Fantastic experience: Great dentist’s but getting up to the first floor consultation rooms is very difficult for older folk.

Fantastic experience: Excellent care and technical skill from Dr Alan Anderson. He always finds a solution to any dental problem and I always walk away feeling cared for and looked after.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service by the very pleasant and courteous staff, you get seen on time, and the doctors are brilliant. Alan is a star for check and fillings, Nicola super hygienist and all that ladies in the front smiling and pleasant. Excellent service all round.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Eltawil was really helpful and thorough in his examination today, explaining my options regarding my broken LR6 implant, which he skilfully removed on Wed. 23/10/2024. Thu. 09/01/2025, another successful exploratory session discussion about a soft denture for two teeth today. Top marks to Dr. Eltawil and his assistant as usual. MPK Tue. 29/01/2025, wax denture test session and second mould went well today. Wed. 26/02/2026, denture that was rubbing has now been fixed and fits comfortably now. Wed. 25/06/2025, Dr. Etalwil replaced the filling in my LR5 with a white one, which has chemically bonded with the remains of the tooth that acts as the anchor for the partial denture. All weren’t very well: he and his nurse work very well as a team.

Fantastic experience: I really this dental clinic, the staff are friendly especially Kamini, she is like a friend to me. The doctors are good as well. Our doctor is Dr. Edward, he is very good and explains the problem and give suggestions very nicely. Thank you always!

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment this morning with Dr Asra, and I genuinely feel so grateful to have met her. She was incredibly professional, patient, and informative. For the first time in my 43 years, someone actually showed me how my teeth looked, and how to brush my teeth properly instead of just repeating the usual “brush twice a day.” She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood exactly what I needed to do for my dental health. I’ve never felt so seen, heard, or supported at the dentist before. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Dentist Edward was empathy, listened and professional. How ever advance fetal seem to do everything private . I don't understand why I can not have my treatments on NHS. I am told I have to go private and the amount of work I required was up to 2k that's alot of money. And quite ridiculously expensive. Shame on management and receptionists who are equally incompetent and unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: Doctor Satwinder is honestly the most kindest and patient dentist I’ve met. I went in for my broken tooth and needed to have 2 fillings. She was very friendly and took her time explaining everything I needed to know. She also gave me recommendations of what she thinks is best for me. During the procedure, she makes you feel very comfortable (even though I was very nervous), and takes care of her work and did not rush anything. After I got my filling done, I did have pain around that area so I went back to her and she advised me to give the filling some time (because of my case) and did advice not to rush any other decision unless of course the pain gets worse and is unbearable. After a week my pain was gone completely and my tooth was completely back to normal, as she had advised. She even called me back to check on me which was really really kind. A very good experience over all.

Negative experience: everytime they keep me waiting for long time just for small issue I'm not happy at all just tracking people and make excuse for Extra money. This dental care just wasting time

Fantastic experience: I have been with Advance Dental Care in Hounslow for many years and am very pleased with their dental care as well as the front desk staff. I am particularly pleased with the dental service of Dr. Edward B, who has a good approach to the client, is gentle and does his job with passion. My son is also happy from the dental care of Dr Edward and even if we moved house farther he doesn't want to change the dentist. I highly recommend it.

Negative experience: My mum's ( who is 72 years old) denture , which was from them broke. Made appointment ( gave me the wrong day at first). The dentist did absolutely nothing and was late over 45 mins. The receptionist then told her that she has to pay £319. We told them that my mum is a NHS patient. However apparently it was a private appointment ( nobody mentioned this even though I have spoken to them at least 5 times). They then said that they can only take NHS patients in April!!!!! ( we are in Feb!) She can't eat without dentures so shall she eat next time in April? Awful place! Zero Care!

Addendum (Having read earlier reviews) : Don't know what someone's accent has to do with information being provided, but some people do not want to listen or don't like what they hear. I have tinnitus and the receptionists all spoke at a speed and in a manner which I could understand which is often not the case.

Fantastic experience: I been waiting for a practice to allow me to registre for almost 3 years after countless emergency appointments where they did nothing and the pain kept gowing I starting to become addicted to cocodamol, I recently moved to London and I found advance dental care but the start of the practice is Dr Hewitt Yao he has treated all the molars that need fixing not only that he referred me to a specialist for a root canal and a extraction of a wisdom tooth every session he has done his best to help me recover my molars and not just remove them, most dentist should have his ethics and ways of work I am so surprise by how caring he is that I couldn’t stopped thinking on how do I thank him so that’s why I am writing this review because if there’s a doctor who deserves one is him, Advance Dental Care Hounslow DR Hewitt you won’t regret it that’s my own personal warranty!

Fantastic experience: After just joining the practice as a patient I found the staff were friendly, including the dentist who carried out a filling on my visit. Overall good so far & pleased with the service provided. On Tue 17th Oct 2023 I visited the practice again & was seen to by Dr Alan & his assistant. I am extremely grateful to them for taking so much time & care to treat me. Unfortunately I found it difficult to answer some of Dr Alan's questions as my face had become numb due to the injection, but nevertheless I was impressed & pleased with the results. Thank you.

Positive experience: Airflow- Very professional and friendly 5* service from Nicole, she makes me feel welcomed and comfortable whilst doing the procedure. The reception area was very noisy with receptionists and other non uniformed staff chatting altogether, fixing colleagues hair in-front of waiting clients was not very professional at all, suggesting to keep personal matters in private or chat with a lower tone would be more appropriate.

Negative experience: My journey with Advance Dental was short۔ Started off with Dr Nasreen ۔ She was ok ۔ She asked me to go to her hygenist in her practice۔ i booked ۔ Their hygenist grinded each one of teeth enamel so harshly that next day the tooth next to my my main front tooth was blue means dead ۔ after 2 days i just bited a slice of apple and it was so brittle that came in my hand۔ i lost my smile tooth۔ I was petrified۔ I called in they did not want to accept responsibility at all۔ i said give me a replacement tooth ۔ as it was definately hygenist fault۔ but they de registered me from practice ۔ I was sad ۔ So please read this before making visits to Hygenist۔ They can be good but mostly are Harsh & Barbarak with your teeth۔ I do not recommend۔ All patients ، be aware ، You are advised not to even use a،hard bristle tooth brush for cleaning ۔ use soft bristle one as hard can damage gums and teeth as well ۔ let alone you will sit on seat in front of Hygenist & she will rub off all your Good protective shiny enamel nature has given you ۔ They use abrassive ways and tools on your delicate teeth in the name of they are cleaning Tartar etc ۔۔ I would suggest not ۔ hence i gave one star review to them My Personal Advice : Use Natural wood brush called Miswak۔ found in Islamic shops & mosque shops۔ the juice in the Miswak tree branch is Anti bacetrial ، great for gums & natural teeth whitener۔ how to use it : buy a،branch of Miswak۔ put it in clean water one side۔ for few hours or overnight۔ then take a،sharp small knife ، make few diagonal cuts at the end۔ its bark will transform and seperate like a fine vertical brush ۔ then just rub it on your teeth at any free time of the day twice ۔ let its juice go to your gums۔ your teeth will shine white ، bad breath will go away and gums strong as steel۔ All bacterias will be killed۔ Try it then Thank me ۔ Buy smaller slimmer Miswak branches for your kids۔ encourage them to use this Natural Organic Brush system used over the ancient times۔

Negative experience: After over 15 years of coming to this dentis, they randomly removed me off the list without reason or any explanation. I called in one day to book an appointment as I was experiencing gum issues however the lady who picked the phone told me to “find another dentist, you no longer registered here” when asked why? she told me to wait so she could find out but upon checking she didn’t know exactly why but states it was management who removed me. She also told me don’t worry they will get someone to call me back and that she had all my details so they will be in touch. No one called, I sent an email and no one replied. I have never had any issue here, always had a pleasant visit, I’ve been coming here since I was a child and in my adulthood I try to keep up whenever I can with my dental hygiene and cleaning but this was a big surprise and disappointment. I can understand getting rid of customers to make room for new registrations but at least notify or give a solid explanation.

Negative experience: I had a disappointing experience at Advance dental practice Hounslow. The staff at the reception team struggled with English, making it difficult to communicate my concerns. It’s crucial for healthcare professionals to effectively engage with patients, and I believe better training is needed in this area. This situation reflects poorly on the NHS as a whole. I hope the management takes steps to improve communication and professionalism among the staff. Absolutely terrible place

Negative experience: DO NOT BOOK EITH HYGIENIST: Hygienist booked for 30 mins rushed appt and done in 18 mins. Was also 10 mins late with no apology. Complained at reception but said appt is upto 30 mins not 30 mins, NO EMPATHY. Staff mentioned they only do full time if needed but clean was not complete and plaque in obvious areas still present . No follow up advice given just said times up. Poor service never booking again.
