Fantastic experience: My experience at Church View Dental practice. Far exceeds any service i have ever received in similar practices. If i could give 20 stars i would.

Fantastic experience: I needed an emergency appointment . I rang and Dawn, spoke with Mr. HEUM and arrangements were made for me to attend that morning. The treatment I received was both caring and professional. But this is the norm for Mr. HEUM and all at this practice. Perhaps this is why so many, like myself have been with the practice for over 30 years. Thank you all at Church View

Fantastic experience: I can not praise ALL the staff from receptionists, dental nurses and dentists enough they all go above and beyond for their patients. When I was young I had a really bad experience with a dentist and didn't go again until I was 16 , then my dentist retired and transferred me to church view the best move ever, Mrs Heum is my dentist and she is amazing she didn't touch my teeth for the 1st few appointments and I've being seeing her for well over 20yrs now. But today I was in so much pain I had to see another dentist as Mrs Heum was full , and the dentist I saw was absolutely amazing explained everything she was going to do and the dental nurse was amazing too. I would HIGHLY recommend Chuch View Dental Care.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit as a new patient. I would normally rather eat my left arm than go to the dentist anyway, so the fact I managed to get through my assessment without running for the hills is a good sign. The dentist was very good all things considered. Private fees are pretty hefty compared to NHS, but they aren't untypical here compared to elsewhere. They have a monthly Care plan which gives some help towards the cost. Can't knock it really, given its a dentists.

Fantastic experience: I was really nervous before my first ever visit. The reception staff were really nice polite and very friendly. l had a consultation with Mr O' Reilly who put me at ease within minutes. He was friendly and chatty which helped my nerves. He also informed me about my treatment plan explaining what to expect on the following visits. He also had a lovely clinic assistant who was also very nice. l am more than happy how my appointment went and would highly recommend the practice to anybody. My visit today ( 12/4) was with the Hygienist, I was put at ease immediately. I was still very nervous throughout and was reassured through the procedure. Again I would recommend the practice to anybody searching for future treatment. My visit today was with Joseph and his clinic assistant Sarah both were very friendly and reassuring and I was greeted with a smile. I am very pleased with the treatment I have received from booking my first appointment to the treatment plan which Joseph made for me. Every care and consideration has been made on every visit. I would highly recommend Church View Dental Care to anybody needing dental work. All my appointments have been made to suit my schedule. My visit was as friendly and relaxed as previous ones. Nice waiting room friendly reception staff. Joseph explained everything about the next few visits and what to expect...Sarah was very efficient and also friendly. l don't have any qualms about recommending Church View Dental Care whatsoever. My visit today was to see a new member of the Hygienist team called Catherine Ackroyd. She was very professional and calming and talked about what she was doing at each stage and also came up with a plan for future visits. l will definately be going back to see her and will recommend her to other patients. Routine check up today, all staff were polite and helpful. Again I would highly recommend Church View Dental Care to others. Again no problems..Polite friendly reception. Dental practitioner worked out an easier plan to suit my circumstances. My appointment was on time and l came away knowing when my next visit was booked. Todays visit was as pleasant as the previous..so no problems at all. After another visit again. I was more thappy with everything.

Fantastic experience: Well like many visiting the dentist is for me a traumatic ordeal- I can honestly say my experience was without doubt anything but traumatic- yes they actually care and take time to explain everything clearly. An outstanding practice!

Marcus and his Dental Nurse carry out my treatment in a professional and friendly manner, nobody likes a visit to the Dentist but I try to make it as fun as possible.

Fantastic experience: I’m not a fan of going to the dentist but at Church View it’s made so much easier, all staff are really welcoming and professional, I rarely have to wait more than 5 mins and they combine doing a good job on my teeth with imparting knowledge and educating me on how to look after my teeth better. The staff are incredible and when I get my dental treatment they put me at ease and make sure I am ok. When I start to panic they stop let me have a break then when I am calm they carry on. A fantastic Dentist. Will always be my dentist. The person I see Is Katie Seed.

Fantastic experience: I was very nervous after previous experience with another practice. I was dealt with quickly. On meeting Joe O'Reilly he put me at at ease straight away. To be honest I have never been treated that well everything was explained step by step. I was shown what would be best for me and I decided on a very good choice and now I have about 5 more visits and I'm looking forward to them all. Being told previous Dentist had not fitted my previous dentures weren't fitted well. I'm looking forward to my new ones and hopefully I will smile and be able to eat food for the first time in years. I would recommend Joe and the Pratice without hesitation.

Fantastic experience: don't keep you waiting too long make you feel very relaxed and explain everything clearly...

Negative experience: Today didn't have the usual hygienist, and I'm sorry to say I merely walked out of the room, she may have been nervous but certainly didn't have a clue, her hand kept slipping, she didn't clean my teeth as previously done and used a polisher which smelt like it was burning. My teeth felt no different to when I walked in to top it all her assistant tried to choke me with the drainage tube and I had to restrain her. Sorry for this I came out so disappointed and hate having to give a review so bad. I've booked another appointment with my usual hygienist and dentist -.

Fantastic experience: I was so happy to have a Dentist I now is quite a journey to get to my appointments from farsley my home town to Crossgates town centre. I would not change coming here . The staff are more like my family with being coming here that long over ten years ago staff are so pleasant they are my family. Antony I so happy man . See you all again in six months.

Fantastic experience: Saw Rachel and Katie. Rachel, hygienist was very patient and listen to request to clean teeth manually. No cold water pressure. Rachel was very good, had a change of medication which could cause issues with teeth. Surgery was clean and free from debris. All staff wore masks.

Fantastic experience: Church View dental care has some of the most patient and reassuring dental practitioners I've ever come across. I've got intense dental anxiety as a result of being Autistic and having bad experiences in the past, and whenever I've had an appointment they've been incredibly understanding of this, letting me take things at my own pace and answering all my questions. Harriet was fantastic during my first check-up and really patient when I was struggling and needed to take breaks. Carrie was absolutely amazing during my first scale and polish in a long time. She was incredibly reassuring and let me take as many breaks as I needed during the cleaning. I had quite a bit of build-up around my teeth which was causing me anxiety, so she explained which sections she was doing at each point so I knew what to expect. I've come away from my appointment with amazingly clean teeth, feeling positive about my teeth for the first time in a long time, and having some of that anxiety around the dentists removed.

Fantastic experience: Overall this practice is fantastic! From the moment you enter the dentist, the receptionists are polite and helpful. My hygenist, Rachel, is super friendly and knowledgable. My dentist Marina, is absolutely amazing. Very knowlegable on all things dental.
