Negative experience: The name on the booking is Lloyd and it was done on the fresha app so you really cannot say you can’t find my booking when I have emails and messages to prove this! If you’re offering me a similar service or a refund then what is the actual point ? My £100 was wasted as my teeth are the same which mean you didn’t do the job I paid you to do

Negative experience: A total waste of money. My teeth had gone back to their original colour by the time I got home (half an hour drive). I contacted James and sent before and after photos to prove this. Everyone who knew I was having it done, said there was no difference in the colour to my teeth. James just offered for me to go back in on another date to have a free 15 minute session. No refund offered.

Fantastic experience: I recently tried Herts and Essex teeth whitening, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The process was simple, comfortable, and much faster than I expected. I noticed a visible difference and my teeth are several shades whiter, and the results look natural, not overly bright or artificial. James did an excellent job of explaining and reassuring throughout the process. He was professional and friendly and spent time chatting so we weren’t rushed. I would highly recommend James and will be very happy to return for my top up when the time is right. Really lovely chap!

Fantastic experience: Been to Herts&Essex teeth whitening a few times now and I highly recommend them. I was a bit skeptical at 1st bcos James's prices are very reasonable but they are definitely the real deal, my teeth have come up lovely and white. I don't go anywhere else now fabulous place and James is very easy to get on with and helpful.
