. I also recommend this establishment to anyone who has difficulty finding someone who does natural hair. (Please note they do all types of hair) The salon also does beauty treatments, nails and maybe more services I don’t know about. I didn’t see a price list, however I asked and one was provided immediately. Establishment 5 stars Staff 5 stars Ambiance 5 stars

Fantastic experience: Very good service, welcoming and professional staff I went to do my hair and my experience was great so I did a Keratine Afro and trimmed my hair that was chaotic and grazie did an amazing job to not cut too much but give it shape. I went out that same night and (obviously was raining in Manchester) and at some moments I didn’t have my hair protected to go out in the rain and thought my hair was gone but no it was intact trough the night and next days. I just had to wash it and apply my curl products for my curls to be back but it’s also very easy to straighten on my own at home after the keratine Afro product. Would 100% recommend and they offer a great variety of services that I am excited to try !

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing customer service. They fit me in for an immediate appointment despite it being Saturday afternoon. Advised me on what to do with my hair (low lights) and it turned out lovely. Had my eyebrows done whilst I was there too. I left the clinic looking like a new woman. Fantastic experience: It was my first time for me and my sister (the bride) and my mum to attend this Salon, and safe to say it was the most beautiful experience ever as we have enjoyed every service there. The staff were lovely and very outgoing. We had all our nails done and my sister had her eye brows shaped perfectly. We was very impressed by the nails as they were amazing. Overall the salon is very unique and pretty and the staff were easy to talk to. I’n addition to this the salon is very convenient as it’s located on the main road and therefore it’s very accessible. :)))

Jane gave me the best hair wash I’ve ever had at a hairdressers. She took her time to really wash AND massage my scalp. She was quick, professional, courteous & polite. Fantastic experience: I suffer from severe depression and physical health problems and struggle to maintain my hair as a result, and decided on my birthday to treat myself to my first haircut in quite some time. There was a bit of a kerfuffle because of booking online (not the fault of the owners or staff, but if you use the Google booking I do recommend waiting on a confirmation e-mail from the owner, which booking through google does not make sure you should know!) but despite this they still fit me in which was lovely of them! The atmosphere is very upbeat and cheerful, and it is light and airy in there, as well as lovely and clean. The wash and cut I received was soothing and thorough, and the cut is lovely and I walked out with more confidence than I walked in with, which was wonderful, and my hair is no longer limp and lifeless. I saw one person complaining in their review about the language barriers in a not very nice way - this is not an issue, imo. If there were any struggles to understand anyone, it was very quickly translated and rectified and all the staff seem close and help eachother out. Thank you so much!
