Fantastic experience: Excellent chair side manner. Dr Shelar is a superb dentist. Lost my bridge today which was a wrench both physically and spiritually. Also a wrench for Dr Shelar, as she had to pull a few teeth out. But, beautifully done as always. I’m pretty sure all the dentists in the practice are good, but Dr Shelar knows her onions.

They were very professional , very conscientious as well as friendly and welcoming . The service I always receive at Dental Concepts is first rate from moment I arrive until I leave . All staff , even those not dealing with you personally , are friendly and polite . I would have no hesitation in recommending Dental Concepts to friends and family .

Fantastic experience: Today I received what was probably the best dental session I've ever had. Shilpa, Afra and her assistant all worked together as a team and delivered a very satisfying result. I had a hygiene session which was really relaxing - I almost fell asleep! Such was the quality of work, tools and attention to detail that I was convinced that Afra was applying the polish with her fingers. It was that gentle. I had X rays taken and another appointment booked. Great teamwork, joined up thinking and practice with a wonderfull uniform!

Plus my crown looks great! If you’re a nervous patient the staff at Dental Concepts are amazing! I even had a follow up welfare call.

Would be good if they had a dental plan though! Can interchange between Whitchurch and Andover to find a closer appointment if there's a long wait for the hygienist.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Shilpa for a few years. I had a 45yr old phobia of dentists from awful experiences when I was younger & my teeth were in a poor state. With Shilpas support and her team I can now walk into the dentist without crying & shaking! The dedication, support & genuine friendship from Shilpa & Manish gave me a smile that no one had seen for many years. For that I will be eternally grateful and I would without a doubt recommend Dental Concepts for all things dental! They literally hold your hand and make every appointment an achievement, even for those of us who turn into an emotional mess at the thought of any drills going any where near our teeth. Each surgery is equipped with such modern equipment and supportive staff it turns each appointment into a good experience.

Negative experience: The hygienist took the shortest time I have ever had for a cleaning. After not checking on my last appointment I went to get my phone to look at my teeth but was offered a mirror. I said that I could still see scale but she insisted there wasn’t any. I wished that I hadn’t settled my bill before the treatment as my mouth did not feel clean. It is unfortunate as I find the Dentist is always excellent.

Fantastic experience: In the 2 years I've been coming to you and with my history of a very bad fear of dentists that started before I was 5 and from that experience my fear has stayed with me for over 60yrs everyone has been so understanding and helped me through some what for me has been traumatic treatment, it hasn't rid me of my fear but has enabled me to control it better so thankyou all for that. So I would recommend that anyone whose been in my situation and is also suffering with their anxiety or fear of dentists and I know there are many of you give these people a try as they will take very good care of you
