Fantastic experience: I came in to Banning Dental practice, in Brentford, very anxious after having negative childhood dental experience with a dentist . Dr Sarah made reasonable adjustment and I had extra time during my initial appointments and ensured that I was listened to throughout the treatment. Dr Nancy did an amazing job with the root canal treatments with only one 'nervy' (excuse the pun) moment which she quickly addressed and pain was gone. You have both given me my smile back! An amazing experience ✨️

The outcome was excellent....I am not longer scared of going to the dentist and actually cant wait to go again !

Positive experience: I was always treated with courtesy and professionalism by the staff at Banning Dental Brentford. The team is generally polite and welcoming, and I appreciated the respectful manner in which I was received during each visit. However, when it came to my broader dental treatment, I found myself missing the approach of more traditional dentists — those who focused on solving dental issues rather than constantly promoting implants as the primary solution. While I understand that Implants are a profitable service for the clinic, it’s important to acknowledge that not every patient can afford multiple implants, like me, who only had 1 implant for financial reasons. . Unfortunately, I have decided not to return to Banning Dental Brentford. I hope the clinic will reflect on the balance between patient care and commercial interests moving forward.

I also had an Invisalign consultation during the visit, and everything was explained in great detail. I left with so much useful information and a clear understanding of the process. Did have to wait for 15 minutes past my appointment time but had a lovely coffee from their sage machine as I waited.

Fantastic experience: Clean professional well facilitated top class practice. First impressions are great. All staff were helpful really informative made you feel comfortable. Plan was presented which met my needs. Pricing I believe to be little on high side, was confused as told 2 quiet different final costings second time much higher than the first - just comparing now and will decide. Personally if the plan was little more reasonable I would have gone for it. They provide some payment options which helps. Not enough incentive to pay in full 5% of an already top heavy price. Also you get what you pay for so this has to be taken into consideration.

Fantastic experience: I had a root canal treatment that I had to get done with Dr Nancy Morgan and it went so smoothly. I always get nervous going to the dentist even for normal check ups and cleans, but Dr Nancy and Julia made me feel so comfortable that I wasn’t nervous by the time the first appointment finished and the second one happened. They were so calm and supportive through it all and really helped my experience, getting my first root canal and crown, be a great one! The price is worth the treatment you get because I am so happy with the end results and my tooth is saved because of them :) such lovely people at Banning Dental and they will be my main dentist that I go to from now on!

Fantastic experience: It was my first time at Banning dental. When I entered the Dentist I was greeted by a lovely friendly receptionist and the place itself is a really nice and inviting space too. The appointment went well and again the Dentist was friendly and explained everything he was doing during the appointment; I felt comfortable throughout the appointment and had a great experience. I’ve not had my treatments yet but I’m looking forward to starting my dental plan. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

The minute I step foot in the premises, I knew this exactly where I wanted to start my treatment. They have been very patient with me and my indecisiveness, never did they make feel pressured or in any rush to come to a decision. I fell yesterday and managed to break my tooth and had other issues, and got an appointment with this clinic right away. The staff was friendly, especially Ronia, Andrea and Hamid, who were super supportive and helpful, shared lots of useful and helpful information and calmed me down that everything is going to be fine! Loved the clinic itself - so clean, modern and welcoming! I have never seen a clinic like that, especially for the dentists! Fantastic experience: With all the many cheaper options burgeoning in the EU for dental care, going to a UK dentist has never been more of a question considering the high costs in the country. It has to be said though that going to Banning Dental Group means getting your dental care's worth multiplied many times over. Communication is always transparent and clear and rescheduling is a breeze, they really cater to your needs and time. All the staff are beyond attentive and a special mention to my lady dentist who is always gentle, patient and thorough. I have no regrets coming to Banning as the entire team has created a relaxed and positive atmosphere from day one. Banning is the perfect choice!

Fantastic experience: Started my Invisalign journey with Dr. Carlos back in December 2024 … since then him and the team here at banning Brentford have fully supported me and helped me every step of the way on my quest for a Hollywood smile :) , Dr.Carlos is highly knowledgable and patient answering all my questions and concerns , i still have a long journey left but im confident I'm in good hands and after my bite correction treatment and invisalign i will go onto doing composit bonding

Fantastic experience: Banning Dental Group was recommended to me and I was not disappointed. Everyone was welcoming and professional. During the procedure my dentist explained what they were doing and why. I felt I was in good hands and will definitely return.

Negative experience: The dentist cemented on my tooth an ill fitting crown. Then they made several attempts, over a number of visits, to file it down so I could close my jaw properly. Only a few weeks later, the crown has come off entirely. Even though they now have agreed on a full refund, as "a gesture of goodwill", they are yet to refund me. UPDATE: They are now trying to coerce me into removing my honest review. The manager wrote "I have consulted with higher management regarding your refund request. You may proceed with removing the one-star review, and the refund will be processed within an hour. Alternatively, if you prefer, please send us a written confirmation via email stating that you will remove the one-star review upon receiving the refund. This will allow us to have it in writing." This was followed by a further email "The accounts department can process the refund today if we receive confirmation that the review has been removed and will not be republished. However, if the review remains online or further negative reviews are posted, we cannot proceed with the refund. "

Fantastic experience: Brilliant service at Brentford Lovely Dentist Jafar Haerizadeh who did an extraction over a week ago was fantastic, did not feel a thing he explained everything he did also made me laugh. Dental nurse thank you as I had to hold his hand. Receptionist are lovely too very helpful.

Fantastic experience: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Care & Pain-Free Root Canal! I had a root canal procedure today with specialist Nancy Morgan and nurse Judith, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel completely comfortable, explaining the entire process before starting, which really helped ease my nerves. The anaesthetic was excellent—I didn’t feel a thing, just the usual tugging and vibrations, but absolutely no pain at all. I had been a little nervous beforehand, but the whole procedure was smooth, and I can confidently say that root canals do not hurt! Banning as a whole is a fantastic dental practice—the environment is welcoming, and the staff are all incredibly friendly and professional. I highly recommend them for anyone needing dental work. Easily the best dentist group ive been to in London. -Receptionist are super nice and friendly and help book you in as soon as you need it. They also let me charge my phone because iPhone battery sucks. - The guys and gals that do the work, I find, really take pride in it. Ive always been interested in these things and they take their time to talk it through and help inform you. - Also, I was concerned about some marks, they booked in straight away and no charge to consult. Really happy, and definitely recommend!

Positive experience: I had full mouth implants. Upper and lower. All on 4. Great results . I would recommend them. What I will say is the after treatment service is very poor. You end up paying for check ups. Once the implants are done, they should call u for a check up. Any check ups in the first year should be free. £15000 is alot of money.

Two other dentists had told me that the teeth needed to be extracted, but thanks to their skillful root canal treatment, they saved them. Fantastic experience: Took my almost three-year-old there for his first appointment and was convinced he’d be upset and wouldn’t open his mouth. How wrong I was!! Dr. Haerizadeh was brilliant! He let my son try some of the instruments and kept everything fun and light, he was even allowed to look at my son‘s teeth. Thoroughly recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic and professional experience right from the get go. You walk in a get welcomed with the hugest smile from Olga, on reception which instantly eases your nerves if you’re afraid of the dentist like I am. You receive reminders via text/email of any up and coming appointments and a phone call the day before, which is brilliant if you have a busy schedule. But more to the point, the dental work is top tier. I’ve had Invisalign for around 6 months, followed by composite bonding on 8 of my teeth. Khalil performed the procedures from start to finish and everything was performed to perfection just like my new smile. I must give Oscar a mention also, as he spoke me through step by step and was most helpful on helping me make certain decisions. Banning dental are Very, very reasonably priced, to the extent I travelled way out of my home town for every visit. Money well spent I say, and I would most definitely highly recommended them.
