Positive experience: I attended the dentists today to have a tooth extracted. The procedure went ahead smoothly and was amazingly pain free. I also appreciated having the after care information presented clearly in written format to take away. It's often not easy to remember information given verbally at the end of the appointment.

Fantastic experience: Today I had some treatment from the lovely Dr Athanasios Samaras and his brilliant dental nurse, whenever I come I always feel very welcomed and at ease by not only by the lovely receptionists but the whole team. I had a filling on a front tooth which I was worried about getting but my dentist put me at ease and made my teeth not only look amazing but also provided quick painless procedure. The dental nurse was also super attentive and friendly, a big thank you to this dental team, I will be coming back!

Fantastic experience: Brilliant dentist practice. My son had a huge ulcer on his tongue. We had been visiting pharmacy, nurse, GP everyone refuses to help,. Simply put they didn’t know what to do. Then we came to Together Dental! First of all the reception ladies found us a very early emergency appointment which suited us perfect. So thanks a lot to them, Brilliant! The dentist Anthanasios Samaras was fantastic, a real credit to your team. He made us all feel very comfortable in his diagnosis, and helped our son feel at ease whilst going through the procedures. Would also like to thank his assistant Maddie who was very helpful. Everything went through so painless. Well done and thank you to everyone. My Son now feels great and getting back to his normal self.

Fantastic experience: I was greeted by friendly, helpful reception staff who maintained their demeanour, even though I became a little bit grumpy over an issue that turned out to be practically irrelevant. I filled out the consent forms and waited for about 10 to 15 minutes before being invited into the treatment room by the pleasant dental nurse. I was greeted into the room by the dentist. He introduced himself and proceeded to explain exactly what my ailment was and how he was going to treat it. He was friendly and polite but I'm afraid that he spoke far too quickly for me to understand all he was saying. However, during the surgery he did describe what he was about to do and whether there would be any pain involved. Once again, I didn't comprehend all of it because of the speed and accent of his speech. It didn't matter too much because the procedures are what they are. He did tell me when there was a painful moment approaching and he did make sure that I was prepared, which I very much appreciated. Oh boy ! Even with preparation I wasn't expecting the shock of the injections. The first, into the gum, had me yelling in shock and making an involuntary grab at the dentist's arm. The intense pain lasted about five seconds but quickly diminished. I had better anticipation for the second injection and even though it was more painful than the first it only last for a couple of seconds and was over very quickly. These jabs were far more unpleasant than any I'd had previously. I sat in the waiting room for ten minutes while the anaesthetic took effect. Then I was summoned back into the treatment room and took my place in the chair. After some tests to check that everything was numb, surgery commenced. There's no need to elaborate here. All I shall say is that treatment was successful. Once again the dentist explained everything that was happening and showed me the pieces of broken root as they came out. He was ably assisted by the nurse who apart from efficiently helping him during the operation, also offered me encouragement and support. Anyway, surgery was over and apart from some post operative instruction, booking a follow up appointment and being issued a prescription. I was on my way home. Well, this review has taken on a mind of its own and is much longer than I first intended so I shall shut up. I will just quickly summarise. Excellent professional and support staff. Well organised and clean premises. I highly recommend this practice.

I was seen on the same day I booked in for an emergency, the dentist was brilliant, the nurse was supportive and professional. Positive experience: Lisa and ladies on reception were very nice and sensitive to my situation. Booking the appointment was handled swiftly and with curtesy. Kat the dentist worked on me in a caring manner being aware of my comfort, making the whole experience the best it could be. I am not worried about return a visits.

Negative experience: Enquired about cosmetic dentistry due to the convenient location. Told over the phone before paying £69 for the consultation that payment can be spread over 12 months interest free. After paying for that I was falsely told that I required three fillings in my wisdom teeth (I've never missed a check up or had a filling and was in no pain whatsoever) so I sought confirmation with my NHS dentist who said it was just staining of the fissures. At my next appt I was then told that the finance company charges 20% so I would have to pay 20%. Very disingenuous! I was also told if I had any questions or concerns to just email or phone. These were largely ignored or rebuffed without apology. Luckily I can afford to pay upfront now but I will be returning to Plummers who I know and trust. Just felt it my duty to warn others.

Fantastic experience: I had to get a tooth extracted today and I can’t thank Nassos & Maddie enough, I didn’t even realise he’d taken it out, I thought he was joking. Thats how little I felt it. Never enjoyed going to the dentist so much in my life, would definitely recommend them to anyone in need as the service they provide is one of a kind.

Fantastic experience: I'm not sure if I can adequately describe the positive experience I've had at Together Dental. Athanasios Samaras is nothing short of incredible, I cannot overstate this fact. I hadn't been to the dentist in a couple of years, and if you're told after a check-up you need 6 or so fillings, the thought might be a bit of a tough one to take in, and I think a lot of people are worried about fillings, thinking there will be pain/discomfort. When Athanasios is your dentist, those worries are out of the window. Athanasis arranged it so that I could have my treatment over three session, and each session was painless and unnoticable. He asked if i wanted an injection to numb the mouth, I said yes - and the 'injection' happened without me even being aware. During my last treatment, Athanasios had completed two fillings, yet I didn't even know that he'd done the second one (I really thought he'd just done one). Athanasios obviously has immense talent, and his calming and professional demeanor make him the full package. It's clear that this great man takes pride in his work, and really enjoys getting people's teeth sorted. I also had some amazing work carried out by (dental hygienist) Aubrey , who did an incredible job on a scale and polish - again, completely painless, and amazing results. Aubrey and her assistant have great skills in putting people at ease - being professional, confident, yet also relaxed, while delivering top-class professional work. They cracked some damn funny jokes, too - which topped the whole thing off and removed any intensity/worry. All the staff on the desk are fantastic too; they are always on the ball, never trying to just get to the next customer, at your expense, or like a production line - and so spot on with active listening. Lovely people. To sum up, I wouldn't feel comfortable going anywhere else for treatment, I am so grateful to everyone at Together Dental. Also, the credit options make payment so flexible. I've written a mini-essay, but it was necessary to give my first-hand experience. Thank you to everyone on the team! I look forward to seeing you again for my check-up.

Fantastic experience: Cannot fault the efficiency and service at this place. My dentist Nanos works with accuracy and speed, and all the while manages to calm your nerves and talk you through any worries you have. For someone who is terrified of anything dental, I didn't really stop laughing the whole time thanks to him. I am no longer living in constant discomfort either so I'm eternally grateful! Fantastic experience: Honestly what a fantastic dental surgery this is. I called up and the same day got an emergency appointment without any hassle at all! I was booked in with my dentist Nasos and if I’m honest is the first dentist I’ve come across that I could actually trust! Nasos (Athanasios) and Maddie we’re perfect in professionalism, humility, communication and conduct. I couldn’t honestly recommend a better dental practice. I had treatment done which other dentists in the past have completely avoided performing, yet Nasos completed it with complete professionalism without hesitation.

Negative experience: Awful, Awful, Awful. One of their dentists left me with a broken tooth, and a partially rooted tooth which got infected, then when I couldn’t get in to see them during the pandemic they took me and my sons of their books stating they were now PRIVATE and NOT TAKING NHS Patients, yet they are taking NHS patients but only if they choose to pick you. They also told me if I paid £90 they could fit me in! We live in one of the most poverty stricken towns where lots of people rely on the NHS services they have paid towards for years, but then get it thrown back in our faces in favour of other nationalities who have paid NOTHING into the system! Avoid, Avoid, Avoid, these extortionate robbing dentists. #DentalRobinHoodInReverse

Wow he and Maddie are amazing, talked me through the entire process and my teeth are the best they have ever been. Fantastic experience: I came here, very nervous, having not seen a dentist in many years due to the fear from childhood. I explained this to the receptionist and she put me with Katarzyna Mroz. I was absolutely blown away by her kindness, patience and understanding, she really put me at ease and helped me understand my teeth better, and never once shamed me for not coming in sooner! Fantastic experience: Good Morning Together Dental Great Yarmouth. Ash Watson here, I had my top wisdom tooth out last Tuesday morning. It was kindly agreed that I would able to make the payment in full for this on Thursday 15th June. My monthly pay day. However when I got home from work last Friday, my Nan from Somerset had kindly sent me a letter with a cheque to help me out with dentist bill. I put that in the bank Friday afternoon and this morning it’s now in my bank account. I have now paid the remaining balance off, on my account. I just like to say a massive THANK YOU to you all for bending the rules slightly for me and not only fitting me in last Tuesday on a cancellation, but also being patient for payment and putting your trust in me to pay a week later when I should have paid in full before the appointment. That’s customer service at its highest and I’m very grateful for all the help, support and advice. From Ruth helping me set up with dental finance on previous bill, to lovely ladies on reception (Bottle water) and of course the main man himself…. Fantastic experience: Excellent service and a very friendly staff. Have been dreading this day for many years, but now it's come and over couldn't see what all the fuss was about. The one most important thing for me was being told what was likely to happen through the procedure and how the jaw could react when the teeth are pulled. No pain, no worry and almost nil discomfort after the anaesthetic wore off. Happy bunny.

Positive experience: I am happy with my dentist and his service but talking about getting appoitments quicker its a bit shocking because its gonna take me personally to have root canal treatment done for 1 tooth like around in 6 months so I have to get ready to live with pain for such long time

Negative experience: I had been with this dental surgery for nearly 20years. I always used to say how lucky I was, how great they were. I know in recent times things have been beyond difficult in dentistry and this company have changed hands and are now together dental. I had a root canal started here, I was grateful to get it done I was in so much pain but they put off the last part of the repair over the course of a couple of years they just kept saying 'we'll give it a bit longer and see if we can save the tooth'. Well my dentist left the practice and I wasn't informed.. I just wasn't called back in on the schedule they had said. So I called just assuming they were snowed under. No they said, your dentist left, you are no longer on our books. I explained that I can understand that in these times they can't keep everyone if a dentist leaves but surely they should complete half finished work. No they said.. your work is complete. But it isn't otherwise why do I still have a temporary filling .. why was the last thing I was told, was to come back in another 3months. I tried complaining to the manager but they just either ignore you or tell you there is nothing that can be done. So here I am still in discomfort, at times in alot of pain and needing antibiotics and they won't help. And I can't join a dental plan because the work is half done and isn't covered. They said they can see me privately but if I have to pay private, which I can't really afford ... Then I think I would rather give my money to anyone else. I know desperate times call for desperate measures but I would think quite carefully before giving together dental your hard earned cash.

Fantastic experience: I truly recommend this surgery for anyone who’s looking for a nice and friendly environment same with high professionalism of all staff. I’ve been there with my 2 boys and my Miss for years and we never had any problems. Dr. Samaras is the one who’s looking after us all the time. He’s so skilled and professional dentist. He knows how to make relax kids if they are scarred of dentist. Massive satisfaction from Dr Samaras. The receptionist are also friendly and highly helpful. Nice and clean surgery and sophisticate system for appointments and etc.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend this dental practice enough. All staff are so friendly and welcoming and above all if you have ever had the pleasure of having an appointment with Nasos (dentist) you will know what an absolute angel he is. Fantastic experience: Whenever I've a dentist appointment, I feel too anxious. In the past, I had a bad experience that made me fear needles in general. Dr Nasos left me speechless at today's appointment, I couldn't believe he had infected me local anaesthetic without feeling anything. I wanna thank Dr Nasos and Sandra. Fantastic experience: Had a check up today with Dr Samaras and dental nurse Sandra, as always they were both lovely and friendly and they put me at ease as soon as I walked through the door, i have been a patient here for about 4 years or so now and it is a great practice and i wouldn't want to go anywhere else. :)

Fantastic experience: I had unfortunately broken off my two front teeth, leaving just short jagged stumps which were extremely painful, during a particularly bad fall down the stairs and I realised these would be very problematic to remove as there literally was so little left to grip onto. Also, I am quite possibly the worst patient for any dentist, nervous in the extreme, and having recently moved to the east coast I needed to register with a new dentist and therefore carried out a considerable amount of research to try to find the best. Having read umpteen reviews I booked a consultation with Marios Antoniou at the Together Dental Clinic in Great Yarmouth who explained in detail what needed to be done and an appointment was made for me to return to have four extractions initially – the two broken front teeth, a large back tooth and also a wisdom tooth. By the time the actual day arrived I was a nervous wreck and absolutely dreading it, but Mr Antoniou and his nurse Sandra could not have been kinder or more understanding. I was reassured by both throughout the process and all the extractions were completely pain free! Even the injections, which I absolutely dread, were virtually pain free thanks to my mouth being numbed beforehand with a gel. This was by no means a straightforward procedure but Mr Antoniou excelled in every possible way, and Sandra went above and beyond to do all she could to reassure me and I would honestly highly recommend you consider them for any dental work. I would also add that the reception staff are friendly and approachable, and could not have been more helpful, and the place itself is well appointed and immaculately clean. First class all round!

Fantastic experience: I have had a fantastic experience from this dental practice. I needed fillings worked on after being in a lot of pain for a while and when I had my appointments, I was amazed by the care and support during my treatment. I would love to especially thank my dentist, Mr Samaras for his exceptional work and support. I can't recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: I visited together Dental today and was pleased to find the staff welcoming and friendly and helpful. The dental practice looks to have had an extensive refurbishment both upstairs and ground level. The procedure I went through was very quick and I was very pleased with the outcome the dentist I found to be very careful about explaining throughout the process. I was informed the correct way to care for my teeth. Many thanks to Nasos (dentist) Lillie&Sandra (Dental assistants) Being disabled they were very kind, patient and helpful very concerned with my safety.

Negative experience: I missed 1 appt and have been told I am no longer a patient. I NEVER MISSED AN APPT but cannot prove it. From my previous appts at this practice, I have found the Reception staff abrupt, rude, over assertive and completely insensitive to my situation in terms of the constant knawing pain I was experiencing. I felt intimidated before I even got to see a Dentist back in the old days...!!!! I think they need to introduce further training in terms of customer relations and maybe then, the service will at least appear to be Professional and not cold, stoney and downright rude.

Fantastic experience: Had to find an emergency dentist for my son. 111 gave me the number for this practice. I had to wait for a call back to see if we could be squeezed in. They rang with an appointment for my son and were amazing. So polite and helpful. The actual dentist was so good with my son. Definitely recommended. Thank you

Fantastic experience: Amazing practise, amazing staff who care about their patients. My partner (Charlie) was suffering with a cracked tooth and infection after infection over the last twelve months. It's been incredibly difficult to get an appointment anywhere until you guys had a cancellation today just before I called. Thank you. She is sore but relatively pain free and together dental have even identified some other issues and sent referrals to the relevant people. Thank you all so much, we can finally enjoy the end of the summer and it's lovely to see my beautiful fiancé smiling pain free again

Fantastic experience: Amazing people who want to help. I was on holiday and had a nasty abscess and I had the kindest people. Kat so lovely and her Greek colleague gorgeous eye candy which helped my pain go away for a few seconds. The blond lady in reception so compassionate. Thankyou all from the bottom of my heart

Fantastic experience: Sadly our lovely dentist left this practice so I was worried my son may not be able to get an appointment when he developed a very painful abscess. But they kindly managed to squeeze him in as an emergency with Nasos. My son has autism, so not an easy patient to treat, but Nasos made him feel so comfortable and even managed to get him laughing during the appointments! I honestly can't recommend Nasos and the dental nurse Sandra enough, they were so good with my son, especially when he required an extraction. He even offered to call us the next day to make sure my son was OK, but there was no need as he was absolutely fine and told me it didn't hurt at all! Thankyou so much, we are both very grateful.

Fantastic experience: Had a new dentist today called Kat after our last dentist left the practice , I was really nervous but she was so nice and gentle I won’t be worried when I have to go back next time Thank you Kat for making it so such a good experience

Negative experience: Dentist left 8 months ago. No replacements. No apps available. Emergency needed for 4 days now and nothing!! No one willing to help!! Very disappointing and careless service even when waiting more than 15m (call cue 5!!!) to speak to someone. Total disreguard for the patient experience

Fantastic experience: A tooth extraction is never going to be a joyful experience. However, Syed and Sarah were both friendly and very helpful with explaining the process with what to expect. Overall a great patient experience for an experience that’s never going to be great.

Fantastic experience: Me my husband and daughter has been going to this dentist for over 20 years and the staff have always gone above and beyond all the time. Always helpful and will try to sort out all your needs, that is from the staff at the front though to the dentist and staff. So yes I highly recommend them Kathy

Negative experience: I went to this dentist and the treatment provided was good and I was advised to see a consultant to obtain a treatment plan under the NHS. However, after having the consultation, I was told I would need to pay £31,000 for the treatment to be carried out!!! After explaining that I did not have this kind of money, I have not been able to get an appointment since… amazing!!!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing Dentist!! Always put me at ease as a nervous patient... Spent many years petrified due to an incident at as a child at a previous Dentist.. always avoided appointments due to being so anxious now i just wished I had the pleasure of meeting my Dentist as a child as I know I wouldn't have have the issues I had growing up about the Dentist. All staff are amazing and friendly. 5 Stars all the way.

Fantastic experience: one of the only dentists in yarmouth apparently seeing non registered emergency patients - and thank god they are! i was seen for an emergency appointment after being in pain for 4 days, turned out was a wisdom tooth. reception staff very friendly when both making the appointment and booking me in on arrival. the 2 dentists i saw your both amazing, very friendly and helpful. if i could register here i would in a heart beat

Giving me as much time as I needed and pausing during the procedure if I required it. An excellent service as usual. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I’m a nervous patient and went here as an emergency whilst on holiday. The receptionist was extremely helpful and kind and the dentist and assistant were both very friendly and put me at complete ease. I would recommend 100%.

Fantastic experience: Another successful visit as have all been in 12 years. A splended expereince!. Reception team were very thorough and identified needs. A tricky job when dentists have limited appointments. Well treated by dentist and DSA. Very professional approach, great treatment recognising my nervy nature. Even had an extraction without feeling anything or worrying. Great team, including reception team. Seen several dentists over the years and well pleased...I hope an hygienist will be appointed as I made great progress and also await new dentist. Just been reminded that much of NHS is not free but even is great value. I hope the dentists will catch on backlog from Cofid.

Fantastic experience: Had to have my wisdom tooth removed. The dentist, Nasos, was brilliant. He explained everything thoroughly and let me look at pictures of what he was doing. The dental nurse Sandra was fantastic as well. She was very calm and helpful.too. overall, an experience that could have been stressful was surprisingly easy.

Fantastic experience: The Dentist and Dental Nurse were both friendly and professional. Making a visit to the dentist as pleasurable as a visit to the dentist can be. The receptionists were also doing a great job especially under difficult circumstances.
