Fantastic experience: Mr Cunningham was very professional with his no nonsense to the point decision making with regards my missing filling. He did the filling there and then without me having to re appoint. I was happy with his dentistry and at the end of the work we had a pleasant conversation about Oasis ,Mark Ronson and Amy Winehouse. I was impressed with not only his dentistry skills but also his knowledge of popular music. tehe. Special mention for Molly the Dentists assistant for her excellent work during my brief visit.

I had my first appointment with the new hygienist, Lindsay, today as well. She is fantastic and very thorough… my teeth feel new. All the staff at this practice are so nice and very accommodating. Fantastic experience: I attended today for the 1st time and having not been to a dentist for some time I was checked thoroughly and given details of the treatment needed. I was also given details of a payment plan to help with future treatment. The reception team were very professional and Philip was very considerate and didn’t judge me seeing that I hadn’t been for a long time.

Negative experience: I have since November returned to this place no less than 6 times! I first visited back in November 2024 due to my bridge becoming lose after 12 years (put in by a practice in Manchester) I was told with confidence that the procedure will put my bridge back in November no problem... Since then I have returned to the practice 4 times to the same dentist, who after refitting my bridge said I need a new one fitted. I happily obliged fast forward to February 25th now after taking a new mold for the new bridge etc. The lady dentist fitted it, within 24 hours yet Again the newly fitted bridge had come loose and low and behold I find myself making yet another emergency appointment to have the bridge put in Again. This time I was told the female dentist who was treating me had left the practice... Ok so I attended the appointment, it was a male dentist who dealt with me... I explained the ongoing issues I'd been going through these last 5 months. The "new " dentist fitted my bridge and guess what? Within less than 24 hours it had come loose and fallen out! I was needless to say mortified! Why is this happening I ask myself?! I literally had a soup for lunch that day, it's not like I'm chewing t bone steak! So yet again I have to return to the dentist and see what next they have to offer me?!

Fantastic experience: Stephanie D'jouza was amazing and gave me 1st class service. At 50 yrs of age I'm petrified of dentists and she taught me new techniques to manage this was super patient, caring, kind and considerate of my anxieties.

Despite not visiting a dentist for several years I didn't feel judged and came out feeling very reassured with a robust treatment plan. I would highly recommend this practice.

Negative experience: It's really annoying that you have to listen to 2mins of their advertisements each time you phone them. I'm not interested in having my teeth aligned, or invisible braces all I want is to speak with the receptionist who actually answers the phone after a few rings. Basic Customer Service. 1/5

After reading lots of good reviews about Dr Phil Jackson, I decided to see him as a private patient. He was warm, approachable and thorough in all my appointments with him. He was able to offer me an appointment in short notice and clearly very good at what he does. I think trusting your healthcare professionals is so important and finding a good and reliable dentist is so hard. I’m pleased that I’ve found him.

Fantastic experience: Everyone gets a tad nervous when going to a dentist or going on a flight but yesterday I felt at ease in the good company of Llion who extracted 4 teeth from me , I didn't even get uncomfortable when he was numbing my gums ,no pain and certainly no gain as I've lost 4 teeth lol Thanks again 1st class treatment

Fantastic experience: This review is long overdue, but here goes. I had an infection in my tooth at the end of July and was seen immediately. Emmet was extremely helpful and he and the dental nurse were a good team, immediately putting me at ease when I had to have my tooth extracted. The after care was extremely good too..I only needed to phone with a query and the practice got back to me immediately. Dentist was very knowledgeable and explained everything well to me, so as to put me at ease. It has all worked out very well. Thank you

Positive experience: Mr Jackson was the dentist I always saw before he reverted to private practice only. Everytime I come now I see a different dentist who give conflicting advice. I feel the practice has lost it's continuity of care.
