Fantastic experience: Really excellent dental appointment. The dentist, who was new, explained everything about my teeth and offered advice to prevent problems. The previous dentist never spoke to me apart from 'any problems' and 'see you again in 9 months'. This new dentist was so friendly and so helpful, it motivates you to improve dental hygiene.

He helped me with an issue that, in my understanding from a previous dentist I would need surgical help but he assured me this wouldn’t be the case. Fantastic experience: All good. Mr Frick. First class treatment with an urgent appt for a broken tooth and further treatment plan. Nb: tried to call and the message said first in the queue, then cut me off twice. Eventually decided to call in and make an appt. Hopefully the extra phone line will help. Ps: was also impressed, receptionist was very helpful to older patient who needed a taxi ordering.

Positive experience: Staff and service at this practice is second to none, and highly recommended - friendly, helpful and efficient. Thank you all. However my experience with your phone system is dreadful - on several occasions have waited for up to 15 minutes, constantly being told I'm second or third in line, then given up, yet when sitting in the waiting area of the surgery the phone hardly ever seems to ring. PLEASE can you address this obvious failing in your otherwise great service. Thank you

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have had excellent service here from before they moved here to the present day. And in an emergency have always fitted me in. Top marks. Have now completed all of the work required and now looking forward to a six month break . Popped in today with my Son who had an appointment at 08:50, lucky we avoided the traffic jam in Havant. I mentioned I had a broken tooth and they gave me an appointment at 09:45 the same day. . We both had another great visit today from the new team. got nine months this time.. .

Fantastic experience: I'm under Parkway for NHS Dentistry and have been for a year or so. I recently was seen by Hannah. She was so lovely and welcoming. As a nervous dentist patient, she was reassuring and discussed with me recommendations moving forward. Reception team are always bubbly and welcoming too. No complaints so far.

Positive experience: Attended an emergency appointment today the dentist was fantastic and careful not to cause pain as I’ve got an abscess , can’t fault the surgery , only fault is that the phones are never answered when you call and resorted to emails in the end and got a call back , Thats ok for me but for the dissabled and elderly people who don’t email or text this is a big problem , and that’s why I gave four stars .

Fantastic experience: I needed an urgent appointment and sent in a email. I got a phone call 15 minutes later and had an appointment later that day. Dentist was great, quickly identified the problem and received the appropriate treatment. This is a new dental practice for me, and everyone is polite and helpful. I could not wish for better than that.

Fantastic experience: I found my new dentist hanna very caring and is trying so hard to get my new dentures to fit. I get through a lot of dentures because of my bone disease and dentures wobble so I have to break my food up I cannot bite into a sandwich but have to break it apart. So I asked if I would be able to get implants or even partial implants so I can eat food better and she ask another dentist to put me forward to try and get them on nhs (fingers crossed). Hanna is going above and beyond to get a perfect fit. Highly praise her.

I was told it would have to be rebooked. It was an urgent appointment and it was booked for 2 hours later. What a great service. I was seen on time and the dentist was really good. Fantastic experience: Friendly and polite receptionists. Emelie, the hygenist is the only one I have ever been comfortable with in 30 years. Professional but friendly and caring too. Her assistant Zoe also a happy presence. Would recommend this place for all your dental needs
