Fantastic experience: I've never had a more gentle and efficient dental Hygiene service, and my teeth have never looked or felt this good after one either. I purchased the Ultraclean with EMS Airflow, and it was completely painless, and absolutely worth every penny. The clinic is welcoming and intimate, and my service was done with Hayley who was excellent, conscientious in her work and super lovely.

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. The receptionist was so attentive and helpful, making the entire check-in process smooth. I had Kay for an ultra clean, which I had never experienced before, and it was absolutely fantastic! Kay, along with her assistant, did an outstanding job and made sure to provide plenty of helpful tips along the way. They were both incredibly kind and professional, making my visit feel more like a treat than a chore. It was honestly a pleasure going to the dentist for the first time in a long while, and I’ve already booked my next appointment! Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience!

I purchased a teeth whitening kit here, and when I moved away, they provided me with more syringes at short notice, for which I am very grateful. I have had hygiene cleans performed elsewhere and feel that The Dental Hygiene Suite provide a much superior clean than my current provider. “You never know what you have until it’s gone."

Fantastic experience: They put you at ease straight away from the friendly and noticed extremily efficient receptionist. Hygenist and assistant both also put you at ease. It is the gentelist I have had and most informative which is also very important. Also they have humour which in any medical proffesion helps I believe anyway!

The whole place is so calming and friendly, I normally get very anxious having anything done with my teeth but Catherine is so gentle I barely feel a thing! Fantastic experience: I've been visiting The Dental Hygiene Suite in Truro every 6 months for the last year or two now and would definitely recommend the services on offer. Like many I am on the long waiting list for a dentist down here in Cornwall, but want to make sure I keep my mouth healthy in the meantime. The staff are always very friendly, helpful and considerate; making every visit easy and effortless.

Fantastic experience: I went there for teeth deep cleaning and it was such an easy and comfortable procedure. I was not sure how the experience would be but the staff there made me feel very comfortable and the whole process took less than half an hour. Definitely recommend the place.

Fantastic experience: Wow !! What a find this place is ! Dentists are very rare in Cornwall and I knew my teeth needed a professional inspection. Booked the top of the range “clean & polish” and turned up unsure what to expect. Super premises and a big, friendly professional welcome. Into the treatment room and again a massive friendly hello. Hayley attentively listened to me and advised me the best way forward for me ! She then worked a professional miracle, aided by Alice, and reassured me and made me chuckle throughout. Some forty minutes later I emerged with a much improved look to my teeth and considerably wiser as to how to best look after them. I will happily be returning on a regular basis to this jewel of an establishment.

Fantastic experience: I was a little sceptical of all the 5 star reviews but wow- they really deserve them! I booked an appointment because of a delay in getting to my NHS dentist and because of tartar buildup and discolouration that was making me self-conscious. I booked the EMS Airflow for maximum cleaning. (*Payment is required at time of booking.) Kirsty took excellent care of me explaining each step along the way, and showing me areas that needed more attention when brushing. We discussed how to better look after my teeth and how to use interdental brushes. My teeth looked incredible afterwards! This is something I will definitely make regular appointments for. Would definitely recommend.

I upgraded to the ultraclean and the Airflow treatment was fantastic, wish I'd taken a before & after photo as the difference was huge and my teeth have never been so white. Positive experience: My experience here was fine. I purchased the Classic Scale and Polish, which is the middle of their three hygiene options. The receptionist estimated that the appointment would take 40 minutes. I arrived and my appointment started 10 minutes after scheduled. They did an ultrasonic cleaning and a polish. I was finished after 20 minutes. If this was supposed to be the middle-range appointment, I don't know what the Express service involves. I can't imagine my service being any faster than it was. I almost felt like I received an express service while I had paid for the classic. The hygienists were very nice and caring about my comfort, and they did a thorough job.
