Fantastic experience: Honestly this place has changed so much. I got a call from Lauren the day before my appointment and as usual she was courteous reminding me of this. I come in for my appointment and from the receptionists to the hygienist and dentist, everyone was super friendly, having a laugh with you and making the experience just nice and easy. Fantastic experience: I would like to compliment the lovely dentist we saw today with my 2 children. Her name was Teodora and she was exceptional from start to finish. Such an amazing friendly personality and without me having to say anything regarding my children teeth concerns she noticed it herself and rectified the issues. Otherwise in the past I have had to ask certain dentists for teeth issue and they refused to do anything about it. But Teodora is exceptional and definitely an asset to Citident as previously I've visited another dentist here and she was not good at all. But today I was very happy with the service and the way Teodora was so good with the kids and made them very comfortable. Thank you again Teodora x

Positive experience: Over the last couple of months I have been seen by Dr Arlin George. I have only good things to say about how she makes me feel. She makes me feel calm considering I haven't been to the dentist a lot. And the staff are always smiling and cheerful

Fantastic experience: I have been using Citident for 8 years and always found them to be great dentists. Good for check ups and hygienist visits but also good when I've had a tooth emergency.

Fantastic experience: I'm not a fan of the dentist, but found a kind and patient person, but unfortunately she left to have a baby, and my anxiety hit the roof, but I didnt need to worry as I'm now in the hand of yet another kind and patience dentist, I give this practice 5/5 but would give them 20, I recommend going to these if you're like me a nervous patience, they have my vote any day

Fantastic experience: Reception doesn't always understand questions are asked and send them tell me one answer and another lord told me different answer I don't know which side too go by and also don't keep updating you data to do people's health problems and all their medicine when they don't need to be updated keeping things I've proof in when they're going to be still the same next time I come in and all that will be the same all through the year

Negative experience: Worse dentist ever! (Soham Patel) Rude and unprofessional! Sold me wrong night guard and wouldn't even see if it would fit properly when I had issues with it hurting my mouth! Then tried to charge me for a new consultant fee. Hygienist and receptionist were great. Been to a new dentist that's actually helped me sort my teeth out, including the correct night guard (hard) not soft one mr Patel gave me. This guy has an ego and doesn't know as much as he thinks! Please avoid! Or if at least the dentist named above...

Fantastic experience: I went to Citident Dental Centre for the first time today. I was seen by Sohan and his assistant Chloe. His knowledge was second to none and his encouragement to look after your teeth for the future. In addition Sohan and Chloe were so gentle and put you totally at ease. I can’t recommend them highly enough

Fantastic experience: I see a hygienist today she was brilliant and very reassuring when talking to me. Now we know seeing a hygienist is not always pleasant due getting into those nooks and carats but she was lovely. I am so sorry I do remember her name but my appointment was at 11am

Fantastic experience: Citident....fantastic dentists On a recent visit to Citident, I was greeted in reception by the wonderful Hayley, Leslie and Tiegan who were warm friendly, funny and professional. So refreshing, I was made to feel comfortable and at ease...so the reception plays a big part in clients....well done to everyone for engaging with us on entry My name called and turned to be greeted by a young nurse called Franki, a really lovely person with a way that was professional and friendly, I entered the surgery to be greater by Dr George, who settled me in seconds and we went through a plan of action, which we both found agreeable, while all the time actually engaging me in such a pleasent and friendly, so this is the feeling I'm trying to explain to both staff and potential new clients, because we existing client already know.... Citident is a friendly, warm and very proffesional dental practice with a great ethos which is evident from a visit. I should perhaps say I'm a 76 Yr old man who's been with the practice since early in 2000.... I've seen lots if changes over the years, but ny latest is top visit. .10/10 for everyone... Took care of my mum with and she’s so pleased and comfortable with her repaired dentures and extracted teeth that was painless. Thank you hoping you can pop mum on to nhs for next time. Fantastic experience: Very pleasant, polite, and competent dentist (Dr Sonam), who adjusted my dentures to eliminate the discomfort in one area. Also, she pointed out a white spot on my tongue that I hadn't noticed, and will request a non-urgent referral at the local hospital.

The area is always clean and the detail in which the dentists give are fantastic. My daughter was so scared of our previous dentist practice. Since coming to Citident she has no fear and even looks forward to showing how clean she keeps her teeth.

Positive experience: The place is immaculate, the hygiest is brilliant but I was holding the suction tube in one hand . I thought a second person should be available to assist. The treatment took just under 15 minutes. Please improve your time keeping. It's annoying to wait 10 minutes over your scheduled time before you are called in for treatment . Not the first time

Negative experience: Poor reception staff. They made one of my parent lose and spend extra money because they didn’t explain, the whole booking process to me properly.

Negative experience: The place goes worse and worse, dentist with low experiances, cant even do root canal getting refferal to someone else, first they couldnt get appotment even emergency once, once had it booked in, they use temporary filling, booked in appointment for treatment then few days before appotment i get it cancelled and advised to use 111 nhs, used another dentist clinic just so to remove the pain, back here to continue the job that not been done yet and dentist tells shes not been trained for root canal, but trained to remove the tooth, so tooth been messed up as they couldnt take patience seriously enough.... Done my root canals there before old dentist were there now new dentist without proper experiance, sounds like its better send people away to other dentist and when they back they wont be treated for the job that been done by someone else that they offer you to go...

My dentist was so caring and reassuring the whole time, this was my first time visiting a dentist in 20 years so I was quite nervous before visiting.
