Dental Scan

Fantastic experience: I arrived early and was greeted by a polite receptionist who directed me to suit 17 where the scan was taking place. The receptionist at the scanning room was very friendly and I was seen before my appointed time and finished . The man doing the scan was confident and the scan went without any problems, me keeping very still. On leaving I had a nice chat with the scanning receptionist , we even shared a laugh .

Fantastic experience: Dental Scan have been fantastic!, the booking/referral has been seamless for us and extremely convenient .The location is great, and it is easy for our patients to find. Any time we have any queries the response from Parv is instant , she is extremely attentive and will go above and beyond to assist us. It is has been great collaborating with Dental Scan. One thing that sets them aside from other scan centres we have used in the past is the exceptional communication, no waiting on hold or chasing, just instant response , we don't even have to chase for scans they are sent to us via email. Highly recomend!

Negative experience: Quite possibly the rudest person I’ve ever met performed my scan. Awful experience! Aggressive in her manner and I was in tears when I left.

Negative experience: The scan was perfect, very professional - took 15 minutes no incident nor problem. However, I was kept waiting for 35 minutes beyond my appointment start time with no communication nor apology that they were running 35 minutes late especially for a 15 minute total appointment duration. A simple "Sorry we're running behind schedule" or "Sorry to keep you waiting so long" would have been appreciated, poor customer service and non existent communication. The longest delay I've had at an NHS appointment has been 20 minutes and that is always followed by a "Sorry for wait". Expected better customer service from a private provider.

Fantastic experience: I refer my dental patients here for imagining. They are an efficient, high quality, well priced and very professional dental imaging centre. Parveen Purewal is the most helpful person as is Alex Woodham and the rest of the team!
