Negative experience: On 22nd October I complained again to my dentist that I was still awaiting an extraction of a front tooth.My dentist replied that they still had not received the CT Dent file completed on 7th October.I asked for a copy of the tomography on 7/10/2025 and it was sent to me on that day, but apparently not to MyDentist at Gregory Boulevard.I copied the files and sent them to my dentist myself on 22/10/2025.
Fantastic experience: Very efficient and courteous service
Positive experience: Pleasant, clean waiting area. I did as directed, sat down and waited . Then a lady came in wearing motorcycle gear. She asked if I’d rung the bell as they wouldn’t know I was there. As I was told and directed by one of the signs to just sit down and wait, that’s what I did. Anyhow was seen by a very pleasant young lady and everything was done in a few minutes. Overall, quick and pleasant experience.

Positive experience: Despite arriving on time I had to wait 10 mins until my arrival was acknowledged. Reception of patients was based on a patient's ability to read A4 printed sheets that were stuck on the door/wall. The on-line booking system was impossible but the phone messaging of the appointment was is useful The radiologist was polite and performed the scan with care. Thank you

Positive experience: Very strange to not be treated by anyone, I walked around the building looking for a human, there's no telephone either, so I you cant call anyone in the nottingham branch to let them know your there,or running a couple mins late etc. Parking is terrible you can not rely on the street parking like advertised so allow more time to park in a car park. Took less than 1 minute and cost £85. The machine will be expensive and the building is guess, that's why it's priced at that.

We understand the frustration of not having front of house staff at our Nottingham branch and we are currently looking for a new premises that will allow us to have reception staff and ideally on site parking.
Fantastic experience: Easy. Pleasant and efficient staff.
Positive experience: I had no idea this sort of service is available. My dentist recommended me and it was great. I would improve it by remembering the results are mine, not my dentists and offering wider scans. Specifically I would like to see what was found, after all I may change dentist and would like this record. I would also like to have had more teeth scanned, but I was told they will only scan what they dentist requests.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant ladies! I have a huge panic issue with swallowing which you mustn’t do while being X-Ray-ed. There was a solution and if anyone else worries you can stand and also just concentrate on the movement of the machine to disengage any thoughts of swallowing that might get into your brain!

Fantastic experience: Very efficient friendly service. Andy the radiographer explained everything to me and it was nice to chat to him. My appointment was bang on time and as per e- mail prior to scan, I was out very quickly. The scan facility was easy to locate, and I had used a train from Lincoln, and walked from Nottingham station.

Positive experience: The only member of staff was kind and reassuring. However the entrance to the building has an opaque glass room opposite a sofa which was locked. For people who have never visited, I suggest a notice saying that scanning is taking place please take a seat and an arrow pointing to the seating area, would reassure. You have a similar sort of a poster on the upper level door.

Negative experience: Unfortunately my experience at this practice was not a positive one. Having not been told to take my hair clip out, the scan machine caught this and twisted my neck excessive causing neck strain for the next week. I also had to return 5 mins after leaving for a further scan due to the operator not reading the Dentist notes correctly as I needed to keep my plate in for the scan.

Fantastic experience: Almost as soon as we arrived, we received a very friendly welcome and were taken through to the scanning room. The overall process was prompt and very straightforward. It might have been handy to know beforehand that any jewellery (earrings/necklaces etc) needed to be removed, but other than that, we were pleased with the experience.

Fantastic experience: I had difficulty finding the place as I do not know Nottingham well, therefore, I ended up being late for my appointment. I half expected to be told that I was late and would need to make another appointment. Feeling a bit annoyed with myself, I went to sit in the waiting room as per the sign. A gentleman came to the waiting room almost immediately when I sat down and could not have been nicer. He ushered me to another room and told me to sit and relax. There was a lady at the computer screen in the other room, who was also very nice and friendly. There was no mention of me being late, instead it was more a ‘glad you made it vibe’. I must say I was impressed with the lady and gentleman of CT Dent - very friendly, efficient, excellent customer service. I have already told 2 people about my experience following my appointment today

Fantastic experience: I had a very good experience here at CT Dent in Nottingham. The waiting room was quiet and comfortable. The lady who helped me was wonderful and friendly. I think her name is Susu. She explained the procedure with care and attention. I felt at ease. After the scan, she was attentive to making sure that everything was right before sending it to my dentist. Well done and a big thank you to Susu. Thank you also for the advice on your website on where parking is available - the Victoria Centre car park was really convenient.

Fantastic experience: Visited today and couldn’t fault one single thing. The lady who was scanning me was so lovely. Very friendly, efficient and helpful. Spent some time chatting afterwards and what a credit to the company. Apologies I didn’t get her name but please thank her for her professional and friendly care. Scan was done early (i arrived 45 minutes before my apoinrment) and was seen immediately. No waiting around. My scans have now been sent to my dentist overseas. Only downside was the location and parking but it’s in the city centre so that can’t be helped. Cost me £50 for a panoramic X-ray and I’m more than happy with that. 5 stars from me - thankyou!
Positive experience: This was a disaster, no reception and phone contact went to USA no U.K. phone contact what so ever. Unfortunately I had to wait over 2 hours as computer system was down . Most appointments this day were either rescheduled, or as with myself just waited for some sort of update . I took a chance to wait. After 2 plus hours the machine was working all very quick. No reception or hardly any contact with anyone , except a lady from another business in the building who was excellent and helpful. Very stressful with parking . Sorry it may just have been an unfortunate event , but disappointing .
Positive experience: The instructions prior to the appointment were very helpful, especially where the nearest parking was located. The scan was performed quickly and professionally. One slight criticism is that you are instructed to take a seat in the waiting room and await a member of staff. I think the addition of a door bell, or an intercom system would give customers confidence that your staff knew they had arrived.
Positive experience: Oh dear, wasn't going to post a review, bur seeing as you asked, here goes. Really not very impressed at all. Why say there is parking nearby on the street? Impossible. After driving nearly 2 hours to get to this appointment and then getting lost around the back streets, it would have been better just to go straight to the Victoria centre car park. On arriving at the practice, there is no receptionist, so I just took a seat. Clearly became obvious that everyone else had been waiting for some time and were very irritated that there had been no acknowledgement that they were there. Some were very vocal and angry. Eventually someone appeared, so very quickly I asked if I could use the toilet as it had now been 3 hours since I left home. He reluctantly agreed and allowed me upstairs. I have never ever seen such a dirty sink in my life. Absolutely appalling. Not the best first impression so far. Another long wait and eventually I am called through. No manners, no politeness, no apologies for keeping me waiting, basically just a grunt/mumble and a beckoning of the head. He then, continuing the offhand rude grunting and mumbling asks me a few questions to identify myself. Asks no questions about anything else, so I start to say why I am there, but immediately chopped down with a very curt "I know what you're here for". I am shown to the scanner, I see no evidence that it has just been cleaned, there is no wiping before my head is positioned etc and I am told to hold on. The scan goes round, but pushes into my back squeezing me into the scanner, it is very uncomfortable and painful but also makes it impossible to keep still. I tell the technician, but guess what, he's not in the slightest bit interested. What a surprise!! I am then told to sit down as he checks the scan. As he is doing it, his phone rings. I can hear what is being said about me. He doesn't realise this. So for the record, I am not old. I am not doddery, nor am I impaired in any way. What a cheek to ask these, questions whilst I am in earshot. The scan is no good, I am told that I didn't stay still. How could I when the scanner was pushing me in the back? I said this, only to be answered with another grunt and mumble. This time was, better. Scan is OK. I am dismissed just like a naughty boy leaving the headmaster after being told off. So that was my experience. I will find out later if the scans were any good. Clearly the technician needs more training. He needs training not just in scanning skills, but also his people skills. I have been served better by staff in pound land. Would I recommend ct dent? I very much doubt it.
Negative experience: No explanation or apology for being kept waiting. Face mask and combined broken english and accent made communication strained.. No eye contact, friendliness or smile. Quite happy to take £185 after 10 mins though!!

Negative experience: AVOID AT ALL COSTS ! I never comment or have left feedback in however I feel I have to warn people visiting this Mickey mouse set up !. It didn't start well on entrance to the building , no intercom , secretary, staff ect just a solo worker upstairs looking at a camera that only views half of the waiting area . When I was finally screened for a panoramic xray if was so blury and hazy you couldn't get any clear image of the teeth or gums !. My Dentist overseas couldn't do anything with it and the staff at this clinic couldn't help ! Waste of time money and now I have to arrange another and change flights! None of the staff seem qualified in any way nor understand the process whatsoever , the most unprofessional set up iv ever came across! Do you're self a big favour and avoid , if the phone lines aren't working properly its there Internet of staffing issues ?!

Negative experience: Absolutely appalling place. Took my 90 year old dad for a scan - and was told couldn't do it because he's too tall. He also caused dad some discomfort as he clearly had no idea what he.qas doing. This was after the radiographer was 25 mins late for the appointment. Be warned the Notts branch also has stairs so.if you have mobility issues you will.not find it easy to access the treatment rooms
