Fantastic experience: Feeling apprehensive as I went in for a dental root extraction, my fears immediately disappeared as the kindness,understanding and professionalism of Amwit and Kirsty not only put me at ease, but extracted the large root speedily and expertly without pain. I was back in my car driving home absolutely in awe and so grateful. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth taken out today and honestly, it couldn't have gone better. Dr Hirani was super professional, gentle and confident, no pain, no drama, and it was over before l knew it. Just as l started praying everything would go smoothly, boom tooth out! No struggle, no cutting, just done! Sarah, and the receptionist were also really lovely- kind, calm and welcoming. The whole place just had a good vibe. And location wise? Couldn't be easier, I got off the bus and walked straight into reception! If l wasn't referred and live far, l'd have made this my go-to dentist! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Everything was clearly explained to me by the dental surgeon and the dental nurse. They put me at ease . When I expressed I was in pain they gave me more anaesthetic and with in seconds my tooth was out . Was checked on twice to make sure I wasn't bleeding due to other medications and after a couple of stitches I was good to go . Cannot fault the dental nurse so caring and compassionate. Thank you for making my tooth extraction an easy process.

Negative experience: Liars and uncaring. I had a 20 minutes appointment slot. Called ahead to say there was traffic as I’m 1 hour drive away! I was told to come in and they’d let the dentist know i would be a tad late. I get there and get told I’m not getting seen because “other people have appointments” and when I said I called ahead they said I was 2 minutes past the time the gps told me so I’ve been discharged. Hour drive back home now with my infected tooth. Awful service, no apologies, not polite about it and it was 2 receptionists not just one, I asked if I could speak to the dentist and was told no I’ve already been discharged. I will never be coming back!! Avoid. Crying in the car park currently because i just had a baby a month ago, I just drove an hour with travel sickness with my newborn baby, I have anxiety disorder so I’ve struggled all week about this appointment. Met with no kindness or consideration at reception or the dentist, I called ahead and was told to still come in, absolutely shameful.

Fantastic experience: Went in today (i was reffered from Smile in netherfield) had my upper wisdom tooth taken out I was really scared and almost said I can't do it before it even started. It literally took like 5 seconds. I'm so happy to have it out of the way now. If you are scared just go and do it, it will be fine.

Negative experience: Can't express how let down we feel My husband has an extreme phobia of dentists and it's taken him to be medicated by the dr's each time just to be seen.. we was told there very understanding and very helpful when it comes to phobia's He was ment to have all removed apart from 6 in 1 go due to his phobia as this was the plan from the start.. months of the build up, panic attacks and medication to get this surgery done... Only to go for the surgery today to be told they can only take 4 out and he needs a denture first even the rainworth dentist doesn't understand why this has happened or why they messed us about like this The young receptionist was ignorant and not interested in what we had to say as we was stuck in abit of traffic and she just rolled her eyes then said they can't do it all today but the rainworth dentist said they should of been able to still... The dentist only had down the plan of removing only 4 teeth for some reason and requested he needed a denture doing first before the full extraction Nothing had been mentioned before to us about this and the rainworth branch was even clueless to why they needed that first All the appointments was fast tracked so he didn't get messed around or had to wait to long because of how severe his phobia is which all went great at the rainworth branch, but we feel this branch has just blown up in his face it's really put him off, knocked his confidence, made him panic, feels let down and feels like he didn't matter, honestly were really disappointed 20 years to get him to this point only for him to be messed around I honestly feel like because we're on NHS we didn't matter

I love the fact that Dr Hirani and his assistant made me feel relaxed during my teeth extraction and the reassurance from Dr.Hirani during my assessment made a lot of difference. I just had 3 wisdom teeth removed today and the procedure was painless and seamless. Also, Dr Ebunoluwa is the kind of doctor every person should be so lucky to have in their 'care corner'. Fantastic experience: I had 2 teeth removed on the 13th February. I am very nervous with regards to having dental work carried out. I was put at ease the moment I entered the room . I was asked about my fear and asurred that I would be okay. A few tears were shed due to being nervous . I was sweating, and a cold compress was put on my forehead. (Really). Fantastic experience: Previous experience left me extremely anxious of going to the dentist. After suffering a fractured tooth I luckily managed to register here at Carlton Dental. My experience here to remove my tooth was calm and the dentist talked me through the procedure and helped me to relax. The experience was completely different. Within seconds the tooth was out with minimal pain/discomfort. Making me wonder why my last dentist caused me to have such a painful and stressful experience. Her encounter was exceptional at the hands of Dr A Tiinari and Rachael they were both absolutely amazing with her. Fantastic experience: Had a wisdom tooth out this morning by Amit and Rachel the dental assistant.I was so nervous and wasn't going g to proceed because it scared me reading possible things that could go wrong. However Amit was fantastic , totally reassured me and the procedure was so quick I couldn't believe it! I basically thought he'd only just started and it was out, I don't even think it took 2 minutes!I gave him a hug I was so relieved.Rachel was so lovely too, calming and reassuring throughout, talking g me through breathing etc, it really was not painful at all. Fantastic experience: I had serious anxiety about a broken tooth that needed to be extracted with dental surgery. After my initial consultation and visit to the surgery I felt so much at ease. Every one including the staff on reception are very caring and helpful. I felt so pleased I had chosen to have the surgery there. Fantastic experience: Highly rated. The dentist, Dr Patel, took such good care of my 85 year old dad who was referred for lots of awkward extractions. He and his staff made sure my dad was comfortable, not rushing his treatment or making him feel he was in anyway a problem. We are so grateful for his understanding and kindness.

Fantastic experience: Great service. I was really scared but they made me feel at ease and conversed with me every step through the process. They wouldn’t let me go until I was well enough to go. The nurse in the room helping even called me the following morning to check that I was well after the procedure which to me was just the personal touch.

Fantastic experience: Receptionist, Dentist and dental nurse all very pleasant. The procedure was explained well. Received resurance throughout the extraction. It was a bonus for me, to be able to receive the treatment on a Saturday. Also near to free parking.
