Fantastic experience: I had the most fabulous and positive dental experience with my dentist Amandeep. He is not only the coolest guy, but the upmost efficient, friendly, kind, and caring professional, I expected my wisdom tooth removal to be painful and challenging. I was totally amazed how gentle the anaesthetic injection was. He left it to work the right amount of time and the wisdom tooth was extracted with no pain, Distress or complications. The procedure was over in no time at all. The best dentist ever

He always has a great rapport with us, and once again his personal concern and consideration for his patients was his top priority today when he moved surgery rooms for our appointment as my wife was unwell and not confident with the stairs to his usual surgery room. Fantastic experience: Had a slight problem with my gum/tooth and got an appointment quite quickly. Peter checked everything and did an x-ray to be sure that all was ok. I was happy with the check up and I was shown the x-ray and had a full explanation of what was going on. I left feeling assured all was well.

Fantastic experience: I was advised by my dentist to have my teeth cleaned before my teeth whitening course. I have very sensitive teeth (with permanent braces insitu) and the thought of having my teeth cleaned caused lots of anxiety, as it's always been an awful experience in the past. But this time I chose to go to Treetops and had an appointment with Stacey, the dental hygienist. I was/am thrilled. Stacey was so patient and took time to explain everything to me, and frequently made sure I was ok throughout the process. I manged to get through the whole process, and can honestly say, my teeth have never been so clean. I am delighted with the results and with Stacey for her patience and professionalism. Stacey did have a lovely assistant and apologies, I can't recall her name, but thank you to her too. I can't recommend Stacey highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I went recently to the surgery and saw Asad. He was very encouraging to me telling me how well I was cleaning my teeth. He explained the procedure I was having on my teeth very clearly and told me how it would feel at each stage so I knew exactly was was about to happen. I am usually very nervous at the dentists but Asad was very understanding and continually put me at ease.

He is the best dentist, kind and patient and can’t do enough to make you feel comfortable. I have recently had work done by Amandeep and I wouldn't have gone to anyone else. Negative experience: Went to see Dr Nausheen for a consultation for a root canal although she was lovely and explained the procedure and put me at ease I feel £165 for a 15 minute chat about the procedure was unfair and excessive cost.

Fantastic experience: I used to wonder why people went private as had always used an NHS dentist, but equally had always had problems with my teeth, a friend suggested I tried tree tops and all I can say it's worth every penny (pound!). After 10 plus years of constant pain and feeling like my teeth were going to fall out and lectures from the NHS dentist about brushing correctly I found myself having to use corsodyl mouthwash daily and yellowing teeth as a result, i was even told at one stage i may loose the lot. After the recommendation from a friend i contacted tree tops and they booked an appointment for me with Sindy Castro and within less than a year of changing to tree tops my teeth were whiter and gums are as they should be, I no longer have dental pain and my teeth are firm and don't wobble nor feel like they are going to fall out. And as for the cost, I'm now on denplan making it an affordable option to continue with the same high quality and professional service delivered here. After having my first hygienist appointment, the difference is even more apparently, 30mins just on cleaning my teeth and advising me of areas that I need to concentrate on, don't think my mouth has ever felt so clean! Also had a couple of emergencies along the way caused by falling over and almost knocking my teeth out myself or grinding my teeth, I've been seen the next or same day and receptionist staff have done their best to get me in quick, meaning i feel confident that my teeth are now in safe hands. And none of this we can see you in weeks or months that i was used to. My advise to anyone would be to do the same, as you can't put a price on being free from dental pain and safe in the knowledge you will get the best possible care. Thank you Treetops

He is so easy to talk to, friendly, and makes me feel comfortable, and he listens. I have been having some problems with sleep for a while now. He recommended a night guard to stop me grinding my teeth at night. He said it would take some time to get use to them. They are very comfortable. Viv on reception was lovely and very helpful today, especially when I phoned earlier this morning to confirm that my appointments with Amandeep and Jenisha were still going ahead. Both Kerrie and Viv on reception were lovely and immediately made myself feel welcome when I first entered the practice, and were helpful in offering me an appointment for 6 months time. Amandeep is always very pleasant and very easy to talk to. He always listens to me, whilst in the dental chair. He puts me at ease immediately and answers any questions that I have for him (there’s usually quite a lot lol!) My checkup with him was thorough as per usual. He is an absolute gem and a credit to the dental profession. Also it was my first time having Jenisha for my hygienist appointment.
