The Orthodontic Centre - Wokingham

Fantastic experience: I have 3 children and all have different clinic but I found this The ORTHODONTIST Center in Wokingham is the best one in all aspects.

Negative experience: Appalling receptionists. I emailed to ask if it was possible to amend the time of my appointment to an earlier slot and they said an earlier slot wasn't available until 2 months later. They then went and cancelled my current appointment, from what they said, based on their assumptions I was no longer available for my current appointment, although i only asked if they could change the time. I have had to book time of work for this appointment tomorrow to find out today that they have now given it to someone else. No one is answering the phones, they never do. It was their error so they should cancel the new appointment they booked on mine but they won't. Totally inadequate. And now they tell me I have to wait longer for a new appointment when I've been waiting 3 months.

Fantastic experience: I had my braces fitted in Jan 2021 and got them removed last week (March 2024). Throughout my entire experience of having braces the staff were kind, polite and friendly. I was looked after amazingly by Dr Montu Eipe, Sara Jalloul and team. My teeth are perfectly straight now, would 100% recommend!

Positive experience: Trying to make an appointment to fit in with school commitments reception is very unfriendly and cause me some “real” stress, I try explain the problem but they don’t seem to have compassion or care. That said the actual orthodontists are lovely.

Fantastic experience: My son started his treatment in August 2021 and has just had his braces removed (March 2022) and got given his retainers. Everything has gone very smoothly, we have been well informed before, throughout the treatment and what to expect for the next few years. We had to be seen quickly one day as my son had a fall and his teeth and braces had to be checked and they saw him very quickly. Sara, who look after my son did an excellent job and was really nice to talk to. We are very happy with the service and the results- the teeth look amazing! I would recommend this practice and will be back in a couple of years with my daughter!

Fantastic experience: We have always had excellent customer service when attending my daughters appointments or when we have contacted the centre via the phone. My daughter is seen by Sara Jalloul who always talks us through the process and makes my daughter feel comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Louise Harper is fantastic. I had the Invisalign treatment and both her attention to detail and after-care is amazing. Would highly recommend her as an orthodontist. Timeliness could be improved. Often my appointment doesn’t happen until about 10mins after the scheduled time, however.

Negative experience: Very disappointed and frustrated. They have cancelled my daughters appointment several times - we turned 10 mins late for an appointment and they refused to see my daughter - absolutely appalling customer service -

Negative experience: One of the worst when it comes to customer service. You can never get anyone to pick up the phone when you called, although you often see 2 receptionists at the counter when you walked in. The receptionist I've encountered (July 2022) has no manners and appalling attitude. She didn't even looked up when u come in! She simply continued staring at the computer ignoring you until it's up to her convenience to address you. If it's really that important, she could always utter a simple three phrase 'a moment please'. If she ever did look up at you, she simply stares and waited for you to utter something. How in the world did she get hired??? Definitely in need of training in customer service.

Negative experience: Disappointing service, unwilling to accept responsibility for any of their errors. Would not recommend. Polite and clean etc, charged a child for a mask to talk 7 steps and not patient to explain treatments properly. Poor attitude towards myself and my child

Fantastic experience: The service and care I received from start to finish was very good. As an anxious person, they put my mind at ease and explained everything throughly and what would happen at each appointment.

Negative experience: Customer service is appalling. The numerous staff don’t seem to do much, answering phones certainly isn’t a high priority nor is informing the customers well and treating them as customers. Free first consultation? Not here. They’re reasonably polite in a superficial way but have a veiled attitude. The place is clean and the orthodontist seem to be well equipped and knowledgable but we didn’t go for treatment there in the end as the service was so poor that it set alarm bells off. Give them a wide berth or call and see what you think, but do call a few others for comparison.

Negative experience: Very dissapointed, I will not reccomended to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I cannot fault our experience at this practice from start to finish, all the staff are professional and efficient, our orthodontic therapist Sara Jalloul was brilliant and took time to explain what she was doing, referring to Dr Harper thought treatment and the result for my daughter is a ‘textbook smile’.
