Negative experience: absolutely disgusted with the way experience my elderly mother has just received. When she called up and was told over the phone they accepted pension credit - NHS patients but once she got a taxi down there the receptionist told her this is not the case in front of everyone loudly and he embarrassed her and humiliated her. I have just had to leave work to go and pick her up as she was struggling to get out the door and HE did not help her. She is in tears, this is completely unacceptable and outrageous. Typical dental receptionist, not being helpful. Should be ashamed

I was worried that they would say I needed loads of fillings, but that wasn't the case. Pricing was fair. I feel I can trust this practice to do what's right for me, and not for profits.

Fantastic experience: Since I was a small child I have been very nervous about going to the dentist but I was very impressed with my whole visit to the dentist surgery this week. I had never met Alex the dentist before and thought that he was very good and very thorough. All the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Positive experience: My experience there was good, everything went ok when I was in there but when I left the dental they told me that the numbness would wear off after 2-4 hours of leaving the dental, my gums and teeth were still numb after 1 day of me having it done and my concerns were up quite high because my gums and teeth shouldn’t of been still numb after 1 day the numbness takes ages to go away they also found an infection but they didn’t give me any antibiotics for it they just told me to go on my way

Fantastic experience: I needed 3 teeth removed, a wisdom and 2 next to it, my dentist referred me to the hospital who then sent me here, and I’m so glad they did, the teeth were very difficult to remove but the dentist did a fantastic job making sure I was as comfortable as possible. Obviously no one likes going to the dentist, but this one would certainly be my first choice, highly recommended

Fantastic experience: I came to Quality Dental in Worthing today to have a tooth extraction (wisdom and tooth next to it) and I was made to feel very comfortable and relaxed me as I knew it would be abit more than a tooth extraction. Positive experience: Had my annual check up yesterday which felt extremely rushed and I was in and out in around 5 mins. Unfortunately my daughter had exactly the same experience with same dentist last month. First time of having this experience in many years of going to Quality dental. Will try and see a different dentist next time.

Fantastic experience: I managed to turn up late and miss my allotted appointment. I was told no availability to reschedule for a couple of weeks, but when I explained I was away for the next month, the dentist and his assistant skipped their lunch break so they could attend to a replacement filling I needed. They couldn't have been nicer and more caring. Plus, the filling feels great. Service that is above and beyond!

Positive experience: Had my appointment with a new dentist this week, Laura - she was good and thorough. My appointment was supposed to be with another dentist but it was changed the day of my appointment, also to a different time, this was only communicated via email, luckily I checked my email before and saw the time change. The receptionist seemed uninterested on arrival and leaving, and didn't listen to what I said when I tried to book in for my next appointment. Then because she didn't listen it seems like I had massively inconvenienced her, by again repeating and requesting what I had initially said in the first place.

Positive experience: The dentist and nurse who treated were extremely good and I can only recommend them. My experience at reception was not as good. I am disabled and need a wheelchair. The receptionist couldn’t see me so talked to my daughter ignoring me. I would have preferred her to have stood up to talk to me. I could have spoken for myself. This why I award 4 stars and not 5.

Fantastic experience: Dr isad he's the best & really makes me feel safe and comfortable as I've got health issues and he's a really cool guy down to earth and his lovely nurse to. He's just goes above and beyond he's a really good dentist professional and humble human being. Highly appreciated him and the lovely receptionist (sorry forgot her name blonde pretty young lady) she assigned me to him after my first time back did not go well with a lady upstairs. Fantastic experience: Very happy with Quality Dental- routine exam appointment booked quickly and my dentist Emmanouil Koloutsos is very good. The only thing that can improve is the goggles that you have to put on during examination- a little wipe down wouldn’t go amiss.

Fantastic experience: Having a deep fear of dentists I was dreading having to leave my dentist of 45 years to one more conveniently situated in West Sussex. My worries on that score were unfounded. I found Doctor Rahman not only understating, but gentle and kind. He gave me time and put me at ease. His humour kept me laughing through what could have been a very stressful time and dispersed all my fears. The surgery itself and the waiting areas were clean and modern. Negative experience: I booked an appointment through the website, and while the payment was processed, I didn’t receive an email confirmation, and an error message appeared on the screen. I called the following morning to confirm, only to be told that the website was displaying unavailable appointments, and they wouldn’t be able to accommodate me that day. This is highly unprofessional, and now I’m left waiting for my refund.

Positive experience: Arrived for an appointment, clearly had been an error / mix up as a client had been sent up to see my hygienist, so was changed over to theirs. It didn’t overall bother me, but if I had been seeing the same hygienist then it might have caused an issue
