Fantastic experience: Although I was never a direct customer as such of Ouro however after loosing two front teeth and not wanting dentures, I decided to get a set of grillz made although from a different company, From the beginning I had a few problems with fitting ect and I decided to approach Ouro for advice. Without my main teeth and having a bad experience I was met with nothing but empathy and respect and the kindness and advice I was given was absoloutly second to none. Armed with the fantasic advice and support I was given I then had the confidence to approach the company who made my Grillz and eventually I got sorted, yes it was an unconvenient set of events that brought me here but as mentioned the service here is absolutley exlemplary. Within 2 days the chain came back looking better than new, in full working order and the cleanest I’ve ever seen it. Super quick turnaround time and a more than fair price as always. This was my 4th or 5th time using Ouro as the service can’t be matched. I very rarely leave reviews but the quality at Ouro warrants it.

Not only did he make sure i was well informed but he re-did my set 3 times to make sure they were absolutely perfect and to a phenomenal standard. Been ripped off previously by far to many folk so it's great to find a trustworthy jeweller that gives you real gold and not "bronze or chrome!" I travelled from London and will say i was not disappointed 100% recommend for everything jewellery related!!!

Jay goes through the entire process with you - shows you a virtual 3D illustration before it’s all hand crafted which is amazing! This way you can see exactly what it will look like. Fantastic experience: Epic work! Supplied x2 18K white gold rings and 12 small VVS1 diamonds. Gave Jay, a rough idea of a pendant I'd like but asked him to put his twist on it. 6 hours later I received a 3D mockup image to see if he'd got it right (He had!!), 72 hours later I got the final piece which I wear everyday. I also asked Jay to supply me with a matching 18K white gold chain to match, he used his contacts in JQ to get me a brilliant deal on the perfect chain. He even called a week later to see if all was good and urged me to take the piece back to him when it needs a polish. Great service! From a design and execution standpoint, Jay is brilliant. He has a true talent and a passion to create... what better way to utilise old jewellery that you have?!. Thanks bro, more projects on the way.
