Negative experience: Dont waste your time and money if you have condition that need real dental doctor attentions. Doctors are just average and doesn’t seems to be knowledgeable.Even average Dental clinic in Metro city have more talented dental doctors ( upto level of orthodontist or doctors knowing deeply about gum infection etc etc) Only good for dental cosmetic like cleaning or something generic or may be for braces. I paid £110 just seeing the some useless doctors ( they don't even look like doctor, seems like they are in some showroom etc ) with useless advice. My condition worsened so badly that I have to rush to A&E. Total waste of trust, money and my precious time. I want refund, seriously. This clinic is money minting machine for teeth fashion and dont expect any good clinical advice. I would have given zero start, as it’s useless for me.

Fantastic experience: Had an emergency appoitment for my 7 year old who has additional needs and very worried about going and she has left smiling and can't wait to go back all the staff was beyond amazing with her and made us both feel so welcome I can't recommend this dentist enuff to the point I will be moving myself and my family over to this dentist thankyou again for going above and beyond to make her feel safe an myslef who suffers with anxiety and trauma from dentist you are all beyond amazing and I honestly can't thank you enuff not all hero's wear capes ☺️

Not sure if I Like the dentist, any better, but it was Clean and professional and I will be returning.

Fantastic experience: Very happy with my experience! I booked in a hygiene appointment with no issues, paid a deposit, arrived at the time it was booked and went straight in. My old dentist had ridiculous waiting times so it’s refreshing to see a practice running things like clockwork! Special mention for Kaitlan at the front desk who was happy to answer any questions I had regarding scheduling further appointments. Thank you guys!

Negative experience: Total rip off only care about money,could not make an early 8.30 Monday appointment tried Sunday and early Monday morning to let them know only to be told that they are keeping my £130 deposit and ill have to pay again, i was told someone would ring me as i was unhappy but no one has called within last 2 weeks. NEVER GOING BACK,dont get conned by fake smiles and DONT LEAVE ANY DEPOSIT!!!!!

Positive experience: A few months ago, I had a filling done, but unfortunately, it didn’t last as expected and started to wear off within a couple of weeks. When I returned to the clinic, my dentist took the time to explain my options clearly: either redo the filling or go for a crown. I truly appreciated the transparency and the time he spent helping me understand the best way forward. I decided to go ahead with the crown, and although the appointment was about a month later, I was relieved to finally get started. The temporary crown was placed last week, but unfortunately, it came off. I contacted the clinic, and my dentist promptly arranged another temporary one without any hesitation. His commitment to patient care really shows—he’s always willing to help and does his best to make the experience easier. That said, I’ve still been experiencing discomfort and sensitivity on the right side of my mouth. It’s been quite painful, and I’ve found it hard to eat or speak comfortably. But even during this difficult stage, my dentist has remained supportive and reassuring. I know he’s doing everything he can to get things right, and I genuinely trust that the final crown—scheduled for the 5th—will bring relief. Dental work can be a journey, and while this hasn’t been the easiest, I’m grateful for a dentist who truly cares and is dedicated to helping his patients.

Fantastic experience: I don’t have a bad word to say about Love Teeth North Cheam & the Stonecot branch. I’ve been lucky enough to have experienced and been cared for in both branches. I’m now at the end of my Invisalign treatment and I can say hand on heart it’s been such a positive experience from start to finish over the past 8 months & have felt so relieved I chose Love Teeth for this treatment. Everyone from the reception staff, to the hygienist, all the dental nurses assisting, and to my amazing Invisalign dentist Michael have been so friendly, welcoming, caring and approachable. They will always go out their way to give you the best experience possible. Both branches are very modern, bright and sleek when you walk in, particularly the new Stonecot branch which has just opened, where they even have Netflix on the ceiling for you to watch while getting your teeth done, which is very fun! Even the Love Teeth bags your given are lovely (which sounds ridiculous) but it’s the little touches, and all very well organised. My dentist Michael has been so brilliant, he’s been so thorough with his care, honest, he takes his time explaining things and has been so reassuring. I’ve always felt in such safe hands with his knowledge and treatment, and would always listen to his recommendations. Positive experience: The dentist I saw was brilliant and the team are very friendly. However, there have been quite a few issues with appointments lately, my son’s appointment has been moved twice and my appointment was cancelled and I was not told. This has led to longer waits to see a dentist. It was also really difficult to book an appointment due to the changes with only seeing NHS patients in the afternoons for check ups - not easy when you have kids and a full time job.

Fantastic experience: First time “visiting”, for an emergency appointment. Everyone was super professional, all while being very friendly. Shiv, my new dentist, was very helpful and explained in detail what needs doing as a matter of urgency and what can “be put on the back burner” for the time being. They also offer flexible payment plans, so you won’t struggle to pay it off in one go, if you can’t afford it. I definitely recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Visited love teeth in cheam for an initial consultation and then a filling with Dr Sath, I am an anxious patient and was warmly welcomed in by Dr sath and talked through my whole treatment. Dr Sath eased my anxiety and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed during my treatment, he took time to explain everything he was doing and managed to distract me from my phobia as well as doing an amazing job with my filling. Fantastic experience: After being recommended here by a work colleague I went along for a consultation. Got treatment done and not gonna lie it didn’t turn out the way I wanted it to nor expected it to. But swiftly and promptly Kunal stepped in and assured me that everything will be ok with some adjustments. Cut to him reshaping, resizing and changing the colour of the whole of my top set of teeth, even doing work again and again because HE wasn’t happy with the colour, it’s safe to say it’s been a journey. I’m obsessed with my new smile and constantly try to find things to get done to my bottom set of teeth which Kunal turns down….i mean who turns down business??? A proper dentist that’s who, one that’s main focus and interest is the client and not the money in the till!!! I will always go to Kunal from now on he is my go to for all my dentistry needs. 100% recommend this company I’ve been to all practices and they are all equally as professional and the most aesthetically pleasing dentists I’ve ever been to. Negative experience: I had some dentures made that have never fitted since the day they were made. After several re fit sessions they still did not fit. They cut into the bottom of my mouth. This was 3 years ago. I still have no dentures as they charged me around £2,500 and I do not have the money to go elsewhere. They are still sitting in my draw never worn. When I complain they say your teeth can move. They have never fitted from day one. If you need dentures do not use Love Teeth

Fantastic experience: I have never had such an experience(s) of visting the 'dreaded' dentist! They have changed my long held views completely. They take an holistic approach which means you are treated as a person rather than just another tooth! Not as cheap as NHS but well worth the little extra!

I needed an emergency appt and was in pain and had spoken with 3 other practices all of who had been quite abrupt and seemed annoyed by my urgency.. I didn't really have a choice but it was still nice to be treated so decently! The practice is clean and really well presented, too. Will definitely be returning here as a first choice of dental care!

Within a couple of hours, I'd had xrays done, consultations across two sites made and then was under the hammer(!!) to have the tooth extracted! Boom! Toothache (and tooth) gone! Brilliant! The ladies on reception are always very warm, professional and well-informed. When I mentioned about looking at a plan today, the details were simply handed to me with no hard selling tactics, which I always appreciate. They are always smiling too! Bozena the hygienist and Georgia the dental nurse were fantastic. They always took care to keep me involved all the way through the appointment and provided transparent information so I could make informed choices about my treatment. At a previous appointment with Bozena I had been given very clear instructions on how to improve my oral health; after my appointment today I can confirm that everything she asked me to do had worked! She is clearly very passionate about her work and I hope that she is recognised for her professionalism and expertise. Even though I wish the appointments were cheaper, I know I am always going to get a good service when I go to Love Teeth, so it is worth the cost. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: My daughter is a very nervous patient and we couldn’t have asked for a kinder dentist. He explained everything he was going to do, showed her all the equipment he was going to be using. He put her completely at ease and made the whole experience so much smoother and nicer for us both!

Fantastic experience: I am in my late 50’s and Dr Shiv, Donna and the fantastic team at Cheam have transformed my smile and the results look amazing. I wanted to have some 40-year-old bridgework (and a crown) replaced as they were a completely different colour to the rest of my teeth, my gums had receded and I was concerned about decay developing. Even though I had attended regular dental checkups in the past I now realise that my teeth had just been patched up on the NHS. Dr Shiv listened to my concerns and explained all the options available to me. I was given a handheld mirror and Dr Shiv pointed to individual teeth and explained exactly what it was possible to do for each. Together we came up with a plan but at no point did I feel any pressure to pursue anything. It was more like “This is what we can do, now what would you like us to do?” The difference between the treatment I have received from Love Teeth and the dentistry I have had previously is like night and day. Just walking in the door, it is so modern, clean and welcoming. I was asked what music I would like to listen to during treatment and there was a TV on the ceiling above the chair. I received a phone call the day after treatment to check how I was. A couple of my appointments were quite lengthy and the receptionists checked how I was feeling prior to the treatment. You know you are in for a while when you are advised to visit the restroom prior to the procedure. I was a bit nervous but they put me at ease. I have read the previous reviews on here and no one has mentioned prices. I won’t say how much my dental work cost but, let’s be honest, private cosmetic dentistry isn’t cheap. But I don’t regret a penny of what I have spent having my smile transformed. For the first time I years I am not self-conscious smiling in photos. My teeth are healthy, and my mental health has improved as I feel confident smiling while speaking to people during conversations. The best thing is that it all looks so natural. No one would guess that my smile is not all my own. In summary, if anyone is considering having cosmetic dental treatment then Love Teeth is the perfect choice. Get it done once and get it done right. Thank you to the wonderful team at Cheam.

Fantastic experience: I had two teeth extracted by Dr. Nagpal, and I highly recommend going here if you’re planning to have your wisdom teeth removed. The experience was very quick and comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Dr Sathyam was very calm, informative and professional in his approach, which put me at ease with what would have been a daunting extraction! I thoroughly recommend his services.

Negative experience: I had what began as a great experience with Love Teeth. I had Invisalign including whitening and bonding with Sham, and she was excellent. Most of the hygienists were excellent too, although an experience with one was quite upsetting. In general, they treated me well during my the initial part of my treatment, but once the bonding was complete and my treatment changed to regular dental and hygiene appointments, they didn’t want to know. I don’t believe that this is a problem with clinical staff but rather with receptionists and management. I paid around £6,000 for my treatment including a year of Denplan once my treatment with Invisalign was complete, which was supposed to include two dental appointments, four hygienist appointments, replacement Vivera retainers and whitening. All I had from them was one dental appointment and one with the hygienist, and I never received the Vivera or whitening despite asking for them more than once. I’ve had two appointments cancelled by Love Teeth which no explanation, the second of which happened after I asked if I could speak to a manager. I was told by one receptionist that errors my have been made due to my name being spelled incorrectly and having two patient records (which makes sense as initially Denplan couldn’t find a record of me before discovering that Love Teeth had spelt my name incorrectly), but nothing was ever done to correct these errors when I asked. I now have lots of residue from broken fixed wires and my teeth are nowhere near finished, and my initial treatment was three years ago! In my experience it feels like a big sales pitch and once you’ve given them your money, they don’t want to take any responsibility for the treatment that they’ve sold you. I wouldn’t recommend Love Teeth to anyone, I think you can get much better support and aftercare elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: The reception staff were very courteous and helpful. As always, Mr Sulieman’s treatment was excellent - he explained what he was doing, kept checking I felt ok during the treatment and did a very good job on replacing an old, damaged and deep filling. The filling feels so comfortable; I can’t see or feel any difference!

Fantastic experience: Dr Sheena Patel carried out my root canal treatment and I can't sing her praises enough.... She explained in detail what my options were in my consultation beforehand. On the day, she was again amazing. I was on the verge of falling asleep during the procedure. I left quite numb of course, but once that wore off, I was able to eat as though I had nothing done. Dental nurse Chey was equally as caring and pleasant. Reception team are also just..... lovely. Overall a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this Dental practice.

Fantastic experience: Bozena is the best hygienist. She is so thorough and informative. I never leave an appointment without her advising how I can do better at brushing, what the best products are to use for the issues I have and generally how to maintain a whiter smile. The surgery is also amazing, has the look and feel of a spa so you are immediately relaxed when you go in. Highly recommend!!!
