Fantastic experience: The epitome of professionalism , the receptionists are always welcoming and treat me dignity which with my set of circumstances is really refreshing . Always try to their best to get you seen while remaining honest about options. The Dentists have been great with my anxiety , my teeth suffer due to sporadic periods of neglect but they have helped me a lot and are never judgmental. Olly in particular has been amazing and always makes me feel better leaving than when I come in .

Fantastic experience: Had an appointment for a filling, the facilities are brilliant, look brand new and very clean. Reception was kind, and the dentist was also very helpful. The whole experience was streamlined and efficient, did not take long. Also, their attention to detail was greater than any other dentist i've been to, which is always good

Fantastic experience: Having mysteriously, and with no explanation lost access to my NHS dentist of 15 years in Swansea, I telephoned Eastside Dental to arrange an appointment and discuss options. This was a few years ago now, and I'm so glad I did. I chose to use Denplan insurance, as NHS wasn't an available option at the time. The service I've received from Eastside Dental has been fantastic from day one, and far exceeds the service I was getting from my previous dentist. A big thanks to James, who is definitely one of the gentlest and pain free dentists I have ever been treated by. Thoroughly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Very well looked after whenever I attend. I am extremely content with this practice. As always, the reception staff are polite, friendly, confident and helpful for booking your appointment, greeting you on arrival and for any admin required whilst attending. With easy access to and from the practice, spotlessly clean reception/waiting area and treatment rooms, one feels very relaxed and welcomed here. All of the treatment staff I’ve met are engaging, friendly and competent, explaining the treatments and answering any questions I may have regarding the treatment and future plans. When other dentists were closed during the pandemic Eastside continued to offer a service with required risk precautions undertaken each time. They explain everything fully and don’t do work that isn’t needed. They are trustworthy and I have total confidence in them. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I had an abscess on my tooth, and was in constant pain. I rang to see if there were any cancellations - alas there weren't but I was given an appointment for 8am the next morning. I always find the staff are brill, the premises are spotless - I know dental appointments are like gold dust at the moment but I would highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: I first came to Eastside after enquiring about braces. The experience I've had over the past 3 months has been next to none. I've had a couple of appointments with James including discussing my braces treatment. Although I knew I was ready for braces, I was never pressured into signing up to have braces and everything was explained thoroughly without rushed appointment times. I've also had a filling and couldn't feel the injection at all! I've had 3 previous dentists but nothing compares to the experience you have at Eastside, so much that but I've decided to leave my NHS dentist and come here privately beyond my braces as I know my teeth will be looked after to a high standard and going to the dentist doesn't feel daunting. I think I've told everyone about how good this dentist is! Thank you.

Negative experience: Appointment for NHS checkup yes nice staff clean dental surgery and reception I was in the chair for my checkup less than two minutes, dentist rubbed is finger around my gums and picked at a cpl of teeth that was it come back in 9 months wasn't worth the drive across town in heavy traffic

Fantastic experience: Had a filling come out over the New Year Holiday, went to Eastside on a morning without a Appointment the lady explained that they only had a couple of Dentist in work due to Holidays & Sickness. She managed to fit me in later in the day, could not fault the service i recevied

Fantastic experience: On arrival there was a line on floor that you could not cross until a member of staff called you, there was hand sanitizer just inside the door to use, which was great, I was told to sit down and wait for my dentist. He told me that there was two rooms he used, the one we went into today for used for checking what needs doing. I had a temporary filling then I was taken back to reception to make an appointment for the room where they can do drilling etc. Fantastic staff, great welcome, really felt chilled. Fantastic experience: I have been with them since 2009 as far as I can recall. Generally a good experience with them. These days I don’t see the same practitioner more than twice - but that doesn’t bother me. I have now given up using the little car park as it is going beyond my skills. Latest visit 13/11/24, seen by Ajit again & ushered to the bubble gum chair. Nothing to be done this time, next visit in 9 months - just as well since I have other things on my mind. Went to the adjacent dock and saw jellyfish!

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Eastside Dental by my own dentist. As they don't do the treatment I needed. I was greeted by friendly reception staff, who are really helpful and nothing is to much for them. Dr Mark Williams and his team have done a great job so far with my treatment. Everything was thoroughly explained in detail, step by step process.Once this treatment has finished I will see if I can be a permanent client. I find the practice to be friendly and professional. Update..My treatment has finished. Really pleased and I have now joined Eastside Dental.

Our dentist Tom goes above and beyond his care towards his patients is exemplary . We have 7 family members who have all joined this practice , my Elderly Mum joining last month after encouraging her to switch practise after being at her last dentist for 15 years . Thank goodness she enrolled at Eastside , Tom’s caring nature , brought instant calmness and his expert knowledge and treatment going forward will make her be able to smile normally again we can’t express our gratitude enough. she said he’s the best dentist she has ever had . Appointments made here are in demand and are like gold dust however in a real emergency you will be seen . Mark Williams another dentist at the practice is also very good . Whoever you see here i am sure you will be in good hands as they are a brilliant team.

Negative experience: You know you're in for a poor service when the website's FAQ section's first question is, "How do I complain? " The meet the team Section could easily be changed to "my first job Gallery" judging by the date that most all of the dentists Qualified. The desirable SA1 location is nothing more than a veneer that hides a myriad of imperfections, such as a lack of life and, more importantly, clinical experience, a Poor or more accurate non-existent understanding of professional standards and a lack of culpability when concerns are raised about their work. Going so far as to leave at least one patient with visibly worse teeth and more pain than they walked in with. Initially refusing to correct the damage for 6weeks and eventually admitting an unwillingness to correct or even complete the work they started this is more of a creche for incompetence than a dental practice and should only be recommended to your worst enemy

The Dentist’s and Dental Nurses are very very good and my main experiences so far have been in the excellently capable hands of Mark and Morgan who deserve a special mention.

Fantastic experience: I called for an appointment and was asked to call in the morning to arrange for an afternoon. they seen me and I had a meeting with the dentist who explained in detail what he could do for me. The reception staff although very busy greeted everyone with a smile and were very helpful. I would recommend this dentist to everyone. The receptionist noted I was running a little late and made a call, then arranged for me to sit in the vip lounge where water & coffee were made available . I was seen within minutes and had xrays and dentist explained all was fine and would like to see me in 6 months. overall a very pleasant experience.

Fantastic experience: I saw Ollie today regarding my dental hygiene and he was so helpful and informative. He really cares about ensuring that the patient has a good understanding of how to help themselves. Through his guidance and support I have been able to decrease my gum inflammation which was previously problematic for me. Each time I had a flare up of my autoimmune diseases I would also have issues with gum health. Ollie is caring and goes above and beyond what I have experienced with other dentists to help me improve my own oral health. I highly recommend Ollie as a dental hygienist.
