Fantastic experience: I’ve just finished having dental work which included crowns fitted by Hazel and l’m super impressed by her work and the very helpful assistants. The whole treatment was relatively pain free. You can also listen in on their chat while lying back on the dentist chair which helps the time go by faster.

Fantastic experience: Was delighted with the service I received after having a lengthy wait for my bottom teeth to be removed, can't fault the practice as it was out of their control, had several sessions to get moulds taken and picked the colour of my teeth and had two further appointments for the final dentures to be done, it has given me back my confidence now that I can smile again and can finally eat normally again. Fantastic service from start to finish and was very professional and made me feel at ease even though I have a fear of the dentist due to bad experience when I was younger.

Fantastic experience: I recently won a competition to have a diamond air Polish, teeth Whitening and composite bonding done at Water Row with Dr Moody and Dr Tonner. The results of these treatments combined has been life changing, the composite bonding has made me feel so confident in my smile again!

Fantastic experience: My anxiety has been playing up and I was dreading going to see Rebecca. However, it all went well. Rebecca is so efficient and let's me know exactly what she's going to do. I can have a break at any time by raising my hand. For an anxiety sufferer that is gold. Rebecca replaced 2 fillings for me, removed an old veneer and replaced it, all in 1 sitting. Absolutely delighted with the work. It's a 10 out of 10 from me.

Fantastic experience: Joined as a new (and very stressed about dental work) patient recently and had such a great experience. The initial check up was extremely thorough and everything was explained to me very clearly. Had to have a couple of fillings redone and the experience was as low stress and easy as I could have hoped for. Hazel took great care and I’m very glad she will be looking after my teeth from now on. Reception staff and dental nurses are lovely and helpful too. Overall a very calm, welcoming dental practice and I highly recommend.

In Glasgow, I think this is as good as it gets and I can only recommend Dr Rebecca Moody to anyone looking for good a NHS dentist or dentist in general.

Whilst there have been many changes from Thomson & Roy days, the professional service improves with each changing of the guard. I still smile when I see the two chairs, they must be as old as me. However, having the badge of the most awkward extractions it's not one I'd wish on anyone! But I made it..... Great Service, Great Team Keep smiling

Quick appointment and the family appointment service was very helpful for my husband and I to streamline our calender. 100% recommend based on service alone, but if you need an extra push, sofas in waiting room are so comfy and artwork on the walls is govan/Glasgow themed! No scary posters in sight

Fantastic experience: Attended for my normal checkup and was taken right away. Explained that I had an issue with one of my teeth. This was checked over and I was given the options as to what could be done. Was offered a number of services and told the price and asked if I was happy to go ahead. Fantastic experience: Appointment was easy to arrange, surgery confirmed with me the day before and all in order when I arrived. I was greeted and called by name throughout my visit - a nice friendly touch. I was taken in to surgery right on time. As always, Mr Smith was friendly and welcoming, put me right at ease. My checkup resulted in a longer 45 minute treatment, but this was no problem for him and all was fixed on the day - no return appointment. Mr Smith explained exactly what he was doing throughout and the costs involved. So I always knew exactly what was happening. Mr Smith made sure I knew and understood the after care instructions, easy to follow. I also received a follow up message to check all was well. Highly delighted and cannot recommend this surgery and all who work there highly enough! Thank you all! 08 January 2025 Second visit with Mr Alaa Ali, one of the new team at Water Row. As always, reception very welcoming and relaxed. I was expected, seated and seen promptly. Mr Ali took advantage of available time to complete all my treatment in one visit. Tiniest scratch as he numbed my jaw and all good after that; fillings done calmly, pain free and all my teeth cleaned before leaving. Everything was explained to me clearly before he did it and put me totally at ease. A very friendly and professional surgeon. All checked before I left and reassured to contact them if anything not right - never happened, not a moments trouble since my visit. They made sure I had my next check up in the diary before I left. Very pleased and confident with my new dentist and the whole, friendly team at Water Row, highly delighted with the service and treatment received. Many thanks!
