Positive experience: Outstanding Dental Care Since 2010 I’ve been a patient with this dental centre since 2010, and without a doubt, it’s one of the best in Maidstone. The level of care they provide is exceptional. The staff are incredibly friendly, supportive, and always go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. Dr. Imran has been my dentist for nearly 7 years now, and I’ve never had a single issue—he’s truly one of the best. I’ve had a few root canals done here and attend regular check-ups every six months. The quality of care is consistent and reliable. What’s more, this place has become our family’s trusted dental home. My partner, who previously had a bad experience with dental care elsewhere, has completely changed her perspective since joining. Even our 18-month-old child receives gentle, thoughtful care here. Fantastic experience: I've had two dental hygiene appointments with Fatima and I must say that this has been the best service I've received at any dentist of hygienist (and I've been to several over the years). Booking the appointment over the phone was easy. They send out several reminders which is great. The reception is comfortable and the staff are very friendly. But the work done by Fatima was great. She clearly explained what was wrong, what she was going to do and then afterwards spent time explaining how to prevent further issues. Something no other hygienist has done for me before. All in all, I'd highly recommend and I'll be getting the rest of my family to go here too.

Fantastic experience: Sunday 04/05/2025 ( Bank holiday) having an extremely bad toothache my wife managed to get me an appointment at this practice which resulted in a wisdom tooth extraction.The dentist that performed the extraction was fantastic putting me at ease and explaining what was happening as he continued with the treatment, with what I experienced I would definitely recommend this dental practice.

Positive experience: I am NHS patient but because the que was massive, I had to pay the normal price which was £400 for 2 white fillings. The process was smooth and good quality service, although with inflation rate going higher, I must admit it was tough, I couldn’t even earn this in 1 day yet in 2 hrs I manage to pay this, it had to be done but I wish there could be discount applied as I am an NHS patient but however there isn’t. I score it 4.5 for the service and 2.5 for the price.

Fantastic experience: I have always had a fear of going to the dentists and Manisha and Sultan have eased that dread. They made me feel so much at ease that I am not so nervous thinking about my follow up appointment.

Negative experience: Never again. I was in pain, I find them online, book emergency appointment at 13.16 on Saturday just before ester Sunday. Got confirmation that they will be able to see me at 14.30 on that day, and I have paid £120 to deposit. Drive all way there just to be told that dentist have left. They say to me that they cannot process refund because is not in their power. They offered to me appointment on Easter Sunday. As I was in pain I decided to take it. At least money not gonna get lost. Have my tooth removed on Sunday, and the charge me extra £250 for it. Ask them on Monday why all cost come to £370 if I have already pay deposit? They couldn't givie me the answer, but they say they will send me email with all price breakdown. Never got one. Is Thursday today, I'm still in pain, phone them back and they told me that probably I have infection and they will provide prescription for antibiotics. I have ask them can they just send it to my pharmacy so I can pick up at my end? They say "no". So now I have to drive all way back to Maidstone (1h drive) just to collect prescription. Why the hell they accepted my appointment on Saturday? I don't know. Make me drive there backwards and forwards? I don't know. Is first and last time when I was using this practice. And I was not the only one who left that practice in tears because they decided to take your money and not do anything. Desgirefull. Avoid.

Fantastic experience: I was a little nervous because I had two teeth to be extracted, I didn't know how it would be. Thanks to the professional service by the dentist, the fear quickly and painlessly passed. I recommend this clinic to everyone.

Fantastic experience: Maidstone Dental is one of the best dentists I have ever been to. They really care about the patients and do what they can to help. After suffering from long covid, it really started to affect my gums and teeth. Both my dentist Inam and hygienst Hamzah, have both been amazing and understood how covid has effected me. They have been kind, thoughtful as well as very professional. My boys both enjoy going to see Inam, which is a bonus. He is really good with them. The receptionists are lovely too and very helpful.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited here when I was referred from my dentist to potentially have a root canal done. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Very thorough in explaining about what a root canal is and why you may need to have one done . I was unable to have the root canal done in the end and needed to have an extraction instead at my dentist but I appreciated the dentist I saw there being open and honest that after looking at the tooth that there was no point in going ahead with the root canal and that actually an extraction was my best option!

Negative experience: I have have been there for multiple extraction. They did not clean my root properly and let me în pain and after big infection. I called to let them know and not appointment available. Very bad assian staff doctors and nurse . Avoid this place .

Negative experience: Worst dentist ever! Try Aycliffe paddock wood dentist. These are over priced and not good dental work. 250 quid for a terrible extraction. Left half the tooth in place.

The dentist took his time, asked questions to clarify why I was there, it was an emergency appointment after an extraction by another dentist. I thought the fee was reasonable, as was, the antibiotics I was given. Would use this dental practice again in a heart beat.

Fantastic experience: Great staff, great service! Speaking as someone that last visited the dentist over 15 years ago. I have to say any anxiety or concerns i had quickly melted away in the capable hands of the dentist. The staff are friendly and knowledgable and they take the time to ensure you're comfortable with what's required through detailed and clear explanations. So much so that I immediately booked a check up for 6 months time knowing that all will be ok. Now THAT is a first for me!

Negative experience: Unresponsive and unprofessional. I called to enquire about the 6 Month Smiles braces system. The receptionist had no idea if they offered it (even though it is advertised on their website) but promised to check with the dentist and call back—this never happened. I followed up via email, which was also ignored. Glad I dodged a bullet here.

Fantastic experience: This sounds oxymoronic but what a fantastic surgery!! I called Sunday morning due to a broken tooth and raging toothache. They fitted me in and extracted the tooth in the same appointment. The dentist (Dr Khan) was sensational and the dentist (Dr Awais Ali) who took care of my follow up was equally fantastic. Dr Ali was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and competent which helped put me at ease and reassured me the pain would subside! A huge shout out to the lovely receptionist who gave my baby boy a goody bag too! Thank you for a great service

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this dentist , they basically saved my life, it was a desperate situation and rang them up cause they was the first ones that come up . They all including the lovely lady on the phone was so helpful and wonderful . I am extremely nervous of the dentist had not been to a dentist in 40 years. I looked after my teeth by my self with oil pulling and plaque removal but my tooth broke and it was a desperate situation to be in , so not the billet and went . Wow they were amazing I love them all , and I won’t be leaving unless I get thrown out thank you dr Odin that’s not his name but it is to me he was so calming and reminded me of Odin my god xxxx

Fantastic experience: I had some damage to the bottom of my top front teeth that two previous dentists have been unable to fill (the fillings fell out within hours). I have had a very different experience with this dentist, and people have been commenting how they can't tell there are fillings. My bite was carefully considered and worked around so they feel very much part of my mouth instantly. And the best thing...the fillings are still there...Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Needed an emergency appointment to get a tooth looked at and removed, staff were really friendly and helpful. I usually hate the dentists but would love to be a patient here. Only note is it is pricey but given the service worth the cost.

Fantastic experience: I had to recently visit maidstone implant centre , as an emergency when i lost my tooth the service was impeccable and my cap has stayed in since july , sadly they could not save my tooth, but suggested an implant which will be started at the end of month sadly ,also another tooth has cracked next to my tooth that needs a second implant, in which i have had to have a cap fitted, so the cost is my only discrepancy , the staff, the dentist and my implant dentist are the most kindest , empathatic people , the care and support is second to none, me and my husband both belong to this dentist, i also have a bad phobia of dentists in general but they are very reassuring …. All in all … highly recommend …

Fantastic experience: I’m certainly not fond of dentists - 2 visits in the last 40 plus years but a broken front tooth was the catalyst. My wife had been to MDIC and highly recommended it. So, I took the plunge. Wholly recommended - calm, patient, caring and did a good job. I’ve even gone back since to see the hygienist.

Fantastic experience: I had a check up today, I saw two different doctors, X-rays done, all for a decent price. The doctors were brilliant, took their time to patiently answer all my questions and make me feel more relaxed. The receptionists were very polite and nice too, the place is clean and welcoming. Fantastic experience: I was suffering with neuralgia brought on by a single tooth and made an emergency appointment with Maidstone dental and implant centre. The young dentist explained all my options and proceeded to remove the tooth so quickly and professionally, resulting in an immediate cessation of the neuralgia, much to my relief.

Negative experience: Avoid this practice. Prices on their website are very wrong and made me wait an hour before I had to ask twice to be seen. Went to an Invisalign Open Day; was expecting to pay around £2400 for both arches plus a 10% discount that day for Invisalign Lite which they said on the phone and their website that they have. Lowest price was actually £4000, for a cheaper/worse product that I wouldn’t advise going for (Invisalign Go). Invisalign was £5000 for both arches and not £3000 like they have advertised on their website. He said he’d never sell it for less and never has. I mentioned the prices on the website to the manager who hysterically laughed at me and he just said “welcome to marketing”. He was rude and unapologetic You can get much better prices elsewhere. Absolutely useless and waste of an afternoon and my time.

Fantastic experience: A piece of tooth broke off so on my 6 month appointment it was assessed and a new crown was ordered.I was given an appointment for two weeks later. I was not in pain so all was OK, The crown was fitted very quickly and so far so good. .

Fantastic experience: I chose to come to this dental centre as my current one has kept changing the dentists too frequently.For a Crown you want a top service and I found the right place, both friendly and professional, and certainly have better facilities than my own dentist. Would not hesitate this dental practise and it's not that local to me, so shows how good it is.

I had a broken tooth which happened on Saturday evening, and they kindly saw me on Sunday morning. The dentist put a temporary cap on my tooth . I was very happy with the treatment.
