Fantastic experience: A very professional appointment the receptionist where friendly and efficient and made me feel relaxed.

Positive experience: Too long to wait. Cramped waiting room. Not given what was paid for have to ask for scrape and Polish when this is part of the cost

Fantastic experience: Julie was very attentive and her treatment was gentle so much I was relaxed and nearly feel asleep. She always explains what he is going to do before starting the treatment so I am aware of the plan

Negative experience: I have trouble understanding the dentist who doesn't speak good English. Plus wearing a mask which makes it harder to under stand . I did mention I do have trouble with my hearing but that makes no difference still wears a mask

Fantastic experience: We were seen on time. The dentist was a real no nonsense sort of person, but very efficient. Check up and filling drone on the same appointment. There is a car park a two minute walk from the dentist and we only had to wait a week for an appointment

Fantastic experience: So today I had an appointment for 2 fillings. It's been with Dr.Arjmandi and I have to say that he is a great person and even better dentist. Best fillings I ever had. Fantastic experience: I really like my current dentist, he is very professional and courteous. He explains fully any dental procedures. He will always choose the less evasive options. He is very personable and gently spoken. He is very patient and will stop at any point if any procedure is taking its toll. I generally don't have to wait long to see my dentist when in the waiting room. I have found the reception staff to be both friendly and efficient. The practice offers NHS appointments. This dentist has the latest dental technologies. Mr Salaita is exceptionally skilled in dental procedures and techniques and I would highly recommend him. I am forever singing his praises and the dental practice when I see anything on facebook.

Negative experience: My first visit in trying a new dentist for a check up, my appointment was at 9:10 I had to wait 40 mins for them to call me in. While I was waiting there were assistants having personal conversations, a couple of the uniforms were all creased and just looked messy. When i went in the dentist was on his phone and he started to talk to me about braces I told him I was just here for a checkup, he said there must have been a mix up, which is fine it happens. I sat back in the waiting room and they sorted it fairly quickly. I then went to see the appropriate dentist who didn’t acknowledge me at all. Once I was seated she ran through all the usual questions, she put her gloves on whilst using the computer and touched all the unsanitary equipment including door handles before starting the check up then proceeded to touch my mouth, the cross contamination is so unsanitary. Whilst I had my appointment multiple workers came in and out the room, it was very disorganised and uncomfortable. When she did the check up it was less than a minute barely looked at my teeth, and when I asked question afterwards about she was getting annoyed, she didn’t really give me any information. They did do an xray, however didn’t tell me what they were doing just told me to bite down on a guard and just left the room. Overall it was terrible waisted time and money going. The only positive was the receptionists who were all lovely.

Negative experience: Booked an emergency appointment for major tooth ache. Eventually saw a so called dentist who took 3 attempts to do an x-ray to be told the tooth needs to come out. Said ok take it out of sorry I'm not allowed to do a extraction. As I left I was given some antibiotics which came from a little unlockable cupboard. £80 down and I'm still in pain and I've still got to try to get an appointment with my own dentist.

Negative experience: Absolutely disgusting! I had an appointment scheduled for 12:30 PM today with Dr. Priyanka Roy and arrived on time. I waited for an hour without any update, and it was only when I approached the reception myself to ask what was happening that I was informed all the dentists, including Dr. Roy, had gone to lunch. At no point did anyone take the initiative to inform me of the delay or offer an apology for the wait. This complete lack of communication and consideration for patients' time is highly unprofessional. As a result, my dental issue remains unresolved since the only solution the receptionist had was to book me for another time. I hope Dr Roy enjoyed the lunch cuz I can not eat with my filling missing.

Fantastic experience: So excited to find an NHS Dentist that was in travelling distance for me. On registration the receptionist was lovely. My appointment went really well. As a disabled customer I was treated with great respect. The dentist Sully (Mohammed Sulmaan Ihsan) was lovely along with his nurse. They were polite pleasant and friendly. The receptionists are all really nice with time to explain to me. As a retired NHS Practitioner my standards are very high. This practice and staff were impeccable. Thank you for such a lovely visit to the dentist. Just attended for the second visit. The staff are marvellous. It was very busy but no waiting. From reception staff to nurse and dentist I was treated with respect and Sully took time to explain everything to me and answered a couple of questions I had. I was in and out within 30 minutes and the best thing was, I’ve been looking after my teeth and no treatment needed. Thank you Team Tamworth Dental Practice, you are first class. Attended for an emergency appointment today having lost a crown after my previous appointment. Firstly I was offered an appointment that day but unfortunately due to family commitments I couldn’t attend. However I was able to chose a time and obviously chose Dr Sully. We both smiled to see me back within a week. As previously Sully was marvellous, his communication is fabulous. Explained what had happened and gave me an appointment to have the crown put back after a period of healing. Sully has to be the best dentist I have had. His nurse in attendance is also polite and efficient. Thank you again and I will see you soon into the new year 20.1.25. Returned to Tamworth dental surgery and saw the lovely Dr Sully (full name above)and he attached my crown as it fell out. So professional whilst caring about how I felt. Apologised when he asked me to keep my mouth open for slightly longer than previous, but actually not long at all. His nurse was responsive to his requests. When I left he told me not to hesitate to call back with any issues. I’m so happy to have found this practice. Receptionists were friendly and polite too Thank you for a great service 18.06.2025 Attended this marvellous dental practice again today for my 6 monthly check up. Reception staff were extremely friendly and clearly enjoyed the work they were doing and getting on with each other which was very reassuring. Dr Jerry and his nurse ( sorry no name ) were very good. Professional and friendly. Very happy with my visit. Thank you

I would recommend to anyone who is worried about having treatment, he is very thorough and explains every last detail about what he is going to be doing. He makes you feel comfortable and looked after by checking on you multiple times during treatment and making sure you don’t feel pain. You will be in safe hands with him, highly trained :)

Negative experience: Was given an appointment for a recent tooth out that had become very painful and infected only to be butchered and have sais very painful tooth dug at by selin. I walked out in tears and so traumatised by the experience and still hours later im left in agony. She gave no instruction how to care for the hole and no apology. Absolutely barbaric treatment by this woman

Negative experience: Do root canals which have been advised to have,then charge again to look at it when it’s failed,an use to have other treatment,which u pay for again to be told if u want another dentist which half the time ur dentist is away,u have to pay for all treatment on the tooth that they have already done…..joke

Negative experience: It's mediocre at best but nothing out of the ordinary for UK dental practice. Cancelled appointments substandard and overpriced treatment. Appointments that seem pointless. I've had treatment 10 times better for a tenth of the cost in developing countries.

Positive experience: First appointment at this practice as a new patient. Been on their list for years but because I didn't go for a couple of 6 monthly checkups they cancelled me. Went in for a check up but the dentist didn't do the normal scale and polish or much else. When having a look, they noticed I had a broken tooth. They said they would a filling and what colour do I want. Now I'm in band 2 payment. After 3 X rays I'm told it's now either extraction or a crown, but not today. Now I'm in band 3 payment, well over £300. And they wonder why people don't bother with routine appointments, there is no such thing. They all turn into sales people.

Negative experience: Arrived for a root canal today only to be told my gums had receded to much for it to be done it was only a few weeks since i came dentist said my tooth was very loose but when i felt it it wasn't loose at all she just wanted to remove the tooth so i refused to have it removed definitely won't be returning to them this was only my second visit to this dentist not impressed

Fantastic experience: Reza Arjmandi's denistry on my front tooth has been of a good standard. I am sàtisfied with the prep for a crown fitting so far. A pity the procedure has been dragged out by the lab upon losing mý files. I anticipate a good finish in 2 weeks . Today has been successful. I now have crown fitted and I am very pleased with the result. Well done Reza!

Negative experience: “The staff and reception team were absolutely fabulous—friendly, welcoming, and efficient. However, my experience with the dentist was less positive. While he was pleasant in manner, the procedure was surprisingly painful. He seemed unaware of my discomfort despite my body language, and I eventually had to ask him to stop. Removing a small amount of tartar should not have been that painful. Additionally, the assistant’s suction tool was more on my tongue than near the treatment area, which added to the discomfort. Overall, it wasn’t a pleasant experience.

Fantastic experience: Very short wait. Attentive and professional dentist who heard everything I said and was extremely helpful.

Negative experience: Arrived five minutes early for a 9am appointment and was told to take a seat, 9.15am I asked how long as it was 15 mins late, was then told the dentist was not due in until 9.30am. I sat for a further 15 minutes before asking again and was told the dentist was just about to call me through, sat for a further couple of minutes and asked again, only to be told the dentist had took an emergency call, no other dentist was available, so I left the surgery This is not acceptable as my previous appointment was very similar

Fantastic experience: I had the best dentist I have ever had her name is Xhuli she was absolutely brilliant no rushing and very friendly, reassuring and generally very nice. I had a back tooth out and I never felt a thing she even put some numbing gel on my gums before the injections so I didn't feel the needle going in. Overall 5 plus stars. Negative experience: Always running behind had to wait 27 minutes with a 2 year old today, and the last time my husband went he had wait almost 1.5 hours!! Never ask anymore if you've had any issues your just rushed to get in the chair & out. Oh and not to mention that they cancelled & rescheduled my appointment twice delaying it by over 6 weeks.

This dental practice have Bern nothing more than kind gentle understanding and kept me calm all through any treatment I have gone through . Due to medical issues and conditions that have effected my gums They Hsve done so much to look after me and get healthier gums with advice and medication to help me . Receptionists are kind caring too . With all the knowledge they have now and my complete trust in this practice I have now relaxed and I completely trust any of the Dentists .

Fantastic experience: Brillent dentist and girls on desk but not happy with asking me about a bill I had and not mine phoned 6 times and nothing done about it only when spoke to Claire and she said Karen wipe it of now but I was asked about it today 14/4 2025 I told the girls to sort it please they could not apologise enough put told them is not down to them To do that it should come from Karen that’s her job not had any Reply of her and never gets back to me lack of communication in writing would be nice

Positive experience: Excellent dentists all receptionists seem lovely and helpful, they do NHS & PRIVATE here along with SMILE & INVISALIGN, myself and son are both clients of this particular dentist - parking outside can be a challenge, and the wait times can be long, my son wait d over half an hour past his appointment time to be in and out in 2 minutes literally, it’s hard to see same dentist due to leaving, maternity or similar which makes things a bit hard myself I’ve had one dentist say one thing and another day another! I prefer the lady dentists the last appointment was with a young man, and I felt that he wasn’t really interested in anything I was saying too busy taking with the assistant 1 where as the woman previously was very thorough. My son’s 28 and he was happy today but they didn’t offer to polish or clean or anything and he’s too shy to ask! But the point of seeing a dentist is to the health of your teeth he’s never had a clean or polish so I’m sure he’d benefit from one! Also this appointment as made from a previous one to go back and check a tongue issue now he’s told to ask the doctor instead! A bit disappointing if I’m honest, I’m desperate for a painful broken dead front tooth to come out but it seems they never want to do it! If they don’t this time or so the referral to hospital they were meant to do for wisdom teeth out I’ll have to think of changing as nothing is moving forward! Can really advise on ALL the dentists - and you Acan ask for a downstairs room as I can’t walk far and use a wheelchair for longer walks so that helps - ASK IF YOU HAVE ISSUES WITH SPIRAL TYPE OLD STAIRS - The whole of the dentistry is in an old formal house with a large bright yellow door and more or less opposite a car park (that’s always full) . A few metres up from a pharmacy on the corner! Sat nav picks it up fine and from where I am in stapenhill burton upon Trent it picks up the route fine with 2/3 options. Open Saturday and Sunday usually till about 4 and all week till 6 I think,

Fantastic experience: I am absolutely terrified of dentists but even through the terror they were absolutely amazing. Spacing out treatments, fully explaining each stage of the process. They also respected my chosen name rather than my legal given name.

Fantastic experience: Really happy with filling last year and again this year with wisdom tooth extraction and infection control. Absolutely top draw despite me having a TMJ reducing jaw movement. The treatment was carried out on the NHS but in both cases was considerably better than when I paid privately in other dentists.
