Fantastic experience: Hi all. I had two moles removed off my face. One was closed to where I shaved. So I kept catching it. So I decided to go to Zenith Clinic. They were brilliant from start to finish. I did my research 1st. So I thought I'd give it a go. I was advised what was happening. As you can see, here's my results in the photos.

Fantastic experience: I had several moles removed by Dr Maini and the results are amazing! It's been 4 months now and looking at where they were, you'd hardly know they were ever there now. Some of the moles were in awkward places too and I assumed would be difficult to remove, but the procedure was quick, 'no fuss' and mostly painless too. Big thank you to Dr Maini and his team for the great service and great results. Can't recommend highly enough. I just wish I'd had a few more removed while I was there now!

Fantastic experience: I’ve never had any form of surgery before, so I was incredibly nervous about going ahead with BodyTite. I decided to have the treatment on my upper thighs, as it’s an area I’ve always felt self-conscious about. Dr. Maini was amazing throughout. He really took the time to reassure me, explaining the procedure thoroughly and walking me through what to expect several times before the day. His calm and professional approach really helped to ease my anxiety. I was also worried that recovery would take weeks and I’d be out of action, but that couldn’t have been further from the truth. I had about a day and a half of rest and then felt absolutely fine. There was no pain at all afterwards, just a bit of soreness, and now, 8 weeks on, I’m fully healed with no scarring whatsoever. I couldn’t be happier with the results and I honestly had nothing to worry about. If you're nervous about taking the plunge like I was, I can’t recommend Dr. Maini enough—I'm so glad I did it.

Fantastic experience: Professional care and support from Dr Maini throughout my radiosurgery for mole removal. Very informative throughout and ensured I had my histology results too. Very happy with the result from the removal as it was clean & precise. Reception staff were friendly and helpful during my visits. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Another great experience visiting the Zenith Clinic today, the staff that greeted me were very friendly & helpful. This was my fourth visit to see Dr Boyal for my Botox treatment, I always feel at ease when Dr Boyal is explaining every step of the procedure she’s very professional & knowledgeable. I am always happy with the results.

Positive experience: Tonight my expensive lower 6 on 6 prosthesis broke a day or so after placement. I rang and left recorded message to effect etc. as T&Cs' warn you to do. The whys and wherefores have yet to be sorted so as yet I am not registering a complaint about the fracture within. However I have discovered that the website contains no contact number in case of emergencies. I may have missed it if it is there; I am mentally disabled. If it is not there then I should like to take this opportunity to register that it should be for my and other patients benefit.

Fantastic experience: I had periorbital vein removal and I'm very happy with the results. I have had blue veins around my eyes since I was a teenager and they affected my confidence. I am so pleased that I found Dr Maini who used a laser to get rid of them. He's also given me advice on other cosmetic concerns. I'd definitely recommend going here if you are wanting vein removal treatment.

Fantastic experience: As always a marvellous bespoke experience. I had a thorough skin evaluation. I suffer from rosacea and seb dem as well as wrinkles/ large pores etc. I was given an extra appointment to go through a treatment plan in fine detail. I liked that I was given the number to call if I had any questions. It’s this attention to detail and care that makes Zenith my only port of call for any face or body treatments. I simply won’t go anywhere else now.

Fantastic experience: Back in 2023 I had birthmark removal surgery at Zenith and I couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received from the first consultation to the ongoing follow ups. From the beginning, the experience was professional and reassuring. The clinic itself was clean, welcoming and efficient. During the initial consultation, Dr Maini took the time to explain everything in detail, including the different treatment options, what to expect during the procedure and how the healing process would work. I never felt rushed or pressured, which made me feel confident I was in good hands. The surgery was quick with minimal discomfort. The clinical staff were kind and attentive, constantly checking in to make sure I was comfortable. I was given clear post operation instructions by Dr Maini and himself and the staff made it easy to contact them in case of any concerns. One thing I truly appreciate is how the clinic has stayed in touch with me even after the procedure. They scheduled regular follow up appointments and have been actively monitoring my progress which really shows how much they care about long term results and patient satisfaction. Dr Maini is always available to answer questions and the ongoing support has been outstanding. The treated area has healed beautifully and there’s barely any visible trace of the birthmark. Fantastic experience: I'm currently undergoing tattoo removal at the Zenith Clinic in Nottingham, with the use of their impressive Enlighten™ Laser Machine, under the exceptional care of Dr Maini and his team. I couldn't be happier with the overall experience. The treatment has been far more manageable than I ever anticipated—so much so that I can confidently say it hurts significantly less than getting the tattoo itself or, for that matter, being scratched by a particularly furious cat! Dr Maini’s service has been outstanding; he has explained the process in detail, set realistic expectations, and ensured I felt comfortable at every stage. Fantastic experience: I recently had a skin lesion removed by Dr Javaid and could not be happier with the result. Multiple places turned me away because it was not within their area of expertise and then I found Zenith. Dr Javaid had experience with the condition and I am very happy with the results of the surgery. The nurses were amazing and made me feel so comfortable. Would definitely return here if the condition recurred.

Fantastic experience: I did a 6 session course laser hair removal with Shaneece at Zenith. I had amazing results after having these sessions and it has significantly reduced the facial hairs. It has definitely helped my confidence and I will come back to have a top up later in the year. I knew I was in safe hands with Dr Maini and he’s ever so skilful in his field and sea of knowledge. He reassured me throughout my procedure with his assistant nurse as I felt some discomfort. Towards the end of the treatment I’m ever so grateful they provided me with drinks and snacks to increase my blood sugar. The staff at Zenith overall are ever so attentive and friendly. The results after the surgery gave me so much confidence and I’ll be having the laser resurfacing for acne scarring (PicoFX) booked in soon to get the final results.

Fantastic experience: Only had my initial consultation with Prof Sama accompanied by Rachael the lovely patient coordinator. The consult was excellent, very comprehensive, I would feel very safe in prof Sama’s care & expertise., I almost skipped to the operating room , but all in good time.

Fantastic experience: Stepping into zenith for the first time I was greeted with a warm welcome from reception staff. I met Mr Javid & Racheal for my initial discussion, Mr Javid explained in full detail giving me options, I then had a 2 week grace period to think about my decision. Racheal has been amazing from the start to finish answering any questions or worries via watts app never a problem & so quick with responses. My pre op assessment was with the lovely nurse called Chris who I will never forget her aura shone bright along with her in-depth knowledge & detailed professionalism I knew I would be in the best care. Chris told me she would be with me all the way through surgery to hold my hand. I was met by Chris on the day of surgery making sure I was fully included step by step what was happening & the team was all prepared & ready. Chris did hold my hand to calm me The theatre staff were great. Mr Javid worked his magic updating after surgery how the procedure went. I had 1-1 monitoring care offering food drinks & chats until I went home nothing was to much. My follow up with Chris & Mr Javid was so detailed I left knowing I had made the best decision with Mr Javid, Chris & the theatre team would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I had my final appointment with Zenith today a year on from my rhinoplasty. They have been amazing throughout the whole journey, so attentive to my needs no matter how small. Fantastic experience: I had my surgery today, Mastopexy and implant Replacement with Mr Javaid. I cannot fault the service, from the moment you enter the building, everyone is friendly, polite and professional. And last but not least, Paul, who was with me throughout my surgery and throughout my recovery. He was kind and gentle, he has the most caring nature and makes the best cups of coffee!. He was so helpful and easy to talk to. I have had the best treatment from start to finish. You are all amazing. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️

Positive experience: I attended the clinic for a pre assessment. The nurse was lovely and very informative, explaining in detail what would happen on the day of my surgery. I have been going to Zenith for several years and have found that recently you do not get the warm welcome you used to get, where the receptionists were very attentive and couldn't do enough for you. This now seems to be lacking, maybe on this occasion it was because my appointment was at 5 30 and they were ready to go home?

Negative experience: Used to love going to this place for my tattoo laser removal sessions with Debbie before however she left the practice from what I'm assuming! My previous session was with Dr Maini as they informed me that I was going to be placed with someone different (I wish I asked why but i'm guessing it's because Debbie no longer worked there). My experience with Dr Maini was extremely horrible.. He didn't make me feel comfortable at all unlike Debbie. During the appointment, I would be shaking and crying and I would ask him to give me breaks but he wouldn't stop and he kept going! It was truly traumatic!! Whenever I told him to stop he would keep going and then say "just a bit more" he seemed very pushy and just wanted to get the session done as fast as possible. Very unproffessional and poor customer service! I left the clicnic crying on my way home because of how distraught I was. I then called up the clicnic the day after my treatment and complained about him to the receptionist and they were apologetic and informed me that the clinic manager would call me after their holiday to discuss this with me and I asked them to never book me with him ever again. Days.. weeks.. passed by and I never received a call from the manager. I will definitely not be back here to book with anyone else as they've broken my trust and caused me trauma. Disappointing as my tattoo laser removal results were amazing however the customer service is so appalling that I will not be returning.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been here a few times for skincare peels. I’m satisfied with the results so far. Shaneece has been amazing and helped improved my skin a lot. The whole team are professional, friendly and kind people. Having also been for a cosmetic consultation, if you’re unsure about needing any cosmetic work done, then I would highly recommend Dr Maini. He doesn’t attempt to profit from your uncertainty. He will be straight and give you his honest advice without solely agreeing with everything you say.

Fantastic experience: I went for a consultation for having a pilar cyst removed from my head. The consultant, Dr Dinesh Maini, was very professional and friendly and really put you at ease. He had time to do the procedure straight away. The operation was done hygienically and thoughtfully, with a little added humour again putting me at ease. He explained the aftercare in detail and I was given antibiotic to take for the next few days to avoid any infection. I am booked to have stiches removed and then again for a follow up consultation in 3 month. So far I highly recommend Zenith and Dr Maini, and am considering further treatment here.

Negative experience: My experience at the Nottingham clinic is limited to only having a blood test. But based on my unsatisfactory visit I will not be returning. There were issues actually taking my sample and issues concerning protocol. Very disappointing as I expected better.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had 4 moles removed, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. I used to live in Nottingham when I had my first mole removed and have flown back to the clinic as I was so happy with the healing. The staff were extremely accommodating and I was able to do my consults/follow ups virtually. The healing process has been smooth with no complications. The results are great- literally untraceable- and I would highly recommend this clinic for anyone considering mole removal!

Fantastic experience: I had rhinoplasty on 25/10/24 with Prof Sama and team. The care given by Zenith was over and above anything I could imagine, nothing but amazing from the moment I walked through the doors to the moment I left post surgery. Fantastic experience: I have travelled over 2 hours to this clinic twice to have treatment with Dr Maini. He is a incredible doctor, very polite, honest (will not sell you something if you don't need it) My vein removal has been totally worth it and I would recommend this doctor 100%. Dr Maini has many years experience and it shows in his work.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Zenith for a skin analysis and consultation. The customer service was friendly and I felt really comfortable and relaxed throughout the discussion with Shaneece. I have booked follow up appointments and would recommend to anyone.

Negative experience: After arranging and paying for a consultation, i arrived before my appointment excited ti meet a surgeon to discuss getting a rather bug surgery completed. After 25 mins of waiting with no one talking to me, I had to ask 3 times for an update snd when Dr Lopa Patel would be ready. I was lied to twice saying she was looking though my file, to then finally be told 40 mins after my appointment she was with another patient. Everyone’s time is valuable , and my first impression of Dr Lopa and Zenith clinic is they don’t value their customers time and rather than be honest and upfront, lie about what’s going on. Two traits which I believe anyone looking to undertake major surgery should avoid. Personally I wouldn’t advise going here and I definitely wouldn’t advise seeing Dr Lopa Patel

Fantastic experience: I attended Zenith Cosmetics for the removal of 2 x moles. The quality of care and professionalism delivered by Dr Maini, his assistant and reception staff was second to none. I cannot recommend Zenith Cosmetics enough. A true 5 star experience.

Positive experience: I admit to being initially sceptical about radio-surgery but the large cluster of moles in a prominent position on my face have completely vanished and it’s impossible to tell they were ever there. Very satisfied.

Fantastic experience: I went to have a private blood test taken. The location is great, very easy to get to by bus, train or by car. Easy walking distance from the city centre. The building is very impressive, and absolutely spotless. The reception staff are very friendly, welcoming and efficient. Dr Maini was lovely, I've never had blood taken so well, there's barely a mark he was so careful and very calming in his manner. I wouldn't hesitate to visit the clinic again.

Fantastic experience: I had a fall in September of 2023 where I badly injured my face (above upper lip area, under nose) and I had it stitched back together. As this healed over the next few weeks and months this eventually resulted in a keloid scar. I went to my GP who referred me to the hospital but (after a long wait and no face-to-face consultation) the NHS only gave me creams, and offered injections in many month’s time. The scar was growing, painful, itchy and very embarrassing to have on such an obvious area. I didn’t like looking in mirrors, going outside or having my photo taken anymore which made me constantly upset. I felt like my GP and the hospital didn’t understand and I was so lost. I booked an appointment at Zenith for a second opinion; I was very skeptical in finding someone who would understand (keloid) scars on darker skin types but I was quickly booked in to see Dr Maini who I found to have a wealth of knowledge and treatments available. He immediately wanted to inject it with steroid and Botox and since I haven’t looked back! Over multiple sessions, the pain and itchiness has gone and the scar has reduced significantly. Admittedly, I still have some way to go (we are tailing off the injections and instead beginning to using his specialist laser machine which has been working very well so far) but Dr Maini has given me something I’d never thought I’d find again - My confidence and smile. I really can’t thank him enough. There are no amount of words that can describe Dr Maini and his team. I was extremely anxious first coming but they all made me very comfortable. Shaneece, the assistants and all the reception staff are always very welcoming and friendly everytime I come. At each appointment Dr Maini really takes the time to sit down with you and listen. He gave me his WhatsApp number and says if ever I have any concerns to message him. You never feel rushed and you can tell he cares about each patient. Despite the circumstances of my accident, Zenith really is the silver lining in it all as the standard of care is outstanding. I genuinely look forward to every time I come back and get to see Dr Maini and his team. I’m so glad my treatment is getting me back to where I want to be again! I really Couldn’t recommend Zenith enough :D

Negative experience: Director is an out and out money grabber. Dr Maini, cannot fault, incredible. Dr Boyal & Surgery Staff do an incredible job considering the pressure they face. Turnover of staff is incredibly high, most staff have left over the past year. Much left to be desired, Id personally avoid. UPDATE: Evidence attached to demonstrate how HR and the executive team threaten former staff/customers when they leave a genuine opinion and factual experience that isn't 5 star.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a mini face and neck lift, also upper eyelid surgery by Dr Muhammad Javaid. I was so anxious and worried prior to my surgery as I had never had any surgeries previously. Although I had done my research, and knew Dr Javaid’s had many years of experience in plastic surgery, working years as a plastic surgeon for the NHS, I still felt alittle anxious about surgery. From my initial consultation I was provided with Dr Javaids medical history and plastic surgery registration numbers which gave me the much needed reassurance and confidence to proceed with my identified surgeries. Furthermore, all the staff who work at Zenith have been absolutely amazing, always checking on how I feel making themselves available to answer any questions that I may have. I can honestly say, the results of my surgeries have been life changing for me, I am so thrilled and happy I can’t recommend Dr Javaid and Zenith enough. I never dreamed that the surgery would be better than I could ever have expected or dreamed for many years of, it was perfect for me. 6 weeks post surgery and the scars are hardly visible. I can’t believe myself how amazing he has managed to hide the scarring to nearing invisible. I am thrilled that I had the patience to research and found Dr Javaid, as he is the best surgeon out there. I recently attended my 6 week check up with Dr Javaid and I couldn’t thank him enough for giving me back my confidence. I’ve previously wore high neck jumpers for so many years, however, now I can wear a nice shirt or blouse and I feel amazing! Following the surgery I had minimal pain, only requiring paracetamol. If anyone out there is considering surgery, look no further as Dr Javaid is absolutely amazing. Don’t waste your time researching anyone else as he is the absolute best, a perfectionist and artist in plastic surgery. Thank you x

Fantastic experience: Attended Zenith today for my first tattoo removal session! Very polite and professional staff on entry. I was very apprehensive about the procedure, since I had no idea what to expect regarding pain levels or outcome, but despite that Dr Maini was also very professional and very friendly. He was constantly talking to me through the entire visit and procedure which was reassuring. Although painful, it was over very quickly.

Fantastic experience: Truly first class clinic. I live near London but drove up to Zenith to have Dr Maini remove a mole that is just under my eyelashes very close to me eye. I had previously contacted a plastic surgeon locally but he hadn’t felt he could do it due to where it was. Dr Maini removed it beautifully, it’s like it’s been rubbed off. I couldn’t be happier. If you need anything doing don’t hesitate in contacting them here. If it can be done I think Dr Maini can do it.

The Enlighten laser they use is the best laser there is for tattoo removals- much more effective than other types of lasers. Fantastic experience: I had my 7 day check-up post Bodytite this morning. The results are better than I ever imagined. I don't recognise my self when looking in the mirror. I can't believe these results are possible from such a none invasive treatment. 2 days after treatment, I had minimal pain or discomfort and I feel completely back to normal now.

Fantastic experience: Overall a great experience from the start, a very welcoming clinic, the reception staff are friendly and made me feel relaxed. Dr Maini is professional- he explained everything clearly and following the procedure in January 2024 he kept in touch to make sure I was OK. I had 5 moles removed and went back to the clinic in May for a review the results are great- cannot see where they were and no more rubbing on my clothes. Highly recommend!

My partner asked if they remove pillar assists and they did . She searched high and low for a nice place to go to get these sorted, and she was happy with the reviews of Zenith , we went in for a consultation on the Wednesday, and the following day, Thursday all seven was removed two large and 5 very small ,dr maini was amazing he even let myself watch and be part of the procedure in the room ,and fantastic doctor. Fantastic experience: today was my first session of tattoo removal, elizabeth ~ the technician ~ was incredibly attentive. she was able to calm my nerves and it was over before i knew it, the level of care is extraordinary and i can’t wait to see the end results. i highly recommend this clinic if you’re looking to get rid of unwanted ink, elizabeth is lovely and amazing at her job.

Fantastic experience: I went in two years ago for keloids on my left ear. I was treated with the best laser in the country, and a lot of support from all of the staff. They’re very welcoming, and will hold your hand through your procedure if you’re scared:) I have had reviews every six months since then that can be done in person or over a video call. Our satnav got the wrong address and we ended up in Gainsborough, meaning I was late to my appointment by just over an hour and the team were so understanding towards us. The aftercare for my ear was very well informed and instructed. Dr Miani is very informative about why these things work the way that they do and will tell you all the details you need to know. A lot of people are misinformed about keloid scars, and believe a small piercing bump that can be healed easily is a keloid- keloids are raised scar tissue that needs to be medically removed. I paid £1830 for my procedure, and I’m very happy that I chose zenith. Before pictures were taken in June 2022, and the after pictures in the August of that year.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been getting to Zenith for about 3 years for keloid scar treatment and would not hesitate to recommend. Dr Maini and Liz are so helpful and knowledgeable and the treatments I have had are really helping with my scarring. All of the team are very professional and friendly.

Negative experience: The treatment I had is just about 3 days not seeing the results completely yet. The doctor was super fast, and she hurt me when she's done the treatment. I'm not happy. I asked her to put numbing cream, and it was still hurt. The consultation was done very quickly, which is normally they should take time to do consultation. She was nice
