Fantastic experience: I was given an emergency appointment for a cracked tooth. Lawrence Quirk has given me a temporary filling and arranged for me to have a follow up appointment for an onlay. Fantastic service and treatment

Negative experience: Not the best experience. I got an emergency appointment because I was still in a lot of pain. I had an extraction the previous Saturday ant a different dentist, she asked which tooth hurt, but I was unable to pinpoint it. She took an xray and took one out, but warned me I might need a further two removed. Five days later I was still in a lot of pain so went back to 111 for an emergency dentist, they sent me to Windsor Dental, receptionist was great, but when I got in the chair, the dentist recognised their was two cavities, but rather than fill them in he simply told me I would need a private dentist to get a filling and sent me in my way with different set of anti biotics.

Positive experience: Always good service when it comes to my teeth but the waiting time is ridiculous booked a last min app today was 3:20 there 10 mins before my app and still wasnt seen by 3:40 so having to rebook my app

Negative experience: My appointment was so unnecessarily rushed and I did not feel cared for at all. I wonder if this is how all NHS urgent dental patients are cared for at this practice and if so, that’s saddening to say the least. Please do better. I know the dentists have a lot of patients to see but every patient is deserving of your duty of care, especially after they’ve paid for it.

From the moment I walked in, the staff were so helpful and welcoming especially prince who is just brilliant and so friendly also the guy who checked us in (So sorry i dont know his name) but again very friendly. Cracking reception team, very professional in the way they speak with patients on the phone and face to face. The dentist Scott was excellent, caring and attentive, taking the time to explain everything clearly and he made me feel less nervous as i am a nervous patient. A genuinely positive dental visit!

Fantastic experience: I was treated extremely well at Windsor practice. It had been a long time since I visited . I am A n nhs patient. For the 1 st time I have had treatment without first being numbed with an injection. I did not suffer any more pain than I get from the injection? I will definitely do that again in the future, so a big thankyou to my dentist Dillon who was fantastic throughout.

Fantastic experience: I always have a good experience, the dentists and nurses are excellent.i have been a patient for many years. I was a little surprised yesterday when I was asked to pay for my treatment when I arrived, this was unusual and when i asked why i was informed some patients were leaving without paying. It felt like the naughty pupil in the classroom scenario where all the class are punished for a couple of bad behaviours. It would I feel have been more professional to deliver the message before the appointment perhaps by txt when you send a reminder, I found it difficult to hear what the receptionist was saying because at 5ft 1in I could barely see over the desk or hear what I was being told and was disappointed with the response when I asked for it to be repeated.

Positive experience: I have been to Windsor dental as emergency appointment. That was a good sitting and the doctor filled my teeth temporarily. But I couldn't close my mouth properly, because it's a bit higher than other tooth levels. I don't have any idea how I can fix this.

However everything went very smoothly and my checkup was done by a very friendly lady dentist whom I hadn’t met before. She was very thorough and efficient and the necessary treatment I require was fixed to be in 6 days time. Yes still under the NHS. No need for my worries, still an excellent service as it always has been. Thanking you all.

Im not to happy with him as there isnt any eye contact which comes across rude also no conversation … Feel like has no time and doesnt want to give his own advice. Negative experience: The two dentists I saw were great explained what was needed. The reception were a (waste) of time. I phoned up over the space of TWO days. The longest 18 minutes shortest 7 minutes a total of 11calls. I also sent three messages. Each time I was cut off at 1 in the queue. You try the patients no and see for yourself

Fantastic experience: There was some confusion over the booking of my hygienist appointment. However I received a courteous and helpful response to my questions and a satisfactory date has now been booked. I then had a routine check up with my usual dentist who was, as always, friendly and gentle in his examination.

Negative experience: I’d never been to Windsor Salford Dental Practice before yesterday. Even though i’m in dire need of a practice and it’s close to my home, the experience has put me off. My first points of contacts in the form of the receptionist and dental assistant were professional yet still warm and welcoming, the dentist not so much. I’d describe him racially as a tall south asian middle aged man, as he didn’t bother to introduce himself. He was neither warm nor welcoming with his demeanour and words (which he had very few of). Left me hanging after I explained why I was there, did not mention what procedure would be done, didn’t even let me know we were done with the process. I had to ask what procedure had been done after the surgical chair had been propped up, and he’d moved himself away. I was then replied curtly and asked to go check for myself in the mirror. I’ve been an NHS urgent dental patient before, and i’ve never been treated as coldly and without regard as this time, a service which i’d paid for by the way. I was treated with poor manners, which i know i’m undeserving of.

Fantastic experience: Foreign dentist not from the Uk. Is very rude and insensitive not a right way to treat a patient. I’m from abroad myself and one thing I have learned in the Uk is to treat people nicely no matter what.

Negative experience: I was booked in for a tooth extraction, they rang up and changed my appointment 3 times. Leaving it longer and longer when i was in agony and couldn't sleep or eat. Said they were unable to prescribe me any pain relief. They canceled on the day again, keeping in mind i keep booking time off work. I rang an emergency dentist they got me in 2 hours later and removed my tooth, i was in there 25 minutes. Windsor dental charged me £73.50 and the emergency appointment cost me £80 everything included. I wish i went to the emergency one sooner instead of wasting my time in pain waiting for Windsor

Fantastic experience: As always Rachel is a breath of fresh air, always professional and happy. A 1 I visited Windsor Dental Salford today seeing my Dentist Laurence today and his lovely Dental Nurse. Upon being called into the examination room I was immediately put at ease with they're professional and friendly nature, a fantastic dou. I would say that this is the best Dental Surgery I have been to in all my life. I have been using this Surgery for the last 8 years.

Mr Pentefountis who performed my root canal treatment was fantastic, checking I was comfortable and ok during the procedure. I can’t speak highly enough of the whole process.
