Wisdom tooth removal & 2 composite fillings on Saturday - didn't feel a thing (and I mean nothing) and all done in 90 mins. Fantastic experience: I wish I had discovered Harry (& Jasmeen) very much earlier in my life. Over the years I have, unfortunately, suffered with hereditary problems with my gums. In the past, I spent my teenage years and young adulthood straightening teeth, extracting teeth that were growing in the wrong place and possibly having treatment that further damaged my gums. Considering what a difficult patient I must be, I am always treated with kindness and respect. Harry carefully explains the choices I might make and what the procedures entail. I ask so many questions – he has never made me feel I am wasting his time. In addition, I must also thank the wonderful hygienists, the latest is Tia, who has the unenviable task to clean my teeth the old fashioned way. I think I say every three months – how grateful I am! In addition, I must also include the nurses, receptionists and other staff who I meet in the Practice. They always appear to have all the time in the world to deal with me – but I know this is not the case. So a HUGE thank you to you all at Conway House.

Fantastic experience: Our daughter needed some severe treatment on her teeth and we came to see Dr Amrita Singh. She was brilliant at all 3 appointments we had - super friendly, professional and excellent at her job. Our daughter enjoyed seeing Amrita and she made the dental work done as smooth and pain-free as possible. Excellent service as well as quality after care. Fantastic experience: I hope this essay is helpful to anyone looking for a dentist. I am absolutly terrified of the dentist, but with 2 broken teeth and an abscess I had no choice but to go to one. My son had been to Conway Dental Practice last year for a root canal treatment and praised their work so I decided to give them a try. The website advertises how they "strive to make all our patients feel as comfortable as possible". However, to be honest most dentist websites claim this so I was sceptical. Well, I was wrong. The receptionist was kind and reassuring, the dentist I saw, Suganthan Mahalingam was kind and reassuring. The staff took time to explain the proceedures and listen to my fears. They made suggestions to help me manage some of those fears. The specialist I went on to see Mital Patel did the same. The follow up after both visits was incredible with phone calls from both the receptionist and the dentist. I am writing this the day after having the 2 broken teeth removed. I did not need sedated for the removal, just a local which is something I would not have believed 2 weeks ago and today I have no pain due to the skill of Mital. This level of care and skill is something very rare and I will be recommending Conway House to all of my family and friends. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

Dipesh is a very througha professional with a very pleasant demenur, which made me feel at ease all throughout my treatment. Negative experience: Terrible place. The customer service is really bad. I went in for a clean and was instantly spoken to rudely by the staff. The cleaning process was made more painful than necessary. I've had my teeth checked and cleaned at other dentists practices and not experienced anything so bad. When I mentioned this to the staff member they simply shrugged and said," well, everyone has to go through pain sometimes." Avoid.

Fantastic experience: Since booking my first appointment at Conway House I have been so impressed with all the staff and dentists and how caring they all are. I am a fairly nervous patient but they always make me feel at ease and do everything they can to ensure I am relaxed (as much as you can be!) and understand exactly what is involved before treatment commences. Since then, they have looked after me well, taking care of my dental implant as well as usual fillings, crowns and general oral healthcare. Honestly speaking, Conway House is amazing, it really seeks to take care of its patients - only does work that’s really required & guarantees the work done. What I really appreciate is the extra care and attention Conway House provides. Never before has a dentist called me after my appointment just to check-in and make sure everything is all ok. Fantastic experience: Called the Dentist at 23:30 in a lot of pain not expecting anyone to pick up, thankfully they did, and I was booked in for 8am the following morning (New Year’s Eve). Arrived at the dentist and was warmly met at reception. Dr Basra (Harry) introduced himself and along with his team were excellent and very reassuring considering the pain I was in. I live 1 hour away which should paint the picture of how urgent i was in need of dental care, but it was money well spent and if Dr Basra and his team ever look to relocate to Hertfordshire, I will be one of his first patients to sign up. Fantastic experience: I have attended this dental practice since the early 70's but, more importantly since it was taken over by Harry in 2010. I have had most types of treatment in that time and Harry has been wonderful, explaining everything and treating me with the utmost care and consideration. I appreciate his many skills and the availability of the surgery, and Harry, literally 365 days of the year. Having attended for a temporary filling on Boxing Day, I returned this morning and the result is a 70 min.'crown prep.' appointment after hours this evening! Unbelievable!
