CT Dent is the UK's leading dental imaging centre.

Fantastic experience: CD Dent in Finchley was very nice. The building houses multiple companies but the reception desk was helpful and friendly. The woman providing me with a scan was very nice and helpful. She explained everything in good detail and the process was seamless.

Fantastic experience: I arrived early, but did not have to wait. Luckily, the member of staff checked and noticed I had studs in my ears, which I had not thought about when heeding the warning not to wear jewellery above chest height and leaving off my necklace! Very quick and efficient procedure.

Fantastic experience: Parking worked well. Without a car park getting to the building by car would have been difficult. The phone number to get the code was helpful. A space was available immediately. Having a lift to the second floor was welcomed. Waiting time was very short.

Negative experience: Nobody picks the phone up after a long wait. The staff there is irresponsible and unapproachable. They are not interested in the patients' needs and wills. They don't inform about their complaint procedure even after being specifically asked.

Fantastic experience: My appointment was 'Bang-On' the alloted time. Both the receptionist and the lady-technician were very polite, professional and easy to chat with. The procedure (scan) was over in about 20secs, with what looked-like 'state-of-the-art' machinery, in a spotlessly-clean enviroment. A nice and easy experience. 10/10....

Negative experience: Awful service. Paid £120 up front and was told this was total cost for an xray of one tooth. Then after was sent a bill for another £240. Xray took 20 seconds! Staff were rude to me during visit. Was kept waiting 30 minutes. Was told off for looking in my bag whilst waiting. Told to sit down and be quiet. No response to my requests to discuss why the escalating cost. In addition I had a seperate email from them ignoring my email and it turns out they are holding xray ransom until I pay another £240!

Positive experience: The service was excellent and the staff were very pleasant . Just a problem finding it. The entrance is into the GP practise reception at New Malden. There is no indication there that you have to go through the surgery waiting room to a door in the corner and then upstairs . Staff at the GP practise had no idea what I was looking for . I was sent round the building twice before I finally found where to go. Perhaps a clear direction sign in the reception would help .

Positive experience: The lady who did the scan was great but I was told at reception, who did not book me in, that scans were on the second floor where I sat for 40 minutes not seeing anyone. When someone did appear they told me I should be on the third floor.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service from very professional staff at the Birmingham Centre. Due to my disability (Scoliosis of the spine) the Radiologist took care to make the necessary adjustments in positioning me so the C.T. Scanning of my lower jawbone was not obstructed by my shoulder positioning. It did take a few takes but the final view was satisfactory for my forthcoming lower jaw implant work for a new denture. I would recommend CT Dent Ltd Birmingham for Implant Jaw CT Scanning.
