Fantastic experience: The Dental technician was so good . He got the job done without a hitch and no pain!. A screw had broken off in my implant which was left in my jaw. It was my first dental cleaning experience and she went through everything before the cleaning and gave me good advice on how to keep my teeth healthy. Fantastic experience: The service at Banning is always outstanding and I recommend it to all my friends and family. You get loads of reminders of your appts, so everything is clear. The dentists are friendly and thorough. The receptionists are so friendly. Berfin makes me coffee and even answered all my grilling on whether I think the machine is easy to use (as I want to buy one). I think you get what you pay for here.

Negative experience: 'lovely' experience for a hygiene appointment I had 4 days ago with Kerry Wellington. 4 days later and my gums still hurt. It was the most uncomfortable and hurtful dental appointment I had and it's not something you expect for dental hygiene. It was particularly 'nice' to hear the hygienist chewing gum right into my ear while going about my mouth. The email confirmation had the wrong address stated on it. Since there are two clinics on each side of the road in Lewisham, I went to the one I had similar appointment previously only to find it was closed. Only the address on the email was for the clinic that was closed. The receptionist seemed very disinterested in helping me out. She just told me to sit down and wait to be called in which didn't happen for 10min. I had to ask her again about my appointment which was running late and only then did she contact the hygienist who then called me in. I do not recommend this clinic and I will not be coming back.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Dr. Renato Morello highly enough! From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel comfortable and at ease. The clinic is immaculate, modern, and equipped with the latest technology, which immediately gave me confidence in their expertise. I went to Dr. Renato with a tooth that other dentists had practically written an obituary for. They told me it was unsalvageable and suggested pulling it, but Dr. Renato took one look and said, “Challenge accepted.” Not only did he repair it, but he made it look and feel brand new—like the dental version of a resurrection! The entire experience was top-notch. Dr. Renato worked his magic with such precision that I’m convinced he could fix a cracked diamond if he tried. The staff were warm and friendly, and the atmosphere was so relaxing, I almost forgot I was in a dentist’s chair (almost). If you’ve got a hopeless tooth, don’t give up—take it to Dr. Renato. He’s like the MacGyver of dentistry, but with fewer paper clips and more cutting-edge tools. I’ll never go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: Been coming here a few months now for my Invisalign! Carlos is fabulous on the dental side, equipment is high end and the pricing is so good compared to other dentists. Today I had my free Botox session (included with Invisalign, can you believe it!?). I was in great hands with Naz and Naj, who made me feel welcome, informed and comfortable for my first ever treatment. It was quick and easy, and I got a cheeky coffee as well. Love this practice so much! Can’t believe I didn’t find it sooner. Will post photos at the end of my Invisalign treatment!

Positive experience: I went to this dentist after years of fear. I have a lot of issues with my teeth of which I am incredibly self conscious. The examination was thorough but I felt judged by the dentist. I was then ridiculed by the receptionist in a horrible and unkind manner that made me feel even worse. I have asked for a refund for my examination and was offered a hygiene appointment. I have no desire to go back there given the way i was made to feel but they are not budging on a small refund. If you're self conscious I wouldn't recommend going there. Edit - since doing the review I was called by the very nice new practice manager who has given me a refund and a small additional token compensation for this so thank you to her. It's a shame me having to do a bad review is what it took to be noticed but I appreciate that she called me straight away and dealt with the matter fairly. I have updated my star review as a reflection on the practice manager and not the experience I had when I visited.

Fantastic experience: I came to Banning after my first round of Invisalign with another dentist didn’t deliver the results I hoped for. My second round of Invisalign here turned out amazing, and the composite bonding I received was the perfect finishing touch. I’m also thrilled that they have a Skin Clinic on-site—it’s so convenient to get my regular treatments done after my dental appointments. The staff are absolutely lovely—thank you for everything!
