Fantastic experience: Nice environment. Polite, professional staff. Very nice reception. Was seen on time! Accessibility: Few steps up to entrance. Reasonable width reception area. Lift. Toilets. Seating. No dedicated parking. Hit or miss availability of pay to park bays. Nearby public transport, I did not use.

Negative experience: I asked the staff to send me a picture after my scan to my email address. But I never got what I paid for. Had to ask my dentist to send me my scan result. This shows the level of service of your company.

It does seem like a large bill for a brief visit but I don't know about costs generally in this market so I am not qualified to say anything much – my dentist told me to go get the scan, so I did. The premises are (of course) very nice and the staff are lovely.

Fantastic experience: I was scared about the scan before going to the center ...but the staff there were so friendly that i eased and then the technician who performed the scan also was very friendly and comforted me throughout the scan time and I didn't even know when the procedure finished ...it was a good experience

Negative experience: I went for a scan and I have asked for the results to have a copy for my records and only got sent the invoice without an explanation. I hace sent few email requesting my scan copy, without any answer. I have the feeling that only wanted to keep my money.

Fantastic experience: The receptionist was so welcoming...he was cheerful, personable and funny. The technician was equally welcoming. She explained the process to me, and checked to ensure I was okay as we worked through the process. Thank you both for settling my nerves and putting a smile on my face.

Positive experience: Came earlier than my appointment time but was seen approximately 15 minutes after. The staff were polite and the scan took no time at all. Had to wait for another 10 minutes or so to be billed considering there wasn't a lot of people at the time. Waiting times could have been shorter but I generally had a good experience.

Fantastic experience: It was quick and simple. Went in, the receptionists were very polite. I was seen before the appointment time by a very nice young lady. It took no time for the scan to be done. And I was out of there my official appointment time. The only thing that could be a problem for a mobility impaired person, at least today, is that they have a lift to go downstairs but today it was out of order.

The radiographer was excellent chatting to me about the process, checking and re-taking the image as I moved and then going through everything with me.
