Fantastic experience: I've been attending Duston Dental since infancy, and in more recent years, have been under the excellent care of Mr Lamb. Being an anxious patient, I'm always met with great care and understanding, and everything is always explained so I know what to expect. It makes a huge difference in a sometimes stressful situation. I'd not venture anywhere else- even now I live in Rugby! Yes, private dental care is expensive, and I do wish it was still NHS, but the service is absolutely worth it.

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been for a while due to some family issues but Rachel immediately put me at ease. We discussed some issues I’d been having which I should have acted upon sooner. There was no judgement and I was treated respectfully. As there were a few issues to sort, Rachel suggested writing a plan of action so that I would know what would need to happen and an idea of cost, without being overwhelmed. Having had a fairly traumatic dental accident in the past, I dread every trip - but am dreading the next one less thanks to the experience I had today. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: The reception staff were expecting me and was greeted by name, my procedure was the first one of two to for the fitting of a crown. It inevitably involved some serious preparations, Rachel and her assistant were kind and efficient, keeping me informed about the progress at every key stage. While the process was obviously very invasive, I was never in pain. Which is a credit to the professionalism shown by Rachel and her team.

Fantastic experience: My experience of Dustin Dental has been excellent. I've always felt very well cared for and every practitioner has always taken the time to explain the treatment and why it was was needed.

Fantastic experience: Very happy with the dental service from Shivani. Shivani puts you at ease with everything and nothing is too much trouble if you are worried about a procedure. Shivani assures you through the whole appointment and is interested in your general health and wellbeing on every visit. After every visit I feel I have received a thorough examination and have been recommended what ever treatment is required. I would throughly recommend Shivani as a dentist.

Fantastic experience: Mr Stanicliffe is a fabulously skilled dentist - who can complete a detailed examination while continuing to talk to you as a patient and keep you at your ease. His technical skills are wonderful - I have 6 fillings - all completed years ago and in no need of any change or rectification. I actually look forwards to going to see him and his team.

Fantastic experience: This is one of the most professional practices that I believe you can attend. The staff are chosen for their people skills and expertise, the treatment is described in detail upfront with any charges that will apply, and there is no pressure to have any treatment unless extremely necessary. A wonderful experience at each visit.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Duston Dental and seeing Richard privately for 8 years, had root canal treatments, crowns, fillings, tooth out, xrays, mouth guard made etc. He has always been gentle, friendly, thorough, kind, professional continuous advice and helped me with any serious health issues, i cannot fault Richard best dentist i have ever had in 30 years so much so I'm moving to Upper Arley in Bewdley and will do whatever i can to stay With Richard. The girls on reception are always lovely, Richards Dental nurse is very calm and lovely, the hygienist is brilliant so so thorough does cancer checks, its a very very clean, nice, modern calm environment, thank you to you all ☀️️☀️

Fantastic experience: Arrived half hour early for my hygienist which was scheduled for 16.00 then dental at 16.40. Although I didn’t expect it the hygienist saw me almost straight away and quickly followed by the dentist and I was all done before my original hygienist appointment. How’s that for service. On top of that the Dentist, Shivam, was pleased with my teeth so happy days.
