Francesca made me very comfortable and felt like I could trust her with anything. One of my best decision I have ever made to seek advice and help from Francesca. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Francesca is a magician! I’ve put off getting laser hair removal for years because of my fear about the pain and also it not being effective. Neither are true! A wax is so much more painful than this and it’s worked incredibly well. I get my sessions 6 weeks apart to start with and barely have to shave between. Francesca makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed!! Highly recommend if anybody’s been putting it off like I had.

Fantastic experience: I had a PhotoFab treatment day at Alderly Edge Clinic and it was a really positive experience from start to finish. Francesca took me through everything clearly and professionally, explaining each step so I knew exactly what to expect. I felt completely comfortable and well looked after the whole time, which makes such a difference with treatments like this. The treatment itself was great—a bit spicy in certain areas, but totally manageable and exactly as explained beforehand. I left feeling confident, reassured, and excited to see the results. Would absolutely recommend, and I can’t wait to see the final outcome.

Fantastic experience: I have the lovely Cesca do my treatments. She’s incredible. It’s a pamper with a little pain but made a lot less by how gorgeous of a person she is! Not only is she great but my laser has been life changing .. It’s the best thing I’ve ever invested in. Couldn’t ask for a better place to go for my treatments

Fantastic experience: Recently started laser hair removal with Jenny and Faye, both of whom have been really lovely and very knowledgeable. I'm often a little nervous when I first arrive at the clinic, but their professionalism and friendly demeanour throughout really puts me at ease. As for the hair removal itself, I'm already seeing noticeable results from the first session, with the added bonus that this was nowhere near as painful as I thought it would be. Overall a really great service from some really wonderful people, and I look forward to coming back for future sessions!

Negative experience: I purchased a package of 6 sessions on a Black Friday deal a couple of years ago and thank god I did because if I’d have paid full price I’d be even more annoyed, the fact these Hollywood sessions are £120 a session is a joke. I came in for my final session today and I was in and out in 5 minutes (including getting changed etc), this is not long enough for thorough laser. I’ve been to multiple laser places over the last 6 years, 1 even using the same machine as laser club and it was amazing, I was completely hair free because she was so thorough, but she got rid of the machine so I had to move to laser club thinking I’d get the same results but they’re so sloppy. No time is taken to make sure all parts are done, I’m left patchy and stripy, not because of natural laser patches, (I’ve done it long enough to know the difference) there are laser marks where you can see the bits with hair are the bits they missed, I can feel it when I’m lying there that bits are being missed but I never said anything because I didn’t want the other sessions to be awkward that I’m saying they aren’t doing a good job, I do regret that now. I wouldn’t recommend, laser is too expensive to spend it somewhere that won’t take the time to make sure you’ll be hair free. The girls in there are lovely though, probably just need more training. I’d honestly say I’m due a refund for my package, the service I got was not what was expected.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had treatments at other salons with poor results that made me feel like I’d wasted my money and laser treatments don’t work. Having had a consultation with Jenny she explained that with my skin type I shouldn’t have had such a poor result and she was confident that she could help. I’ve seen a massive change within just a few treatments with Jenny and can honestly say that I would not use any other therapist in the future.

I've seen clear improvements after each session, but its really starting to show now.
