We have a special interest in dental implants and cosmetic treatments, including composite bonding, crowns, veneers, Invisalign, and tooth whitening systems. We can do this with the use of advanced technology alongside a team of industry experts led by Dr. Meera Vekaria and Dr. Rakhee Vekaria, who between them have over two decades of experience spanning multiple dental field. Fantastic experience: Booked a last minute appointment to fix a chipped tooth. From the beginning receptionist, (apologies I can’t remember her name) was very friendly and communicated everything with me to find a suitable appointment the same evening. I saw Dr Chirag who was a lovely dentist, very kind and made the whole experience positive. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Would highly highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I am from Australia and my retainer broke while in London. Jay and Adam where incredible in getting my retainer quickly replaced. They used my existing mold, and to make sure the retainer was a perfect fit they also provided a new retainer based on my current teeth. Strongly recommend them both

Fantastic experience: The reception staff were exceptionally kind and helpful , they managed to accommodate me for a same-day emergency appointment. Dr. Ark was very patient and caring throughout. Overall, a great experience and excellent value for money.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending this dentist since January and I'm not a good patient when it comes to dentists. My original request was to enquire about bonding. After my free consultation and the work needing carried out, the dentist stated that I might not need the bonding once I had gone through the process. The dentist staff are very pleasant, patient and understanding as to my nervousness, and are very welcoming. I have never been private before and the dentist recognised where my teeth need improving and I'm really happy with the results so far. I'm really chuffed with myself as my teeth problems are due to me avoiding 6 monthly checks. I think this process I'm going through has been a real good investment. Lorraine

Fantastic experience: My bridge came off and they saw me the same day without charging for any pre-assessment. It was great value for money. The dentist was friendly, took the time to explain everything clearly, and even offered a free follow-up appointment in two weeks if needed. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: First time at the practice had an Emergency my Bridge had fallen out whilst flossing, as a Cancer patient I have to be aware of infection so popped into London city smile to see if they could help me ( as my Dentist weren’t very helpful or sympathetic to my situation). The Receptionist at LCS was so lovely said she could fit me in with the Dentist straight away , took all my details and the Dentist listened to my situation and put me at ease and examined me and then fixed the problem with ease and no fuss. Would highly recommended the clinic for professionalism, customer service and friendly staff. I will be using this practice for my future treatments.

Fantastic experience: Very happy I chose this dental practice. Having struggled with other practices or been given incorrect treatment plans, I’m happy I came here for a second opinion. Dr Patel has been amazing from the first meeting! Thoroughly cared for, made to feel comfortable throughout all treatments and any questions I have, answered informatively for what’s best for me. My teeth feel stronger and healthy and I would highly recommend choosing LCS for all dental work.

Fantastic experience: Great dentist in central London. Booked easily online, plenty of appointment times available. Dr Meera Vekaria was friendly and explained everything and also talked me through whitening options, and arranged a follow up email. She recommended a hygienist appointment which I had with Ewelina who was also very nice and efficient. I’d recommend this dentist office.

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Mohini Gorsia as my Invisalign dentist. From start to finish, she was incredibly professional, polite, and an absolute pleasure to work with. She truly listened to all my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. Her attention to detail and caring nature made a huge difference, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I also had the pleasure of seeing Ionela Stoica as my hygienist, and she did a great job as well. She was thorough, gentle, and very professional — my teeth have never felt better! Highly recommend both Dr. Gorsia and Ionela — a fantastic team that delivers excellent care with a personal touch.

Fantastic experience: ❤️ ⭐ I came out of my appointments feeling fantastic. I hadn’t been for a while but the service today was top notch. The front of house staff were welcoming, attentive and helpful and I hardly had to wait at all for my first appointment with the hygienist which was bang on time. She was friendly, polite, had clearly read my notes beforehand and was very knowledgeable and thorough, as well as gentle where she needed to be. She then directed me straight to my dentist appointment which, again, started right on time. The dentist was efficient and meticulous but also incredibly friendly and explained what he was doing throughout. He answered all my (sometimes silly) questions with a smile, energy and enthusiasm and gave me some really helpful advice. The building itself is also very clean and stylish. I actually came away looking forward to my next appointment (I know, it surprises me too!) Can’t recommend this team and practice enough. They’re a keeper! ⭐
