Fantastic experience: Dr Hayer is calm, patient and a fantastic dentist. I saw him after losing faith in my NHS dentist due to a series of issues 2 years ago and I’ve been a patient of his since. I trust his advice and recommendations, and all the work he’s done on my teeth thus far has been non-problematic. I saw Halit today for the first time for my hygiene appointment, he was very helpful with advice on how to improve my oral hygiene and cleaned my teeth very well. Overall, the practice staff are warm and welcoming, the waiting rooms are beautiful and the clinic rooms are pristine. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I went for a hygiene appointment as a new patient and I’ve never experienced a dental experience like it. The reception staff were super friendly and helpful; explaining the documents and bringing over refreshments. Then my appointment with Taslim and Shannon was lovely. I get very nervous at the dentist, but they put me right at ease and explained everything. I left feeling hopeful that I’d found a dentist that wasn’t going to belittle me or make me feel uncomfortable. Will 100% be returning!

Fantastic experience: I had a hygiene appointment with Taslim and Shannon. They are both truly a credit to Oakdale Dental! Taslim was so friendly, explained everything so thoroughly and answered all my questions - the best dentist I’ve ever seen and I say that whole heartedly, she is someone made for this profession. Both her and Shannon made the whole appointment as comfortable as possible.

Fantastic experience: Alif has completely restored my faith in dentists. I used to dread getting in the chair, but now it doesn’t feel like a big deal at all, that anxiety is just gone. From the moment you walk in, the vibe is calm and welcoming, and you're even offered tea or coffee at just the right moment (even though I always say no, it is a small touch, but it makes a big difference). What really stands out is how thorough and unrushed everything feels. Alif takes the time to talk things through clearly, and if there’s the slightest doubt about something, he’ll go back and check again. There is no brushing over details. He explains everything in a way that makes sense, and the rest of the team are just as switched on (Shout out to Stevie). Everyone seems to know exactly what they’re doing, which puts you at ease straight away. After a recent implant removal, the practice even followed up with a check-in call which really shows how much they care. I’ve now booked in for some additional work. Honestly, it never feels like Alif is trying to upsell or push for more treatments. Every bit of advice feels rooted in what’s genuinely best for your dental health. I was grateful for him pointing out things my NHS hadn't. Highly recommend — it’s been a genuinely refreshing experience.

Fantastic experience: I can't praise Dr Alif and his nurse Stevie enough for all of their support, care and attention to detail while looking after myself as their patient. They both made me feel very much at ease and comfortable. Dr Alif was also very gentle while performing the procedure of two implants. Being polite and respectful was second to none. Fantastic experience: Chintan and the team have always given 5* service since I started coming to Oakdale in 2022. Everyone at Oakdale makes you feel so welcome and comfortable at every appointment and I am so happy with the results of my Invisalign journey. Couldn’t recommend a better dental practice. Fantastic experience: From start to finish this dentist offered a seamless experience. I had booked a consultation appointment for my 2 year old daughter who had some damage on her front teeth. After visiting our usual dentist, I wasn’t quite satisfied with how they dealt with her. However, I wasn’t quite satisfied able to prepare my daughter for her appointment using the youtube video made for kids by the dental practice. Upon arriving at her appointment we were welcomed by the lovely relaxing atmosphere the dental clinic has. Felt almost spa like! The lovely lady at reception signed us in and offered a drink whilst we waited. She then came out and offered my two children a tablet to play with to keep them occupied. Promptly called by the dentist (Harvinder), he was friendly, and inviting, introducing himself to my two year old and asking her if she would like a seat. His warm and welcoming nature certainly impacted her as she was able to lie down and watch the tv on the ceiling whilst he looked at her teeth. The trustworthy and welcoming nature of all the staff here certainly put my two year old at ease. After given some clear advice on next steps we were taken back down. Really reasonably priced for the excellent service given. No questions that we will be back again for both of my childrens check ups! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I had the most amazing experience with the hygienist—truly the best I’ve ever been to. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely at ease. I usually get a bit nervous about dental appointments, but her calm, kind approach and gentle manner completely changed that. She explained everything clearly, checked in with me often, and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such genuine care and comfort. I actually left smiling—and not just because of the clean teeth!

Fantastic experience: After a lot of research into finding the right dentist as a very nervous patient (I would cry and panic before even sitting in the chair) Oakdale came up highly rated. I called the surgery and explained I had quite abit of work doing but was extremely nervous about it. Izzy was absolutely incredible, she kept me calm & spoke through everything in detail. Around 2 weeks later I had my first consultation with chintan. From the get go he was incredibly kind and made me feel calm. He went through a treatment plan and then it was down to me to book in when I felt ready. That same day I booked in my next appointment became I felt so comfortable I didn’t need time to think about it. Then it was the dreaded money issue, I was told about a finance option that they provided and Izzy went though so many options over the phone and in person so I could find the best option for me. She printed these, emailed and generally was just so lovely. This was accepted & now I could start my teeth journey whilst not breaking the bank… A week later i was in for a tooth extraction (quite literally my worst nightmare) after a little panic because it was my first one Nick was so patient with me. It was all done in less than 10 minutes, I had no pain, and healed perfectly. I can not thank Nik enough. A couple of weeks after I had a root canal and crown which I was unsure about as I’ve heard the bad things. Once again, Harvinder was lovely to meet, explained everything thoroughly, was patient with me & before I knew it , it was all done ready for the crown. The crown was fitted about 10 mins later by Chintan and again it was smooth and pain free. After the numbness worn off I was back to normal, no discomfort :) And then today, I’ve had my first cleaning and feel very fresh! From start to finish I have been so grateful for the amazing team at Oakdale, the Dentists, the Dental Assistants and the Reception team and all so welcoming and I will never stop recommending Oakdale Dental! Looking forward to coming back :)

Fantastic experience: DR Chintan Patel is my dentist working through my braces journey and he has been nothing but exceptional all the way through, especially with reassurance, as my fear of dentists was so terrible that I never thought I would get through another appointment. But now since joining oakdale dental, every checkup I dont feel anything less then comfortable and looked after! It barely feels as if you are walking into a dentist which i love. This includes all the receptionists and staff that send smiles your way and no question is too much. So thank you all!

Fantastic experience: Due to some unfortunate events, I needed to have an implant done. I was recommended to see Dr Alif Moosajee at Oakdale and after losing all trust in dentists, I am very glad that I went to see Dr Alif Moosajee. He has been polite, caring and so considerate from my consultation appointment right through to the end of my treatment and spent time answering all my questions and making sure I felt understood and comfortable. He is the only dentist who realised I had a problem with my bite and right away suggested a solution, which I have been so amazed by how this has felt better right away and now when I eat I don’t feel more pressure on one side. An implant is not something I would have ever thought I would need but I don’t think anyone else could have done a better job. When I have asked him about other treatments that I have been told that I ‘need’ by other dentists he has has taken the time to check and explain what I should and shouldn’t do rather than trying to make money out of treatments that would not benefit me in the long run. He is one of the good ones. I also have to say how lovely and caring his dental nurse Stevie has been in my appointments, she has been so sweet in making sure I feel comfortable at all times and has made such an effort. It’s nice to feel like you are in good hands and well looked after and that you certainly feel that at Oakdale, I would highly recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: My partner went to this dentist as she hasn’t been in a while due to being very scared of the dentist, she went to get her tooth extracted and stated she felt at ease, they where all so friendly and helpful with her, reassured her. Fantastic experience: Our 16 YO daughter has recently had 2 fillings over 2 sessions with Dr Harv and dental nurse Shannon assisting. Both were brilliant with Sophia, Dr Harv explained things and choices to our daughter about her treatment, whilst also addressing my concerns as a parent. They were both kind, gentle and calm, making the whole process, including the injections, stress free. Would highly recommend !

Positive experience: Unexpected Experience at Invisalign Consultation I recently visited this clinic with my wife for her Invisalign consultation. After researching online and reading positive reviews, we were excited about our visit, as the facility appeared classy and professional. Upon arrival, we found the staff to be courteous and attentive throughout our appointment. However, one significant issue marred our experience: the parking situation. There were no clear signs or marked lines to guide us on where to park, leaving us unsure of the proper way to navigate the lot. While I was trying to figure it out, another visitor became quite agitated with my parking. Instead of addressing the situation calmly, he approached me aggressively, questioning my parking skills as if he were an enforcement officer. His demeanor suggested he was having a rough day, and he continued to complain to the staff about me, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. Fortunately, the staff handled the situatio n professionally. After a polite request from them, I opted to find an alternative parking way to help deescalate the tension. The staff even took the time to apologize for the visitor’s behavior, which I appreciated, as it was out of their control. They showed exemplary hospitality, offering me coffee and inviting me to take a seat while they addressed the matter. Overall, while the staff and the facility were outstanding, I urge future visitors to be aware of the parking challenges. Clear signage and designated parking spaces would greatly enhance the experience and prevent misunderstandings. Summary: • Staff and facility are exceptional. • Don’t assume all customers are respectful; tensions can arise. • Parking organization is needed to avoid unpleasant experiences. I look forward to returning and hope this feedback helps improve the experience for others.

Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Dental Practice I’ve visited the practice a few times and spoken to them on the phone a couple of times, and every single interaction has been exceptional. Each time, I’ve dealt with a different receptionist, and without fail, they have been so positive, kind, and respectful. It’s clear that the team here genuinely cares about their patients. The practice itself is immaculate – it’s clean, modern, and welcoming, which makes every visit a pleasant experience. I recently had a check-up with one of the dentists, and I was really impressed. They were professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Without being pushy, they recommended certain treatments and provided an X-ray to check what braces would be suitable for me. By far and away, this is the best dental practice I’ve ever been to.

Fantastic experience: Dr Harvinder Chahal and his amazing nurse Sanaa have been beyond anything I had originally anticipated when I initially looked into the Oakdale dental practice. From the moment you step in you are treated with the utmost care and respect. Since the very first appointment Dr Harv made me feel instantly welcome and always put my wishes first, he always double checked and made sure I was comfortable with every step of the process. It was that initial impression that sold me and with each subsequent appointment I never felt like I was being rushed out the door. This made me realise it would be stupid to go to any other practice.

Fantastic experience: If I could rate Oakdale 50000000 stars, I would! I’ve been seeing Dr Chintan Patel for the last year and a half or so now, he’s taken me through my Invisalign and composite bonding journey as well as restorative treatments including fillings and root canal treatment (which was nowhere near as traumatic as I thought it would be). Dr Patel has completely changed my mindset about coming to the dentist, especially since my previous experiences have been horrendous. He & the rest of the staff at Oakdale made me feel comfortable from day one and dare I say, I actually enjoy coming to the dentist now! Not forgetting the fact he has completely transformed my smile and I am now so much more confident within myself and all round a million times happier with my appearance. There are many other dentists more local to me, it takes a good 25 mins to get here each way, but I would make the journey a million times over and will continue with Oakdale for future checkups and treatments too. I will always recommend Oakdale to anyone looking for a dentist, regardless of what the treatment is for and I cannot thank the team enough, especially Dr Patel for helping me achieve a life changing transformation :)

Fantastic experience: Amazing amazing amazing. I have just finished my Invisalign journey with Oakdale Dental and it was the best experience I could have wished for. Chintan is incredible. Fantastic experience: I attended Oakdale dental on 17th December, for root canal and crown. I was quite anxious about the procedure. Dentist Harvinder Chahal was amazing, he explained the procedure in detail and reassured me. He performed so well that l was so comfortable almost fell asleep honestly so gentle with Saana assisting him. Fantastic experience and l have had no pain at all even after the local anaesthetic had worn out. I would recommend Oakdale dental to friends and family any time. Wonderful experience.

We had a long conversation about the condition of my teeth and the best step to take forward. All the staff members were polite, friendly and caring. I cannot praise them enough. The first impression exceeded all my expectations. However, the real test came when the process was prolonged due to the complicated nature of my case. I am blown away by the kindness and understanding given to me, which has made me feel valued as a person. Fantastic experience: I had an awesome experience with this practice. I was in the UK from a different country to study for a MSc. One night, I had an emergency while eating something hard and felt something weird in my mouth. I checked the mirror and noticed a piece of my front tooth was missing. I started to search for practices around my city online and this was one of the first to be recommended. I did a scan of a few websites and decided to go with this one. Perhaps one of the best decisions I made in my life. I booked an appointment and saw a Dentist first thing in the morning. They were extremely pleasant with me and didn't make me feel any guilt in any way. After that emergency situation was addressed by Dr Uzair Janjua, he recommded I come in for an additional check up and cleaning for them to look at everything and create a treatment plan for me. I did do that and they did a full mouth scan searching for any possible issues. I even found out that the root of one of my teeth was fractured, which was something I couldn't remember but my mom did. I went on a plan to address everything they recommended and within a year and a half, most things were addressed. I also did my routine Routine Dental Examinations there while in the UK. When I was about to leave the UK, they made a special appointment for me a few days before my flight to do some final checks/works. I'm really happy and grateful for everyone involved in this process and would absolutely recommend this practice for anyone who may be interested. They are quite pleasant, gentle and understanding. I didn't use a payment plan, but I had noted on their website that they do provide certain payment plan options to customers as well as emergency cover options. I must mention that they sent all the work they did to my email so that I can have it to share with my local Dentist once I returned to my home country. Thanks to the team and I am wishing them the best of all things. Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Oakdale enough. I've had a lot of bad experiences with dentists in the past which led me to stop going for years. When my filling fell out from a previous dentist I had no choice but to find a new dentist. I am so happy I found Oakdale. Going to the dentist was my biggest fear (rather jump out of a plane 20 times then go) but now it doesn't bother me. Every single person that works there is so friendly and caring. They really do put you first. The doctors explain everything in a really simple way for you to understand. I wouldn't go anywhere else now! Dr Gurpal Hayer is an absolute legend

Fantastic experience: I started coming to oakdale as I was looking to get invasalign and composite bonding and seen that josh had good reviews so decided I wanted oakdale to be the dentist I had it done at. I travel from Nottingham but its been worth it for me as I've received great service here. Its alot of money for invasalign and bonding and I wanted someone I could trust. Every visit went smoothly whilst under joshs care then when he moved away i finished my treatment with Dr Chintan Patel. Dr Patel has been great and even when i had a slight issue with my invasalign it was sorted for me. The surgery is so clean but also very relaxing and feels almost spa like in the reception with relaxing music and the beautiful decor. All the staff are very friendly and helpful and I won't go anywhere else now.

Fantastic experience: Oakdale dental are not just a dentist it’s more like a spa! Certainly Not your usual white medical setting, not your usual unhelpful staff, all the staff at Oakdale couldn’t be more helpful and lovely if they tried. My dentist Dr Hayer is the best, he is always happy and makes you feel at ease - his work is just amazing, and I truly wish I had found Oakdale sooner. I had a route canal that was pain free and no issues. The hygienists are lovely and informative. The reception staff are just the most lovely helpful staff you have ever met - coming to Oakdale is more like a spa than a dentist. I really appreciate all the work they have done in giving me my confidence back regarding my teeth and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I started my journey at Oakdale with Dr Ali, when I was looking for someone to do my teeth implants, and I was absolutely amazed by how kind and caring and professional everyone are at the practice. I mean everyone! Starting with reception all the way to the procedure room. Now I continue my dental journey with Dr Harvinder Chahal and Stevie and I'm again amazed and really happy! Fantastic experience: Dr Harv combines the deep technical knowledge with great care for his patients. Fantastic experience: Found this dentist by accident as worked nearby. Glad I did drop in. Had a few long standing dental issues that had not been sorted out by previous dentist. Problems diagnosed and sorted out very promptly with great staff from reception to dentist all were a credit to how you should be treated as a patient. Lets face it going to the dentist isn’t the best day you’ll have especially a root canal treatment but these guys make it the best it can be. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Oakdale is abit pricier than other private dentists however from the very start I was amazed at the customer service on the front desk and the honesty from Dr Patel in what was possible and what wasn't in terms of braces/invisalign made me feel i was in good hands (Some dentists can just take your money without evaluating if it is right for you or not). I have had 4 fillings so far and getting a tooth removed soon to prep for braces and the quality of my treatments have been second to none! Dr Patel is fantastic and Lara his assistant has been amazing and such lovely people, I always worry about feeling uncomfortable as with my previous dental work elsewhere, it has been extremely uncomfortable, water constantly going down my throat, rushing etc but I'm so impressed!! It takes a lot for me to write a review, I'll be honest, But is definitely deserved! I can't wait to finish my treatments, have my braces and come back for composite bonding. Can't wait to show the results once complete! Thanks again to the whole team!!!

Fantastic experience: Wow- what an experience I had at the dentist today. I’m not fond of injections or any treatment mouth related but at Oakdale today things were different- firstly I was offered a personalised coffee with a picture on it of me and my dad what a great waiting room to sip that in and relax. Then it was my turn. Dr Harv was very welcoming and patient as I settled into the seat, Ayesha - dental nurse offered me a heated eye mask whilst I had my treatment. I had a filing under the rubber dam (new experience) - there was no suction in my gum, no spray on my face and throughout the procedure, so comforting I fell asleep. A practice where comfort is never compromised and patient satisfaction is guaranteed Thank you team Oakdale it was a pleasure, being your patient has a different vibe.

Dr Chintan & Dr Harv are great at what they do, and the procedure is always comfortable and painless. Fantastic experience: Massive thanks to Dr Hayer and his team for helping me through my Invisalign journey. I just got my before and afters back and the difference is insane. Dr Hayer was super attentive and a perfectionist with my teeth. He listened well to all my concerns and put me through two extra rounds of aligners (for free - part of my treatment) in order to get the perfect results and a comfortable bite. Fantastic experience: Excellent Professional service at Oakdale by Dr Alif Moosajee and his Nurses Gina and Stevie. Of course all the staff here are very pleasant and welcoming. I could not recommend this practice enough, I was very nervous attending as I knew I needed work done and was not used to going to the dentist, they were incredibly thorough and answered all my questions. Fantastic experience: I cannot rate this practice highly enough! Dr Hayer in particular is an extremely skilled and empathic dentist. I had a tricky situation that has been a problem for me for years and Dr Hayer sorted it out no problem. He really listens to you and is very kind. If you have a difficult issue or you are scared of dentists this is the best practice you could chose. I recommended a friend to go to Oakdale as he hadn't been to the dentist for years due to fears. He now goes regularly and even though he has moved to Nottingham he still drives back to Use Oakdale dentists!

Fantastic experience: If you want to be in the hands of professionals this is the place .From the moment you enter  dental practice you are greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. This is a great place to go to take care of your teeth. The team is very professional examining and providing with treatment/plan by priority. My treatment consisted of replacing filling, root canal cleaning, crown fitting and dental implant. They are superb professionals and true experts in their work. They pay close detail to the patient, how they are doing before, during  and after the treatment .

Fantastic experience: This is my third trip to Oakdale Dental Leicester, and I cannot speak highly enough of the practice. I am a very anxious patient, but every member of staff has gone out of their way to reassure me, answer questions and make me feel as comfortable as possible. This afternoon I was treated by Sunny who put me at ease straight away. I was nervous because it was the first time I have had a filling. Sunny took time to talk to me and understand me as a person, he explained everything slowly and clearly and didn’t rush me in the slightest. I can honestly say that nothing about the appointment hurt. Sunny was highly skilled and gently talked me through each stage of what was happening during the treatment. He has a very calm manner that inspires trust and helped me to relax. During the entire appointment Rhiannon was amazing. She gave so much encouragement and support (and reminded me to breathe!). If dentist appointments could be a pleasure, this definitely was. Two weeks ago I had a dental hygienist appointment with Daisy who was equally fabulous. She was very gentle and took real care to clean my teeth and remove plaque build up without causing any pain. I have sensitive gums so I was anxious but I needn’t have been, the way my teeth were cleaned was brilliant. Again, Daisy didn’t rush me and was careful to pause lots to allow me to take a moment and breathe before she continued. I am a very happy customer and will definitely be returning for future check ups and any treatment necessary. I am very grateful to Alif and his amazing team who have surpassed my expectations in every respect.

Fantastic experience: I have recently had a dental implant fitted and cannot recommend Oakdale highly enough. The practice itself is very calming and the staff are so caring. Bonus pros: - On arrival, I was offered a drink/refreshments, I once even received an Oakdale branded lip balm which was a very nice touch - The waiting room makes you feel like you're in a million dollar mansion, the seats are very comfortable, there is a fan which saved my life on numerous occasions this summer and whoever curated the playlist honestly deserves a raise - They have a TV screen mounted to the ceiling, so when the chair reclines and you're being worked on, you can enjoy a welcome distraction - It's only about a 15 min walk from the city centre and very convenient to get to, they also have free parking 1000/10 experience overall. Highly highly recommend!
