Fantastic experience: Easy online portal to make appointments, book check-ups and make hygienist appointments. Lovely friendly staff and a very helpful dentist who listened patiently to my dental concerns and then after a through examination and x-rays, gave some excellent advice. A great practice with very competent staff.

Fantastic experience: This practice is certainly not what it used to be and now completely lacks the friendly personal touch it used to have. The staff turnover seems huge and getting an appointment is a nightmare, especially an NHS one. As has become a common occurrence, my (emergency) appointment was cancelled on the day but I was offered an another appointment on the same afternoon with Dr Marko. I was somewhat circumspect but had a broken tooth so needed to see someone. He was friendly and professional and I was amazed to have the tooth filled very quickly and efficiently there and then. So a happy customer in the end despite my misgivings regarding the practice overall.

Fantastic experience: Helpful and friendly receptionist and hygienist very good. However, I subsequently received an email from Damira stating that I had missed this appointment and if it happened again I would lose my NHS status.I have since contacted Damira to ask them to rectify this matter so that it doesn’t happen again.

Negative experience: Waited months for an appointment, first one was cancelled with 1 week notice, next one cancelled when I arrived with no phone or email to tell me before. Now waiting another 2 months for the next one. Very poor.

Fantastic experience: Very good appointment having my new teeth fitted they fit good as they had to make some slight adjustments so I am well pleased now . Positive experience: There was a queue out the door practically on arrival, whilst receptionist dealt with outgoing patients. It would make sense to have a system where by patients arriving are checked in immediately to avoid congestion and possible lateness for their scheduled appointment .

Positive experience: The dental practice in itself is friendly and efficient. However, nearly all the staff speak with very foreign accents that I find very difficult to understand! If I have to make decisions on the information that I am given then I really do need to understand the question! And at this practice I feel like I'm the outsider!!

Negative experience: Unprofessional reception staff, can barley look up and speak. Being told I need completely different treatment from one dentist to the next, don’t know which to trust so will go elsewhere for another opinion. In my view trying to sell, sell, sell.

Fantastic experience: I went to have couple of fillings done and I got myself into a bit fluster about how uncomfortable and painful it was going to be. But the dentist Ali Samim Ajeena (and his lovely assistant dental nurse) was excellent, very kind and patient and put me at ease about the procedure which he did so well it didn’t hurt at all.

At the reception there are very polite and nice girls who helped me deal with my appointment , the doctor put two fillings well in front of me , I was satisfied, another doctor who looked at my back tooth, which hurt said that it can be done, I think he is a professional in his field, but the third doctor unfortunately said that the back tooth is impossible to make and offered to pull it out but as it seemed to me the third doctor wanted to pull out the wrong tooth that hurt . Unfortunately, I didn't get a back tooth.

Fantastic experience: Was made to feel comfortable and safe while in the chair. Positive experience: Unfortunately it’s almost impossible to make phone contact with reception at chipping Norton. I have found that Email is the best way, but saying that (Dentist)Ali and (Nurse) Cassie are a great team and I Thoroughly recommend them. Fantastic experience: I was delighted to be accepted as an NHS patient at this practice yesterday. The staff are very friendly and welcomed me as a new patient. I had a check up and found the dentist to be very thorough and she explained everything to me in detail. Fantastic experience: New to the area I spoke to a number of dentists to try to register. The team here were by far the friendliest and most helpful! They also managed to get me an emergency appointment on the same day which was a miracle as other practices said emergency appointments were up to 3 weeks. The Dentist I saw was so passionate about his job and made the visit a joy! (I know, who knew going to the dentist could be a joy!) Can’t recommend them enough

Negative experience: Ah, the third time I have visited in 2 weeks, 3 different dentists, no continuity and still haven't got to the bottom of the problem. Tried to book an appointment for the last dentist I saw as was helpful but cannot and as other dentists here he is leaving at the end of March. Yes, I'm an NHS patient but you do feel third rate, just need someone to take the time to ensure the problem is solved. I thought tye practice had finally got itself together, now not so sure. Seems to be a training ground for newly trained dentists anfpd you get passed from pillar to post, very dissapointed.

Fantastic experience: I had a problem with a very sore tooth....I had just come to the area of Chipping Norton and was recommended....the dentist I saw was excellent and saw it was an abscess and gave me some anti biotic but also made an appointment some month later with their hygienist....I cannot stress the professionalism and care of these two dentists....I couldn't not recommend them more highly....

Positive experience: I have been registered with this dental surgery for last 10 years. It is going more towards private patients but saying that, I was seen very close to my appointment time.
