Fantastic experience: I have had ten sessions of full body laser hair removal with Alexandra and I’m very happy with the results! For me, it has almost got rid of the hair completely and I don’t have to shave that often at all. Even when the hair does grow back, it’s very patchy and fine so is much easier to shave than before. Alexandra has been warm and welcoming and makes you feel at ease through it all. I would definitely recommend and would definitely return in the future for any top-up sessions!

Positive experience: I’ve been coming to this clinic for my chemical peel sessions, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about Alexandra. She is such a wonderful, welcoming, and genuinely kind person. From the very first session, she explained everything to me in a very simple and clear way, which helped me fully understand what was going to happen and what results I could realistically expect. Alexandra makes every session feel comfortable and positive the vibe is always great, and I genuinely enjoy coming in for my treatments. She is very knowledgeable and clearly very good at what she does when it comes to chemical peels. In terms of results, after around five sessions I have seen some improvement in my skin, especially with my acne marks, but the results haven’t been as dramatic as I personally expected. I do still have acne marks, although they have improved slightly over time. Overall, I really appreciate Alexandra’s care, honesty, and professionalism, and I would definitely recommend her for anyone considering chemical peels, especially if you value being well informed and looked after throughout the process.

Negative experience: Receptionist was too busy having a personal conversation to even attend to me - left me sitting 5 mins in the wait room - if this is their customer service for new clients I can’t imagine how bad the treatments are - didn’t hang around long enough to find out

Fantastic experience: I had my Botox treatment with Alexandra 3 weeks ago, and I am delighted with the result! I was unsure what to expect, as previously I tried the different specialists from the different salons for the last couple of years, but unfortunately the outcome never reached my expectations. Alexandra was extremely professional, she is a doctor and before the treatment she provided me with the detailed information of the product, my muscle structure and how the procedure will work specifically in my case. I always knew that my face's muscles are very strong, and the facial muscles structure is complicated as well. However, Alexandra's individual approach made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. Negative experience: To be honest, it's the worst place I've ever been. They deceived me by saying that they used an original Botox, but in fact, they used a cheap fake product, although I paid the price of Original Botox. There were no any effect which I was expecting, and more than that, I got an allergy from that product. They are scammer, and I strongly do not recommend this clinic. Avoid

Negative experience: You are misleading customers by selling treatments that require a skin consultation, which is not free. You pretend to show care, but then you sell a Dermapen voucher and say, 'We need to check your skin first to see if you’re suitable for the treatment.' This is a hidden cost. If the customer is not suitable for Dermapen, you don't offer an alternative treatment to cover their payment. From what I understand, you're fishing for new customers via Groupon and making extra money.

Fantastic experience: This place deserves more than 5 stars particularly Ms Alexandara.. she is a very polite and lovely .. she take the client step by step with a very nice and professional manner.. i loved the facial treatments i had and definitely i highly recommend it .. love the work she has done and i am going back for more treatments

Positive experience: I bought a hydrafacial off Groupon some months ago. The consultant was very lovely & professional. However, 2 things that piqued me 1). It is not an actual hydra facial & consultant did inform me of this at the time of booking 2). It was very expensive for a supposed hydra facial as it turned out to be a good cleansing facial in the end. I would suggest not advertising it as a hydra facial & charging according to what it actually is. Once again I would like to stress the environment & consultant were very pleasant

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to majestik aesthetics for over a year now - mostly just doing laser hair removal but also a few hydrofacials. the standard is top knotch - everyone seems really lovely and very knowledgeable. I’ve finished 12 sessions of laser hair removal for my underarms and what a difference it’s made! The hair used to be so stubborn and grew back after 1 day and now I can go a while without even having to shave and it’s so much lighter and sparse: life saving honestly!! For the hydrofacials, I’ve had one with Holly and one with Sara and they’ve been amazing - the gunk that has come out of my skin is just so satisfying and my skin feels so glowy and hydrated after. the salon is beautiful and they use the most amazing machines! Definitely worth your money!! Also Alexandra is so nice too and very knowledgeable. I really feel looked after here - thank you team :)

Fantastic experience: I have been going here from last year for my full laser treatment and I’m impressed with the results. Alex and the team are all super friendly and lovely but holly is my girl! Holly has been looking after me a lot and honestly from day one she had been amazing and truly looking after me. She knows all my areas which are stubborn and really works her magic to help get rid of them but also areas I’m super sensitive on she so supportive and completely understands that’s I may need a few extra time to relax because of how sensitive some parts are to laser on. Fantastic experience: Why did I leave a rating of 5 stars? It's ironic. Among the regular junk in my mailbox, I found a beauty clinic leaflet. I wanted to throw it away, but I kept it. Decided to make a birthday present for myself. I assessed the area and chose the appropriate dress code, that I thought, should give a certain reaction that would help me decide if this is the right place. I went to the address on the 1st of May. I was greeted with a heavily powdered face and a Slavic accent, although she spoke very politely, but when I mentioned that I found a leaflet in the mailbox, her face became alarmed and was ready to defend. I said that I was interested in the price of hyaluronic treatment. He replied that I need to call and to book an appointment. Why call when I'm already here? I was interested not so much in the price but in what they could do. Then, after a quick view, the Face assessed: hyaluronic would not help here and that I would not see any effect even after the 5th session. 5 sessions, £1000 and nothing? I wondered what other options there are? After evaluating my face, Botox was the answer, but it's also not clear, sha added. You need to call and book an appointment, she said again. Knowing well the kitchen of clinics of this level, I understood to what level I falled here. I imagine what quality could be here, and how aggressive a defence they use if something goes wrong. Then the woman added that she is very busy and I need to call if I need to more information. What's the point of calling if I'm already here? I asked again. No point? replied a powdered face. After hearing three "no" I said goodbye. Conclusion: such a face cannot present a beauty clinic, not so much because of the face, but because of poor psychological preparation. She didn't feel, she didn't see money in me, she evaluated me based on my clothes, and I evaluated the clinic based on the face which was represented the clinic. Maybe the clinic is good, I won't know. But I was happy after leaving that I protected my own face of possible side effects, so I rated it 5*. Most likely, if the clinic would have been presented by a girl who would match the word BEAUTY clinic and nicely explain, I of course would agree to try treatment. For some reason, when I left, I remembered an old Boney M song that ends with "Oh those Russians...

Fantastic experience: I purchased a groupon voucher for a hydra facial at Majestik to help clear my spots and reduce fine lines. I picked this place as the deal was super cheap compared to other places. When I got to Majestik I was surprised with the standard of the place. The interior was beautiful and rather opulent with elegant little touches like a box of M&S chocolates on the waiting table. It certainly did not feel like I was in Staines! I received a warm welcome and although I was very early they were able to start my treatment straight away. The procedure was explained to me in detail at the beginning and I was asked about my problem areas. I had heard the sucking procedure and exfoliation can be uncomfortable so I was prepared for that. After this thought I had a lovely face massage with different products. The last step was a serum mask. In previous facials I’ve had, when products are applied to the skin and need to sit for a while, the beautician leaves the room. On this occasion however I was treated to a very relaxing neck, shoulder and head massage. I would absolutely recommend Majestik and will 100% be going back to try the other treatments on offer. 10/10

Fantastic experience: I had Hydro facial done today and it was an amazing experience. The Skin specialist doing it was so helpful, asked me for my skin concerns I told her what it was and she told me what she would do for me , it was very helpful. She was very professional and friendly. I got a complimentary massage, I’ve done hydro facial before but this definitely was the best one I’ve ever had . Definitely recommending you to my friends.
