Fantastic experience: Very impressed with the service…called 6.30am on a Sunday and was seen in the afternoon. Examination done, treatment explained, different options given. Treatment booked in for the Tuesday. Friendly and relaxed dentist. Did not feel pressured into making a decision about my treatment. Only negative is that parking is expensive.

Fantastic experience: I had a wisdom tooth removed and the whole procedure start to finish was so smooth. My oral surgeon Chang was so fast, the extraction only took around 10-15 minutes and I didn’t feel any pain or discomfort, which was what I was worried about going into it. His assistant Zahid was also very lovely and reassuring, they both gave me lots of advice after the tooth was removed. It’s a day later and already a lot of the pain and discomfort has gone away. I would highly recommend both dentists to anyone, and if I ever need to have another wisdom tooth removed I don’t think I’ll be half as scared as I was before going into it!

This one was simply great - Dr Margarita was so calming and professional, everything went quickly and smoothly, and she provided all the necessary information about recovery as well (which went really well).

He gave me all the treatment options and was very open about what are the complications with each procedure involved. He made it a very comfortable experience for me. The nurse Zahid was very humble and nice. He was side by side during the whole procedure and helped Dr Ricky to the best possible way. The reception staff was very accommodating as well. Fantastic experience: I called at 5am for an emergency appointment and they booked me in first thing, Dr Ahmed was very reassuring and calmed me down as a nervous patient I would definitely recommend. The manager Mohammed was very helpful as well as the receptionist charley.

Negative experience: My husband attended this clinic on 14/06/2025 and we were shocked by the unacceptable hygiene and unprofessional conduct. The treatment room was visibly dirty — including unclean floors and chairs, expired wipes, and what appeared to be soiled gauze (dismissed as “burnt in the autoclave” by staff). This raises serious concerns about infection control and patient safety. He was not verbally informed of any medical risks before being asked to sign a consent form, which completely undermines the process of informed consent. Risk details were only sent to him after signing. He was also required to make full payment before any treatment began, which felt inappropriate and high-pressure given the lack of proper discussion about the procedure or alternatives. The breakdown of charges was vague — including a charge for a “medium X-ray,” which isn’t even listed in their advertised pricing. My husband suffers from severe dental anxiety, and instead of receiving support or reassurance, he was met with rushed, dismissive customer service. The experience has left him emotionally distressed and has worsened his anxiety. A family member in the dental profession reviewed the details and confirmed that the clinic’s standards were far below what is acceptable, especially for a private practice. A formal complaint has been filed, and we are currently awaiting a response. If the matter remains unresolved, we will be referring it to the GDC. I would strongly urge others to consider this experience before seeking treatment here. On top of this, they have also now tried to 'bribe' us to remove our review. *edit in response to reply: 1. Orange Marks on the Floor – "Part of the Ceramic Design" This is demonstrably false. As shown in the first photo the orange spots in question are raised, inconsistent, and appear smeared or splattered, unlike the uniform pattern of the tile design. They resemble surface stains or biological residue, not integrated tile coloration. The marks are localised, not part of a repeating pattern, a clear indication of dirt or contamination, not design. 2. Chair Base – "Red Colour is the Heavy-Duty Metal Finish" This is not a matter of misunderstanding the colour of the metal, it's about visible accumulation of grime and dust. As clearly shown in the photo, the grooves and crevices of the stool base and surrounding area are coated with black grime and debris. This is not the appearance of clean or even recently wiped equipment. The buildup is indicative of long-term neglect, not a temporary lapse or the colour of the material. 3. Cleaning Frequency – "Stools cleaned weekly, tops between patients" Even weekly cleaning would not allow for the level of buildup seen in the stool image. The dust and dark film around the wheels and joins is clearly more than a few days old. Moreover, in the photo, the base of the dental chair shows a thick, embedded line of grime, which again contradicts the claim that deep disinfections occur nightly or that visible surfaces are wiped between patients. The surrounding floor edge is similarly dirty. 4. Expired Label – "The label doesn’t belong to the product" Your explanation that the label “doesn’t belong to the product” confirms mishandling, especially if patients are presented with clearly expired-looking labels during treatment. Regardless of your intent, misleading labelling in a clinical setting is a safety concern, not just an administrative one. *Update 2: I regret to say that the clinic has failed to respond in line with its own complaints policy. Due to their ongoing refusal to acknowledge or address the matter properly, We have now referred the case to the Care Quality Commission (CQC) for further investigation.

Fantastic experience: Quickly got me in for an emergency appointment for a chipped tooth. Very cheap prices and very thorough explanation of treatments. This filling feels so much better than my previous one!!!

Fantastic experience: My need for a root-canal was efficiently diagnosed and the procedure was executed a few days later. The work was well done and after 4-5 days residual discomfort when eating has gone. I am very satisfied. Donald.

Negative experience: Posting this on behalf of my friend with whom I visited the clinic : She visited the clinic for a toothache and was told it's a gum infection—with extraction suggested as the only solution. No real discussion of alternatives. When she asked about antibiotics, the dentist prescribed two. But when she questioned why both were needed, the response was, *"You can take one also."* Not sure why the patient had to decide which meds to take—seems a bit off for a medical consultation. She left with one antibiotic... and a lot of unanswered questions. Honestly, the whole experience was more confusing than helpful

Fantastic experience: I had my bottom left wisdom teeth extraction in April and it was perfect - thank you Margarita and Masoomeh! The entire mini surgery is super smooth that it finished within 30 minutes, and Margarita did it brilliantly - it stopped bleeding quickly, and was not feeling any pain from next day. The surgery had been two months now and I got no issues from it. Thank you so much!!!

Fantastic experience: Called this practice at 4Am with nerve pain and agony and they managed to book me for 9 am , 24/7 hot line is amazing and unique , Margarita and pouria were amazing . This place is like A&E for dental emergencies . Surely i will come back for a full check up .

Negative experience: My elderly mother had an awful experience at this place. She went for bonding and they didnt match the shade of her other bonding, now the one tooth she had done here is brighter than the rest of her teeth and stands out. She said they let water go all over her face including up her nose and couldn't breathe at times. She held her nose and they didn't even ask her if she was ok. They also didnt offer her anything to clean her mouth with and let her leave with particles all over her mouth as well as inside. They also do not provide a guarantee with the bonding, like some other places do. Spent around £400 for one bit of bonding and awful careless service. Do not recommend.

Fantastic experience: I first contacted the practice at 3 in the morning due to severe tooth pain, and to my surprise, someone actually answered the phone that level of service is truly exceptional. I was seen later that morning for an emergency appointment, where the team quickly identified the issue and offered a root canal treatment as the best solution. Dr. Ahmed carried out the procedure with great skill and professionalism, and Zahidur, the nurse, was incredibly supportive and reassuring throughout. The hygiene standards at the practice were excellent everything was spotless and well-maintained. Mohammad at the front desk was also extremely helpful and informative, making the whole process smooth and easy. The entire team was welcoming, efficient, and caring. I felt well looked after every step of the way. I highly recommend this practice for both urgent dental needs and routine care.

Negative experience: I had a horrible experience at this dental practice which is more interested in making money than doing what the patient needs. I called in for an emergency appointment because of painful gingivitis and they gave me an appointment on the same day. I was seen by Rick who did not even properly look at my gum and tooth and instead made me do a radiograph scan even though I told him I did not have any issues with my bones and no more wisdom teeth. He did not have any arguments for why I needed a radiograph scan but did it anyway to collect more money. Then, as expected, all was fine with my bones and teeth, I just needed cleaning around my gum and tooth, which I asked him to do. He DECLINED and said I would need to reschedule to a hygienist appointment, which they could not offer me today, and which would cost me lots of money. Instead he gave me antibiotics which were unnecessary. In essence, they did not do anything to help with my painful gum and instead talked me into unnecessary tests just to make money for themselves. I don't say this lightly, because I then went to a proper dentist and they cleaned my tooth in 5 minutes and told me that antibiotics were absolutely not required and the pain and inflammation was gone in a few hours. Don't go here unless you want to throw your money away.

Fantastic experience: Margarita and pouria did a great job extracting my wisdom tooth on a weekend , painless , quick , affordable. Surgery was immaculate and everything was strile and pouched .

Fantastic experience: Emergency appt as upper L molar had broken off and was cutting the side of my tongue.Appt was 9am next day Parked in Grafton centre..walking easy. At reception . friendly team . easy completion of forms. My dental Nurse & Dentist were superb..Impressed by up to date equipment On examination the Dentist was gentle.I had a small x-ray..then given 5 options..all pitfalls explained.. I opted for the filing of the tooth .Costs were explained to me but no pressure..it was my decision.The filing has been the best solution..Total cost ££160+ I was grateful for a quick healing of my problem & for the high standard of care & professionalism. A follow up review took place the following day via telephone I would recommend the Cambridge Dental Hub anytime in an emergency...Brilliant Service..which at times will be super expensive eg an extraction is £300..but in an emergency..it would be worth it .they are open 7 days a week Inc Bank Holidays. Reassuring

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. I scheduled an appointment specifically for a hygiene/cleaning service, only to be told upon arrival that they would not provide it,I was told that I have to have another appointment with a gum specialist and he can decide if I can have hygiene done or not. I felt completely dismissed. I took time out of my day and showed up expecting a routine service that any dental office should be able to perform.After all the discussion the manager was ask and the manager said that they have principles to follow and therefore they won’t do my hygiene. I think they principles should be to offer people what they request.They should advise you what’s the problems you have,but shouldn’t refuse you for the service. What was most frustrating was the lack of communication and professionalism. If there was an issue with providing the service, it should have been made clear beforehand — not after I was already in the chair. Patients deserve transparency and respect, and unfortunately, I experienced neither. I will not be returning and would not recommend this clinic to anyone looking for basic, respectful dental care.

Fantastic experience: I had a deep periodontal clean which I was a bit nervous about. Marta and Masoomeh were brilliant, they made me feel at ease. Marta used numbing gel on my gums before the injections and they checked in with me all through the procedure to make sure I was ok and comfortable. If you are nervous about having dental treatment, don't be, go here and you will be very well looked after.

Fantastic experience: First time using this dentist and was very pleased. Phoned on Saturday after suffering for weeks with tooth problems and being told a long wait to have tooth removed surgically. Was seen in the after by Noor who after taking an x-ray advised tooth was dead and bad infection and due to swelling to give it a couple of days on antibiotics then book to have tooth removed. Returned on Monday very anxious but the whole procedure from start to finish was brilliant, felt no pain during removal and although still slight soreness which I know will soon ease I'd definitely return if needed more treatment. Fantastic experience: TL;DR Brought my Mum who is VERY nervous about dentists for an emergency appointment - fantastic team and excellent service - we will be returning! I visited the hub for an emergency appointment for my mother, who was in a lot of pain and distress due to a bad toothache. As suspected the tooth needed to be taken out, which was done there and then. Dentist Nihaal Ray and Nurse Ray could not have been more reassuring and sensitive to my mother's needs, not only for the pain she was in, but also to her nervous she was. They explained the situation clearly, the procedures were done smoothly, they were transparent regarding costs, and they are the first dentists to explain to my mother that her gum issues could be genetic (after years of other dentists telling her she simply wasn't doing enough, even though she takes great pains to look after her teeth and still has issues!). They also highlighted future procedures that would help with her teeth and gum issues, and she is determined to come back to the hub as they took such good care of her the first time.

Fantastic experience: As a very, very nervous dental patient, it was with extreme trepidation when I had to book an emergency appointment. From registering online to the phone call booking the appointment for the same day (a Sunday) it was simple to get booked in. I turned up nervous, completed the relevant forms, and was then met by my Dentist Noor, and my Nurse, Lachlan… I explained how nervous a patient I am and they really couldn’t have been more understanding… talked me through every step of my treatment, gave me options, and then completed the agreed work… could not recommend highly enough!!

Positive experience: I recently visited this dental clinic and was surprised to find that there was no drinking water available for patients. It would be really helpful if the clinic could install a basic water dispenser or drinking fountain. It's a small addition, but it makes a big difference to patient comfort, especially when waiting for an appointment. Otherwise, the service was good.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment in January with Giovanni assisted by Jessica Giovanni is very experienced with gum disease and plaque removal. He was very gentle, professional and explained all steps to me. The whole plaque removal process was very smooth - no issues at all and he demonstrated how to properly floss. I have not had any needling gums since then. Top notch service My daughter also had teeth brushing/ polishing with another dentist at Cambridge hub and she was so professional and friendly. We are satisfied customers

Fantastic experience: After suffering with toothache for the last 3 weeks not being able to get an appointment with a dentist near me i was told about Cambridge Dental Hub. Best phone call i made in a long time had to travel 30 miles but it was worth it. Two teeth extracted and 24 hours later i feel so much better. Fantastic experience: I am a person who from past experiences is terrified of the dentist and was in a lot of pain. My horrible infected tooth was giving me earache and headache in addition to the pain from the tooth itself. Nihaal and Ray put me at ease, we’re kind and gentle and took their time. I was never made to feel hurried and Nihaal explained carefully what was going to happen. My tooth had to be extracted but at no time did I feel any pain during the procedure. I’m so grateful to them both, I had the best nights sleep in ages following the treatment and also feel there is now a way forward with my very problematic gums. I’ll be returning to the practice shortly and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Positive experience: Amazing availability for appointments; was able to have an examination and then subsequent scale and polish 24 hours after phoning reception. I found the booking process strange and unsettling, having to pay for the appointment whilst on the phone, and I found it unprofessional to receive a text from an 07 number detailing the appointment and sending me a payment link. (I also received a spam text immediately after leaving my appointment, so I do wonder if my data was passed along...) Regardless, I would recommend this practice. Dr Noor and Nurse Ray were kind and friendly and explained everything; I was able to have lukewarm water for my scaling treatment, and Noor talked me through the images from the X-rays that he recommended. My teeth feel incredibly clean and I am glad I took this treatment. The surroundings are calming and clean. Just be aware that the £25 is an initial fee, you will definitely be recommended several x-rays to the cost of another £50.

Fantastic experience: I had to call for my mum to A&E yesterday evening been recommended Cambridge dental hub through there , called them and booked emergency appointment which only costed £25 . My mum had abses infection with huge swelling on face . Today we went there int he morning and she received great service from Doctor Nihal , nurse Ray and receptionists Hussain they were extremely professional and welcoming , mum is scared from interventions but they calmed her down and extract the root for less than 5 min completely pain free . Absolutely fair priced ,incredible professionalism and clean environment mum has been discharged home with antibiotics and pain free . Couldn't be more happy with the service we received! Thank you

Fantastic experience: I had a emergency appointment on Friday morning and was seen to very quickly. The staff at the desk are very professional and keen to help. I had a infection and was advised to take antibiotics to help. I was then booked in on easter Sunday for two teeth extractions. I explained to the nice gentleman that i very anxious as this was my first time having teeth out. They explained to me what was going to happen and if at any point i wanted to stop to raise my left hand and we will take a break. They was very professional and soon helped calm my anxiety. I had to have a few stitches and a follow up phone call on Monday to make sure bleeding had stopped and asked if I'm coping okay and how my pain was. I would 100% go back if I have any problems. It is a little pricey if you go private but that is expected anywhere. Thank you, Kyle and sajad

Negative experience: I got a confirmation email indicating that I have an appointment, but they say that a confirmation email without the doctor’s name is not a real confirmation. The explanation attitude was poor, and there was no willingness to put their system under control. ~ update~ The manager called with good attitude and he said that he will talk with the receptionist.

Fantastic experience: My checkup and subsequent treatment at Cambridge Dental Hub went smoothly. Everyone was considerate, and the filling was easy. This was the first time in my life that there was no need to keep saying, "Open wider, please"! Very satisfied.

He was professional, gentle, and really took the time to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. My teeth feel cleaner than they have in years, and my breath is noticeably fresher. Fantastic experience: I do not usually leave reviews but I wanted to on this occasion. I had two teeth extracted on Saturday by Dr Ricky and Nurse Aymen. I am a nervous patient (hence getting into this mess) but they were impeccable. I didn’t even realise Ricky had taken one of the teeth out. The second one was a struggle but Ricky was gentle and methodical, taking his time and causing no pain or real discomfort. For somebody that doesn’t like the dentist, I will definitely be back here when needed. I often take these reviews with a pinch of salt but I genuinely couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Positive experience: Went to cambridge dental hub for a general clean and polish. I understand need checkup before see any hygienist Although i had checked up last year with another clinic. So i booked for an appointment for a initial checkup with £25. when i attended to the checkup the clinician barely see my teeth. make x rays and scan. nothing serious is found. charged me more £53. so i end up paid total £25+£35+£18 =£78 before cleaning start. +Parking fee £5.60 per hour oposite side of the road. not happy with allm this.

Fantastic experience: On the weekend my molar tooth cracked and although I wasn't a patient at CDH they saw me straight away! The service was exceptional, lovely receptionists and dentist who was very knowledgeable. They booked me in for my repair the next day as it wasn't as urgent as I had envisioned, and they restored my tooth! There's also a pay and display car park directly opposite the practice. I would go here again in the event of an emergency as well as for routine checks/procedures.

Positive experience: Went to this dentistry for a few times now, and although it's nice and modern, I found it to be quite expensive and the tooth extraction that I've had a bit daunting. After an initial new customer checkup the dentist referred me to another dentist and had to pay the check up fee again, just to tell almost the same thing as the first one, and I was also made to wait for more than 40 minutes, because the dentist ran late with another customer apparently! Then I booked in an emergency surgical tooth extraction and, apparently, there was a 'mixup' with the appointment and got delayed again for 20 minutes. And they don't have designated car parking and I had to pay for expensive car parking nearby. And then they try to upsell you, and succeeded, any chance they've got! They made me do 3 X-rays which cost over £50! And for the tooth extraction, they said that I have to 'necessarily do a 3D CT scan to be sure of an issue with my tooth' , which cost £90!! Then the dentist said that she 'strongly recommends' that I take 2 antibiotics, which they sell for £30 each, £60 both! The surgical tooth extraction was around £360, so this extraction went on to be VERY expensive! And I took my daughter here for a check up as well, just to then tell me that they don't do child dentistry, couldn't they have said that from the first time I've tried to book my daughter for the checkup?! Anyway, I don’t think I’ll be going here again.

Negative experience: DO NOT USE THIS DENTAL SURGERY! I have had a really challenging and difficult experience after using Cambridge Dental Hub. I was fitted with two bridges over two years ago and, in this time, both have dropped out with one having now cracked (despite other dentists explaining they should last at least ten years). Margarita has been so awful to deal with since treatment explaining that she will not replace the broken bridges or help at all. I even had decay where one of the bridges was fitted so terribly. Overall, a traumatic experience and I now have to deal with really poorly fitted and poor quality bridges that are causing issues with my other teeth. DO NOT USE CAMBRIDGE DENTAL HUB unless you want this sort of treatment with no compassion or willingness to fix something caused by them!

Fantastic experience: I have had to have intense periodontal treatment for gum disease and Marta (ably assisted by Mohammed and Jess) was fantastic. It was a very expensive treatment, the deep cleaning of which there were two were £750 each plus compost bonding and check ups etc. However it looks like it has helped and I look forward to my 6 week catch up to see how this has helped. Marta is a caring periodontal dentist and spoke through every treatment. Mohammed and Jess were caring and held your hand where necessary. What a wonderful dentist surgery.

Fantastic experience: I had a call with Poria last night around 9 PM regarding my appointment. I was initially in a queue and decided to hang up, but he quickly called me back to check if I needed any urgent assistance. The 24/7 hotline is great and I was truly impressed! The dentists are professional and the environment is clean and calm.

Fantastic experience: I had an unfortunate temporary filling in my front teeth after one of the breaking. The 'temporary' filling was in for 6 years. It eventually fell out leaving me with an awful gap and very sensitive front teeth. I called Cambridge dental hub and was offered an appointment the next day, the appointment cost was £25. I saw Mr. Noor Alfalahi. I explained to him that I have major anxiety of the dentist and my teeth are in a terrible state but my priority is my front teeth. He took an xray (£9) and from that was able to devise a comprehensive, fully costed, treatment plan. The plan included consultations with root canal specialist and vaneer specialist, should I wish to discuss those options. He detailed the pros and cons for all options. I opted for the cheaper and quicker option of composite bonding on my front teeth. Mr Alfalahi explained the things that could go wrong, so that I was able to make an informed choice. The treatment wasn't going to be cheap at £300 per tooth and the appointment was to be 2 hours long. They found me an appointment for 2 weeks later, on a Sunday. The appointment to fix my teeth was the mosr positive dental experience I've ever had. Mr. Alfalahi worked meticulously and honestly, worked a miracle. My teeth have never looked so good! The experience was expensive at £600 but the confidence it gave me was worth it. The clinic is bright, clean, comfortable and everyone from telephone staff, front desk staff and dentists are warm, friendly and welcoming. All costs are explained before treatment is carried out. They don't bully you or try to persuade you to have certain treatments. They offer finance options for treatments over £650. Overall, I would 100% reccommend Cambridge Dental hub and will be returning for further treatment.

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth extracted today my the lovely Margarita and her dental nurse Ray. Both were very professional and margarita answers all questions very thorough. Fantastic experience: Had a great experience today with Margarita (dentist) and Raye (dental assistant). Both were lovely, especially Margarita was very comforting and explained what she was doing throughout the treatment. Receptionist (I didn't catch his name, sorry) who also dealt with me was great and friendly. I was anxious and embarrassed as it had been over 10 years since I've seen a dentist for many reasons and was worried about staff judging me but I didn't feel judged at all. I had a broken, rotten molar extracted which I've had issues with for years. Yes, this place is a little pricey but most dental practices are and I'm amazed the whole experience of me contacting them (in severe pain), examination, and extraction procedure took less than 18 hours. So, I think it's worth the price. Other practices can't even reply. Therefore, I'm a happy patient. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Emergency appointment required on a Saturday. Appointment received. Scan and diagnosis tooth extraction required. Thirty minutes later tooth out. Service was prompt and caring. Dentist Noor & Nurse Paris we’re efficient and kept me informed of each step of the process.

Fantastic experience: I needed emergency treatment following a deep filling I had done 2 weeks prior (at my regular dentist). (No fault of the dentist as this was a risk I was made aware of with such a deep filling!) The pain I was in was excruciating! I live with a chronic pain condition as well as have had 3 children, 1 of whom was born via such an emergency cesarean that I was only just drifting under a GA when incisions were made and yet none of that compared to this pain!! I was seen within an hour of arriving and the staff were more than understating and accommodating to my silly self bawling in pain, unable to speak holding a heat pack to my face and shaking! I have never felt faint from pain until today! Nobody laughed which must have been hard! Hussein was so understanding of my pain and allowed my husband to deal with all the paperwork, payment etc and even supported entertaining my 3 year old daughter with my husband whilst they waited. The dentist who took care of me, Ahmed, and the nurse, Masoomeh, could not have been more professional and compassionate! They ensured I was as comfortable as possible at all times, offering comfort and understanding. Both wiped my tears while examining my mouth and reassuring me they would take care of me! I opted for an extraction of the tooth due to the financial difference in emergency treatment. The treatment itself was straightforward, explained to me each step of the way and again, compassionate! I was provided with detailed aftercare instructions both verbally and via and email which is greatly appreciated as well as a great idea for patients who can then look back on the email should they need to. I truly cannot recommend the Cambridge Dental Hub enough for their excellent care and genuine compassion for their patients! Thankyou all so much for taking the best possible care of me, removing my pain and ensuring that I was okay!

Always very professional & painless procedures undertaken from highly trained dentists & technicians using the most modern equipment. He was incredibly professional, reassuring, and efficient in diagnosing and treating my issue. Despite the urgency, he took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. The clinic staff were also friendly and accommodating, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Dr. Bojkov for anyone in need of expert dental care, especially in an emergency!

Fantastic experience: The first person I met at the dental hub was Mohammed, a warm, charming, exceptionally helpful, Iranian gentleman, who patiently, and intelligently, answered all my questions, and made me feel at home in spite of being "at the dentists", which is normally not something I relish! Pouria, the assistant of the dentist I was due to see, put me further at ease by reassuring me that I had been alloted a genuine top-level "Master" of his profession! And this certainly proved to be the case, because Dr Ricky managed to successfully fill a dental cavity that dentists had told me, including Dr Ricky, required a crown since it was far too shallow to accept a mere filling. But Ricky, with some initial hesitation, agreed to do his very best to help me, after I explained that I was leaving for Africa for an extended period, and I told him that I was not prepared to undergo treatment there! And he also carried out, with a perfectionists attention to detail, another great job on a difficult-to-fill front tooth. And the following day I had my first ever hygiene treatment with Kelsey which was super-thorough, leaving my teeth feeling, and looking, in pristine condition, and most importantly for me, it was very reasonably priced (£75). My only complaint is, that specifically re hygiene treatments, I am a bit of a masochist, so I have always enjoyed the periodic stabbing pains that I have experienced with other hygienists, and Kelsey failed to provide this pleasure, since she inflicted zero pain - not even the tiniest fragment! - But perhaps I can persuade her to do so on my next visit 6 months from now! Finally, I feel the need to mention how incredibly pleasant the receptionosts are. They immediately make you feel very relaxed and they are all extremely obliging - indeed so obliging that I actually asked their names: Pheyenne, who seems to be an expert at organising stuff on the computer, and also Fourkan whom I did not speak to but who also gives out a good vibe! So we are both truly grateful for the excellent all round service we both received! But the treatment here is certainly not cheap!! Michael
